It has everything from group fitness classes to open plan designed weights and amazing sleeping pods where you can relax and recharge. I highly recommend this gym with friendly staff and PT including a protein shake bar ! Check it out !!

Fantastic experience: Universal Fitness is hands down the best gym. The staff are super friendly and always greet me with a smile. The place is spotless, and they've got all the fancy equipment you could want. The trainers take the time to understand what I need, and they make sure I'm comfortable using the equipment. Plus, the group classes are a blast, they've got everything from reformer Pilates to Zumba, so there's something for everyone. I've even made some new gym buddies here! It's like a little community. Definitely recommend!!

Positive experience: Good gym friendly staff only thing is nobody and I mean nobody brings a towel into the sauna also I see people shaving face legs and shoulders in the steam room and also in the change rooms that's the only thing about this gym. Hoping they start to enforce a towel rule with more than just sign lol.

Positive experience: I have been a member here for 3 weeks and overall have found it to be a solid gym in most aspects. Equipment variety is excellent and of high quality. This gym can accomodate just about any workout you can imagine. Staff are also consistently friendly. However, the lighting in the weights area is weirdly dim. It's more difficult than it should be to check your form in the mirror and accurately read text such as numbers on weight stacks. I've never encountered this problem at any gym I've been to in 10+ years. The number of lockers also maxes out during busy times which forces peiple to leave loose bags laying on the changeroom floor.

Fantastic experience: I’ve had memberships in most of the gyms in Parramatta in the last 14 years. I can say universal fitness is by far the best Gym. Very clean, polite staff, good machines. My trainer Joel is the best in business. Always on time, never on his phone, he always focus on my training. For anyone looking to change his lifestyle, ask for Joel. Five stars service

The gym itself is in a very accessible spot in Parramatta Square (about a 2 min walk from the station), so it's perfect to go at any time of the day!

Fantastic experience: Rejane Rokkas is a great Zumba instructor!!! Always looking forward to her Zumba classes that is so fun, energetic and playful! She really loves what she do and it gives us her students an inspiration to love dancing as well! Few people love what they do these days and happy that Universal Fitness have these instructors

Fantastic experience: Very much satisfied with the gym. It has almost all the amenities which is required for an individual. Sunday morning yoga classes is a game changer so much satisfied with that. Great customer services, especially by Sarah while signing up for gym membership. 10/10 in professionalism. Highly recommended. This group should have more branches in Sydney.

Fantastic experience: Very clean gym with very friendly and welcoming staff. Nobody there annoying you or in your face making you feel uncomfortable. Decent selection of free weights, plate loaded machines, squat racks and the standard cardio machines (treadmills, cross trainers, step/climber etc). Not so many pin loaded weight machines from what I could see. Steam room and sauna was a nice touch. Reminded me of my Fitness First days.

Fantastic experience: The friendliest staff members, best equipment (which is always maintained) and have a laundry service option - it’s hard to make excuses when it’s so easy to train here. Well done to the team!

Negative experience: Gym it self is great you should try it out! Just wanted to highlight Phillip Hoang and his exceptionally poor level of communication and emotional immaturity. Would be great to learn how to manage your emotions when you speak to people and before making any statements that you will kick anyone out of the gym you should find out what the case is. Such a disappointment attending the great gym and experiencing that kind of assault and emotions.

Fantastic experience: All best. State-of-the-art facility, professional trainers and kind staff. I invited some of my friends to work out together and they were fully satisfied with all.

Positive experience: Top gym. Plenty floor space. Good views. Very clean, modern and state of the art. The machines are digital and can track your reps, sets, weight and tempo. Great facilities including showers, sauna, steam room, laundry, kitchen, free weights area, dance studio, 20m sprint area and more. The only issue is the inconvenience to get here if you drive. It took me just over 10 minutes from when I entered Westfield's to finding a parking spot and walking to this gym.

Fantastic experience: This is a fantastic gym! It's always tidy and there is a wide variety well maintained equipment (no weights just lying on the floor). Even at 6pm there is almost always a free squat rack or place to bench press. Also, all of the staff are very helpful and pleasant to deal with. Highly recommended!

Fantastic experience: The venue it self is amazing. Never been to a gym like it. It has incredible staff and service delivery. State of the art equipement. Finding it the first time is a little hard due to all the construction happening around parramatta.

Negative experience: Pathetic excuse for a gym. They're supposed to be helpful of the community and health of members. One reception girl is great. Everyone else in this Company has appalling service. Especially Nick. I think he's the owner? not sure, but he will do anything in his power for member retention, even if people are sick, they demand proof and specifics in order to cancel which was told to me by legal council, is not allowed. If you want to not get ripped off, join another gym.

Fantastic experience: I am a new member of universal fitness in Parramatta. I love the gym. The equipment is fantastic and extremely high tech. I am able to record every single exercise I do through their app. Alongside this, the customer service is immaculate. All the staff members are so welcoming and nice. My personal trainer Rhoda has been very helpful throughout my fitness journey.

Negative experience: I have been trying to cancel my membership since August. As much as the joining process was smooth and the gym as such is top notch, the cancellation process has been a real pain. I have communicated my intention so many times and inspite of it, i am being charged week on week. I no longer live there and getting in touch with them to sort it out has been a real pain. If Mr. Kumar is reading could you pls solve this and refund the charges you have been taking from my accnt since the reopen after covid closure, as i have cancelled my membership in August.

Negative experience: staff is full of lies in terms of contract system

Positive experience: Can confidently say this is the best gym in parra-spacious and new equipment. The floor and equipment are clean and staff are helpful. There are extra facilities like the sleep pod and oxygen chairs which I find I don't use or need to as often and thinking maybe should have got the basic membership only. Membership rates are definitely on the pricier end compared to other gyms but you do get what you pay for. There are some hidden fees like suspension fees, $10 per week if you freeze your membership. Considering how expensive the memberships are already I thought there would at least be no freezing fees like other gyms. On another note I also had to call the debit company myself as the staffs doesn't do that? Overall great gym if you have the money otherwise other gyms will still give you the same results.

Fantastic experience: As with any gym, I was initially a sceptic - Universal Fitness Parramatta really delivers a high quality environment to maximise your training, the gym is fitted out with a stylish setup supplemented with state of the art technology and a view to compliment. A gym should be a place of solitude and that is what I felt during my visits - they have a oxygen chair setup to wind down, treadmills that are fitted out to your favourite streams, and a personal favourite: a music system which allows user input from gym members (how cool is that?!). Travel wise, you are looking at under 2 minute walk tops - the gym is located above Parramatta train station which makes it so easily accessible (After work training sessions anyone?). I was pleasantly pleased with the setup, environment and staff. From personal experience, there are many gyms out there that speaks volumes but doesn't have the substance to back it up - Universal Fitness Parramatta talks the talk and walks the walk! Keep up the good work

See it to believe it and your jaws may just drop. Fab personalised service great staff. Fitness enthusiast willing to help you reach goals that will get a better you.

Fantastic experience: Been to Universal Fitness a few times and every time I come I'm always impressed with the amazing level of service that the gym provides. Universal Fitness has amazing state of the art facilities, and basically anything you could ever need at a gym, such as a wide range of equipment to suit everyone's needs, a protein bar, sauna and even a meditation room with oxygen pods! The staff are also super friendly and are always available to help with any general enquiries or problems. In an optimal location just 2 minutes away from Parramatta station and Westfield, I would highly recommend the gym to anyone looking to better themselves!

Fantastic experience: UNIVERSAL FITNESS IS NOW THE ONLY GYM I'll EVER GO TO!!! It is in a prime location - only about a minute out from Parramatta Station. The facility is completely fit out with state-of-the-art gym equipment which motivates me to go harder and stronger than ever before. Fantastic experience: Universal Fitness is a very well set up gym that is run by an amazing team of very friendly and helpful staff. If you are looking for a new gym with a better experience, I would very highly recommend a visit to Universal Fitness to meet with the team and discover how they can help you. The staff members take great pride in their work and have made a point of greeting their regular members by name and are very easy to approach for any issues or even just if I need someone to spot me when the gym is quiet and I am training alone. The gym itself is very well equipped with very good machines and plenty of weights, treadmills, and cable machines as well as a sauna, steam room and meditation room complete with oxygen recovery chair. The gym also runs on an app that can be used to plan workouts, view and book available group classes, and to track fitness and weight loss progress. I chose to get the middle of 3 levels of membership and get a free protein shake or pre-workout once a week as well as a clean bath towel for every visit. The gym is about 2 minutes walk from Parramatta station and easily accessible from Westfield as well.

Negative experience: went to the gym had a look today. 3 month member fee at $35/wk, 12 month $25/wk, already discount. can smell chemical in the air, sauna room shouldn't be open in this time. good thing machines are new. staff only interested how to get you to start membership. friendly remind, don't leave your number, you'll get called again and again.

Fantastic experience: 这家健身房在parramatta地区甚至是整个悉尼，设备都是数一数二的，包括和网红健身房Virgin相比. 更衣室/淋浴/卫生间时刻都非常干净，包括更衣室的设备都是dyson的，并且配备了所有女生打理头发需要的工具. 最令人觉得舒适的是每个会员必须携带毛巾，而且会员素质非常高，从来没有见到过都是汗水的器械和没有被清洁的设备. 地板的材质很棒，没有塑胶的臭味，这点简直完美，之前在anytime fitness的时候，因为健身房是一个相对密闭空间，总是能闻到塑胶的味道，使我头晕... 工作人员都很友善，及时你没有私人教练，向他们询问如何使用器械他们也会热心的告诉你. 顺便一提，这家健身房没有免费试用，但学生可以询问优惠.

Positive experience: Nice club but stick to what you want when signing up. Exiting was easy but I had to pay for it as you usually do. Learned a few lessons with this membership.

Negative experience: Only been once to see for myself. The facilities look amazing. This place was not a let down in that regard! However, what is evident is the people who train there are fairly snobby and the staff are not the nicest. Scrutiny of staff members is needed when hiring, and their general approach to the population needs to be reworked. The prices are fairly high considering the standard of cleanliness; although, it is evident that the high pricing is required assuming the leasing agreement with its building is fairly high. All in all, if you’re rich and don’t care about the little things, a perfect gym. If you want a cheaper gym with almost the same quality, there are better options in the area.

Fantastic experience: What an Amazing place to train at, Ive trained at a lot of gyms in Sydney and this tops them all it has state of the art equipment that no other gym has as well as an oxygen chair and protein bar!
