Fantastic experience: One of the very few plusfitness which is good with ample space and equipment. I have been to other plusfitness; Minchinbury[good], Mays Hill, Wentworthville [the worst], Seven hills [nice too], but this has been the best so far. Parking would be an issue but that's okay if you can find somewhere to park around the street. Seems like will keep using Seven hills as its closer to my place and Rydalmere one which is closer to my work.

Negative experience: Cleanliness of the gym is poor,equipment is falling apart due to people not using towels which is due to staff not doing the proper checks which I’ve made them aware of,work boots and dirty work clothes are a constant theme and again staff do nothing,1 piece of equipment has been out of order for close to 3 months,I watch the personal trainers constantly on there phones whilst there PAYING clients are doing there sets which is ridiculously unprofessional,place needs a wake up call starting with the staff,doesn’t hurt to say hello to your customers by the way……

Negative experience: Total disregard for customers personal hygiene. Broken tiles with mouldy taps, a leaking roof with a collapsing ceiling, crumbling bathrooms, and malfunctioning equipment that hasn't been fixed in more than six months are all common at plus rydalmere. Nasty carpark overflowing with trash—where's the respect for your own place of work Plus rydalmere? My membership will not be renewed, and the manager ought to be ashamed. P.s Please don't be fooled by the flashy gym equipment. They will trick you into signing a contract by taking you on a tour of the gym without letting you see the third-world-standard bathrooms by then it’s too late you’re locked in.

Positive experience: Great facilities & equipment, helpful staff, but the cleaning is surface clean, just a rough rushed job, multiple times a couple of the bathroom sinks were dirty, the floors not clean, they have multiple bins with cleaning wipes but only one bin will have wipes the others are often empty. On another note, I wish staff would talk to the people who heavy drop weights after a set, unnecessary.

Fantastic experience: Good facilities

Negative experience: Fans are problematique. When I turned one of them down. An indian looking bald "man" turned it on again and I have said to him I don't want to deal with muscle pains and stiffness. Then he has immediately started to swearing and his hand are up all the time. To be honest I don't want to deal with those sort of problems anymore. If the management will not take any action I know what I am going to do.

Positive experience: It's a great space now it's been revamped, but not many of each cardio surprisingly so busy periods aren't convenient. The car park is cramped, better down the road. Huge variety of resistance machines.

Fantastic experience: I'm not a resident of this neighborhood, but I happened to find my car service center just a short 5-minute walk away. Today, as I took my car in for servicing, I decided to make the most of my time and dropped by this gym for a quick workout. To my amazement, I was pleasantly surprised by the gym's excellence. The state-of-the-art quality and extensive selection of equipment truly stood out. The gym was impeccably organized, exceptionally clean, and well-maintained. I also noticed instructors leading various training programs for fellow gym-goers, which piqued my interest. I'm definitely planning to return for another visit.

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel motivated throughout my workout. This gym is a true gem and has become my go-to place for a fantastic fitness journey. Positive experience: Good size gym, plenty of room and area for training. Parking is a little tricky as it’s right next to a pub and overflow can’t be helped at times.

Positive experience: My local plus fitness. Close for me to get to and usually I go at a time where I can always get on a machine. The room that has that take a class anytime dosent seem to work. Push the screen and you get nothing. That and a couple of the bike and a treadmill are a bit squeaky so could do with a spot of wd-40. Besides that I'll still keep going to it.

Positive experience: Gym needs electrical services ASAP!!!! Lighting system is so old and the brightness is low.. not healthy for eyes… Once you enter to the gym you feel like you are back in 90’s! With all the rusty equipments and smell of the ancient furniture with old paint on the walls… Lucky gym got a new scale that’s why 3 stars for also the space is big but definitely needs changes. I feel sorry for the staff and members! They definitely need help and I hope one day they see the changes with modifications and maintenance the place. Thanks plus fitness.

Negative experience: Absolutely disgusting and not looked after. Almost every seat/cable machine is unsafe and broken to even use. It’s hard as is to get motivated to go gym and when you go, this gym turns you off. Not a good environment & definitely not worth a dollar.

Fantastic experience: Ive been going to Plus Fitness Rydalmere for a number of years now. They have just gone through a refit and have to admit the place looks better than ever. Its always great working on new equipment. A big shout out needs to go to Jess, she has been running the place like a well oiled machine. Thanks Jess for all the time and effort you put in with running the gym.

Negative experience: Outdated and not welcoming. Rude over the phone. Policies are prehistoric. Tried to cancel 3 times and they are hiding behind their small print. It's sold as a 24 hour gym but when it's time to cancel you can only cancel in certain times.

Negative experience: I have driven from an hour away to cancel my membership due to not be able to cancel at any other place except the place I signed up and have been told I must wait and come back in an hour and a half. Spoke to with such disrespect from the owner and just given a hand movements and won't even speak to me. Very very unhappy

Fantastic experience: Awesome gym with plenty of equipment and cardio machines. 6 or more treadmills, 2 rowers, steppers, ellypticals and some exercises Ive not seen before lioe the incline farmers walk (pictured) ajd some variations to rows that slighty varie from the gym I had been at (Anytime fitness). Good gym and very friendly staff.

Negative experience: Car parking is to the rear of the gym however there appears to be no access at the rear and there’s absolutely no sign postage to point you in the direction of the entrance. When you finally get inside there’s a door to the rear which is apparently a fire exit which is alarmed but not sign posted as such - despite being abruptly told it was (it most definitely isn’t) by a staff member AFTER the doors alarm had already gone off. For a gym the staff could help to move a bit faster than snail pace and as a general place of business they should probably not be rude to paying clients before storming back off to their locked staff room. I would literally PAY the $99 that you save with no joining fee at this gym, just to not attend this gym ever again.

Positive experience: Good, spacious gym conveniently located in a busy area. Parking spots are tight, especially in the under cover. Lots of Highway Patrols in the area so if you want to shoot up, I advise being prepared for blood tests. xd

Negative experience: Absolute scam. Terminated membership, then advised membership not cancelled unless done in person onsite. They then loaded the 'outstanding' fees with debt collection agency after Fair Trading Australia ruled they acted unreasonably.
