Had the misfortune to arrive at 2.40pm and wasn’t aware of the hours so was stuck outside waiting which is a little annoying as I’m limited on time today ‍♀️ Would be awesome if there was a QR code to buy a guest pass for when the desk is unstaffed maybe? Gym was great though once I got in ❤️

There’s a good selection of equipment and the gym is never over-crowded. The staff are really friendly and I love coming to this place. I’ll be a customer for many years to come.

Positive experience: It's a great facility with friendly staff and the 24/7 access window was a big perk. I had to cancel my membership though, because of financial hardship and misconception about promotions. I do have to give props to the staff at Snap Fitness Haberfield for allowing me to end my membership early with minimal cancellation fees. So thanks for that.

Positive experience: I usually come in the afternoons/at night time when it is unstaffed and sometimes I see people without proper footwear and no towels. I am just wondering if staff have a look at the cameras in the morning to check this kind of stuff and to give warnings to these people? It is just very unhygienic and unfair for others that follow the rules. Other than that it is a lovely gym.

Friendly staff, clean equipment and showers, just enough members to be lively but not overcrowded. The small details like free fruit on weekdays and the free PT session on sign up (highly recommend Louis!) really makes me feel welcomed too.

Fantastic experience: This is a really good gym, the owner cares about the gym and the members. He’s always out adding new features like bike storage and making sure everything is up to scratch. Meme bets are super friendly and supportive. The infrared sauna is also really good. I’d highly recommend signing up to this snap fitness.

Fantastic experience: I am a new member at Snap Fitness Haberfield and I am really enjoying this gym. The gym is situated opposite Ashfield park, so you get a lovely view of nature while you are doing your cardio on the machines. The friendly atmosphere keeps me motivated to come back. I have been to other gyms where the energy felt cold and unwelcoming, but this one doesn’t. The gym is always clean and never feels overcrowded. The equipment is top quality and complete and the staff are always friendly, helpful and professional. My new trainer, Louis has brought me back to life and keeps me motivated without being too pushy. 5/5 stars!

Negative experience: Beware of sneaky segments in their 12 month contract that auto-renews WITHOUT ANY WARNINGS. Nobody is going to call you or email you whether you visit the gym or not. They will just keep taking your money. I've asked for refund and was quoted the contract.

Been here years, got new equipment that I requested installed and now they are installing an infrared sauna!!! - Super accomodating and friendly staff that really care - Clean facilities and the equipment is in pristine condition - To top it off, easy parking, great location and not too busy in peak hours If you are looking for a gym that gives a genuine damn about their members (unlike a lot of gyms)… this is the one. Love this gym!

Fantastic experience: im typing this from the gym so please excuse the thumb-typing errors. recently new management took over. i would say that the atmosphere, facilities and general vibe around the place have improved its the little things that matter. someone changed the lines to add car park spaces and there is now free fruit. Im just happy someone noticed and did something about it. There are signs up about new equipment coming soon and something about an outdoor gym area - ill post again when they are actioned. sounds promising. its nice to experience change and updating.

Negative experience: Very Very Disappointed and there are many conditions to terminate my membership. While signing up , the staff informs only about some rules and all the rules and regulations comes up while terminating the account . I have moved to Perth , from Sydney and as I have to travel 30 min to go to gym I asked Sydney team to end my membership. Even though my membership ends on Nov 27th as per the sign up date . They want me to pay extra $135 for early termination ( as per their calculations) Which was not mentioned to me during sign up . So technically, they want me to pay to gym even though I do not use

Not to mention, it’s constantly in top notch condition and the general atmosphere is a no ego, super friendly vibe. Negative experience: Gym itself is great in terms of parking and cleanliness. It was a great atmosphere when Simon was there and a very friendly person always saying hello to everyone or just a smile. A star for cleanliness and 1 for Simon. I had issue with a Chris over the phone and email. Made it very difficult to leave the gym when I couldn't physically do it in person. Played off he didn't receive emails or phone calls made it a real hassle for me. Unprofessional and made it very frustrating.

Fantastic experience: I have been training with Chris K for over a year and I love what I have achieved with him. Chris A - The manager is also fantastic and Louis who came on as a new trainer too! I love the banter and the friendship we have formed whilst training. Thank you again team. We have moved down the coast and whilst I love it I miss my training sessions. Morning classes are such a fresh start to the day. I also love the big functional area. They are able to handle the covid situations really well too. Fantastic experience: As a Fitness Trainer, I believe I have some authority on what makes a gym special. . First of all, the equipment is top quality and very well maintained. There's plenty of space to find yourself a spot to get active; it's well arranged so you never feel like you're getting in each others way. . The gym floor and facilities were unbelievably clean, and organised!.. I don't think I've been into a gym in Sydney that had everything put away correctly 99% of the time; and the bathrooms were . The culture is great. Everyone seems really friendly (members and staff) and Chris (manager) always finds a way to strike up a conversation, and genuinely listenes when you speak to him. . If you're an athlete who needs a few specifics like bumper plates, back extension apparatus, sled, battle ropes, solid lifting platforms etc. They've got all the essentials. At the same time, the space is really accessible to a complete beginner and they won't spare a second thought to helping you find your way. . Lastly, the parking... I could probably name less than 10 gyms with 10km of the CBD that have reasonable parking. When you travel around for work a 24/7 gym is a must; and being able to duck in for a quick training session without having to park 20 minutes away or get a bloody ticket is the BEST!

Fantastic experience: Coming up on my 1 year anniversary at Snap Fitness Haberfield and couldn't be happier with where I'm at. Fairly new gym so all of the equipment is state of the art, especially love the plate loaded leg press which has a great natural range of motion. All the staff there are always so friendly; having a chat with the club managers Chris and John is without fail the best excuse to get some rest in between sets and leave it up to the pt's Chris and Louis to give you a good laugh. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a new local gym.

Negative experience: As many of the other reviews on here, they treat you right when you’re an active member. I had no issues during this time. However the moment your circumstances change where you need to exit your membership (on a no lock-in contract), beware as they are dodgy as anything. It’s a shame that unprofessional individuals like Chris A. (current gym manager) are the types of people that give gyms a bad rep in the fitness industry. I’ve never experienced someone having a tantrum like he did. Absolutely shocking.

Negative experience: I cancelled my membership clearly in writing via email. Now they are trying to dispute it whilst continuing to charge me fees. Never seen such blatant theft of money by a business from a customer. Now will go to to Fair Trading. Never use Snap Fitness Haberfield!
