Anytime Fitness Caringbah

Fantastic experience: Best gym in the shire. The gym is well equipt clean and had classes as well. Bring part of anytime Fitness gives me the access I need around the world but caringbah still have a family feel about it. From the time you walk through the door to the owners and personal trainers I have never been to a gym that is so welcoming. I do not only recommend this gym but I suggest you to join it to start or continue your health journey

Fantastic experience: Love working out with Claire when I was doing my PT sessions. She taught me a lot in such a short time. Very knowledgeable and extremely kind, you’re guaranteed to not only have a good workout but a good chat with her as well. Before my first PT session I was so anxious but Claire made me feel so comfortable ! I absolutely LOVE Anytime fitness Caringbah. Everyone there is so friendly and you’re always welcomed with a friendly smile as soon as you swipe your key, and if you have questions they’re always more than happy to help! Solid 100/10. Favourite gym.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym! Been a member for 8 years and it never gets boring. There is always a challenge or new program or something to keep motivated to reach my health and fitness goals. Best thing about this gym is the support of the trainers. Did I say that ‘I love this gym’?

Fantastic experience: For majority of my life was never really a huge fitness/gym person, however, my experience with Anytime Fitness Caringbah has definitely changed this in me. From the first time walking in and meeting Lea at reception who never ceases to smile and say g'day to then being put with Erinn who has been an absolutely fantastic PT I couldn't recommend these guys more! Nice clean, and up-to-date facilities and equipment; friendly faces; genuine care from staff; and actual results.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, staff were very welcoming. Plenty of varied equipment to maximise work outs. Well laid out with plenty of different areas, whether it be weights, cardio or body weight work. Plenty of parking ranging in 2/4 hours.

Training at night is just as good as training during the day as the members are super chill and I honestly love training at the gym. Never complains with machine use and equipment is readily fixed

Fantastic experience: This newly refurbished gym in Caringbah is amazing. Everything you’d want in a gym, with lots of space and heaps of equipment. I love the smile and welcome I get from the front desk when I come into the club (via what I call the ‘Perfect Match sliding door’). And of course the trainers…..the smile they get when they see you are working hard and exhausted, just spurs you on to work harder. Mitch - you make my Mondays - but not second day soreness Wednesdays .

Fantastic experience: Fantastic Trainers, clean up to date equipment and a positive training environment. This is one of the Shires best gyms. Ask about their free classes and boot camps!

Fantastic experience: I joined the gym before Xmas, the staff are all really friendly and my PT is a ball buster who always keeps me honest (which I need), there are also some great group classes.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness @Caringbah is such a fantastic GYM! The staff are absolutely next level and they go above and beyond! From the minute you walk through the door the staff no your name, you get heaps of support and it is just such an inspiring environment. Plus it is super clean and the Tradies club is also great!

Fantastic experience: AF Caringbah is a fantastic gym with clean and modern amenities. I love the interiors with its spacious layout, high ceilings and the fact that it's not hot and stuffy. For me, the highlight is the designated lifting station with multiple squat racks. Platform may be a tad small for anyone doing Olympic lifts. There is an extensive range of gym equipment to suit whatever workout you're doing. The gym also has a large studio and adjoining stretching area outside. Bathrooms and toilets are clean which is definitely worth pointing out.

Fantastic experience: Seriously love this gym/group of Gyms (Miranda/Caringbah/Cronulla). Great staff. All super friendly and make an effort to know you by name instead of the typical "mate" or "champ" you get at others. They keep on updating the clubs and recently this moved into a massive new building/space. Ive been on and off with these guys since 2011, never found a better all round.gym. best of all not a roid factory unlike a certian club the road offering Sunuas and spas.

Fantastic experience: Well I've been training at AF Caringbah, seems like forever, but am enjoying the experience immensely. I have a fabulous trainer, Mitch, and sometimes Maddy, and they are awesome. I am getting to my goals slowly but surely. I have injury issues and Mitch is very attentive to make sure I don't hurt myself. The whole team at AF Caringbah are friendly and encouraging. I would not go anywhere else.

Negative experience: Excellent (if small) gym to train at, but I'm absolutely appalled by the pathetic customer service my brother has experienced recently. I have been a member of AF for over 3 years now, and have been really happy training at Caringbah as it's so close to where I work and when you average 12 hour days convenience really counts. As such, I recommended to my brother that when his 12 month contract at another AF expires, he should sign up at Caringbah so they can have his business since we will be primarily training there in the near future. Now that he has done that, he is being asked to wait 30 days before he gets access to all AF gyms, even though he has been an AF member for over a year. This has significantly interrupted his training as he is currently between houses and living over an hour away from Caringbah. Being a gym that emphasises community, I thought a quick email would solve this problem but it was met with "you're a new member. Wait the 30 days". Really disappointed in this gym's neglect of its members, I expected much better and regret recommending this plan of action to my own brother (and looking forward will not recommend it at all).

Negative experience: Small gym.. The floorplan is awkward over two levels and can get full very quickly. Very clean.

Negative experience: Had not been a member for over five years, Then out of the blue i get a call from a debt collector saying i owe them money. Shameful!!!

Negative experience: Woman staff member/manager had a condescending attitude and the bathrooms smelled like old urine
