Not only is Muay Thai itself great for the Body, Mind, and Soul, but this gym embodies everything about Muay Thai as an art. The staff are kind, helpful, and approachable as is the community that they have created and am always happy to say I’m apart of.

I was passing through and wanted to do a couple of PT sessions Muay Thai - Rob was awesome, great bloke, great coach, fitted me in at short notice, teaching technique and also smashing it with for the PT session, fantastic gym and I thoroughly loved it. Wish I lived there!!!! Superb
