Positive experience: Great place to work out. It has all the equipment you'll need to get fit, including cardio and weights. Some machines take a little too long to get repaired and getting new things is generally very slow for this size gym, hence the 4 stars.

Fantastic experience: Been here twice now for casual sessions with mates. Spacious gym with heaps of equipment for both cardio and weight training. Plenty of machines for all sorts of workouts and staff were nice and polite.

Negative experience: No clean.... It lacks hygiene a lot and the weights are not in place in every where in the gym

Negative experience: honestly wish I read the reviews before joining smh. hidden fees, they claim “no lock in contract” but you’re charged if you want to quit. agreed to payment plan as I can’t just pay in one go, i live Altona now. They still took over $120 in one day, first $30 and then $90. Will definitely be going in tmr with the original ad, and the fact they kept recharging me large sums when I’m not even 18. We will see how hidden fees, misleading ads and not even checking if I had turned 18 yet before repeatedly charging me will go in court! DO. NOT. JOIN!! Horrendous customer support.

Positive experience: The facility itself is good but there is never staff at the register.

Negative experience: Don't waste your time, dodgy right from the get go Was promised a couple thing's like a towel and shirt that they refused to give after I had signed up. Fast forward 2 years, I was just forced to pay nearly $500 from a debt collector threatening to go court. Thought I had cancelled it, signed a form but don't know what's happened, in that 2 years didn't attend the gym..they would've locked the account out from entering anyway but couldn't reason with. Place is way to crowded, half the equipment is broken anyway. Don't know where all the scam money going ‍♂️

Negative experience: They are crook. I cancel membership because they charged me false fee. So dont joint this narre warren branch.

Negative experience: I am so disappointed in the service and hygiene of this gym. I referred my friends to become members however they were treated so badly in the induction that they refrained from taking part in the test class

Negative experience: So disappointed that this gym have forgotten it is about customer service and customer satisfaction. We are never ever think about rejoining this place again and suggest that others demand respect when they are handing over over hard earned money (Chloe) the receptionist provided worst customer service..she asked about something very personal not allowed to ask about without taking my permission or even do a security check this would be considered as breach of privacy Second when i asked for someone higher to speak with and fill formal complaint against her she refused to provide name or even time to call back . Me and my partner happy to face that awful customer service experience to decide that we will never join that place Thanks Chloe for the worst customer service you spent effort to provide

Negative experience: Willing to join XFC gym in Narre Warren, I got in touch with Anna Marie a staff member. My only request was to contact any of their personal trainers so I can best be guided in my health journey. I informed AnnaMarie of my goals and also mentioned of been off gym for last 6 months. She roughly refused to give me any sort of information about their PTs. She wanted me to join before knowing any trainers. she was very unprofessional and rude, also asked me to “go join other gyms.’ What a disgraceful attitude, please think twice before joining such place.

Fantastic experience: Amazing! First time I'd been there fantastic staff very helpful great facilities huge gym even the fight gym was awesome.

Negative experience: Contacted them to receive some information about joining fees and they said their policy is to get people into their gym give them the tour and then provide the fees. To me its a poor sales technique and not very customer focused. If your fees are reasonable then share it with customers before dragging them into your gym to show and convince them the fee is worth it.

Positive experience: Large building with a wide range of equipment and facilities. Friendly staff and personal trainers. Some Machinery needs more maintainence as there is clear rusting and or torn seating. There are popular machinery that there is only 1 of (leg curl or deltoid press machine). So getting access to these machines in busy times can be difficult.

Fantastic experience: Great gym ...easy access...great classes..has its own ladies gym if you so desire...clean ..good variety

Negative experience: Gym is so big but some matchins are not good maintenance. Male toilet so small and very stinks only one pee block and 2 shower . But if we couldn't pay friday morning they take dubble payment. Really unfair. All cupboard are broken. They are not maintain very well.

Negative experience: Repeatedly tried to get benefits of being a member at this gym to find that they don't honour their word. Was told I'd hear from a PT and never did - to this day. When I finally got myself into the gym despite no PT, the facilities were messy, no cleaning wipes, mops left out on the floor in the Women's section, missing weights... Not ideal. Tried to cancel membership and was told they couldn't process it and to come in a different time. It's been a hassle, to say the very least.

Negative experience: Very average gym! Staff dont turn up to spin classes at 6am! No one re stacks weights, cables on machines stick, bathrooms are disgustingly dirty!! Mould at bottom of showers!!! I cancelled my membership within 2 months it was so bad! Would not recommend!

Fantastic experience: State of the art facility... can’t look past this pace if in south east! Amazing staff and the equipment is on another level! Not only is the environment outstanding - they even play killer tunes... absolute vibe! Price is very compatible and the gym is accessible 24x7! ( ps they even have a sauna! )
