Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Jetts Bassendean for about a month now, and it honestly feels like a second home! The gym is always spotless, the equipment is top-notch, and there’s plenty of space to get in a solid workout. The atmosphere is relaxed. If you’re looking for a gym with great equipment, good vibes, and a welcoming environment, Jetts Bassendean is definitely the place to be!

Fantastic experience: Staff are friendly. And it’s a great place to chill out virtually as well as just listen to the music and work out at my own pace.

Fantastic experience: I've had the pleasure of training here regulary for years and have enjoyed it very much. Good variety of equipment to cover everything you need, staff and members are all friendly and respectful. The gym area and toilets are always kept very clean. Workouts are seamless and feel great. It's a shame I have to depart for now but certainly may return. Would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

Fantastic experience: I trained here for a year before moving out of area. Pros: Excellent value for money, friendly and welcoming staff, good range of equipment, two squat racks, very clean. Also enjoyed taking advantage of other Jetts gyms when staying with family members or working in a different area which is an added bonus. Cons: It's quite a compact space so the 5pm rush around the benches can be a little crowded, however usually plenty of other machines/ free weights available so small modifications to program means it's only a small inconvenience. Would continue with Jetts if there was a nearby gym where we're relocating but sadly there isn't

Fantastic experience: I joined Jetts Bassendean in 2020 and have had the pleasure of being a trainer for nearly three years now. It's been such an amazing journey, and I’ve truly enjoyed every moment. Jetts Bassendean feels like home, thanks to our fantastic members and the wonderful team. I couldn’t ask for a better place to be!

Fantastic experience: How good is the refurb finally back after lower back issues. Not 100% but will work through it now. The club looks so damn fresh, inviting, and slick! Brand new machines that are easy to use and so stoked about the design of the new leg curl and extension machines. Really hated the last models. 10/10 on the refurb!!! Well done guys

Fantastic experience: More than just a Gym. I joined Jetts Bassendean prior to scheduled major surgery as pre-habilitation and continued attending post surgery for rehabilitation. I provided the detailed and customised exercise program from my Healthcare Team to Caitlin, one of the personal trainers who diligently assisted me with the program at a pace I was physically able to achieve. Her work went way beyond the execution of the exercise program, making herself familiar with the surgery side effects and impact to ensure the correct emphasis was placed on specific movements to achieve best results. Her knowledge, diligence and support was instrumental in my rapid and full recovery and was commented on as remarkable by my healthcare team. Thanks Caitlin and the Team at Jetts Bassendean, more than just a Gym.

Fantastic experience: Due to a move to Melbourne recently I had to say goodbye to Bri , Simon & the awesome team at Jetts Bassendean I joined this gym over 3 years ago and always looked forward to my workouts- the gym is well equiped & well maintained. The toilets and shower are kept immaculately clean & the overall experience is very pleasant. The owners and staff are always super friendly and helpful and I’m already missing my workouts at Jetts Bassendean I wish you guys much success in the future and will definitely pop in for a visit when I return to Perth Kind regards Mike Moss

Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Jetts Gym since 2019. I cannot express how excellent and professional all staff members are. They are willing to assist and are very prompt with inquiries and emails. Over the years, I have put my membership on hold a few times with no issues whatsoever and never felt anything other than professionalism and respect from the team when doing this. Moving to Perth from a regional town, I was unsure how the gym would compare; however, Jetts Bassendean has a very well-stocked gym with lots of equipment, and I much prefer this gym and the staff to others I have tried in Perth. I also want to acknowledge the personal trainers at the gym, especially Caitlin, and how much hard work, long hours, support, care and respect they show clients. You are amazing at your job, and the gym wouldn't be the same without you.

Not only is the gym equipped with a FANTASTIC variety of equipment that is always clean & well-maintained but the staff are ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!! They are always extremely friendly, helpful & nothing is ever too much trouble. The whole vibe of Jetts Bassendean is nothing but POSITIVE and you feel AMAZING when you leave. Negative experience: First of all, don’t get me wrong I love Jetts gyms and think they are great value for money. I was just disappointed to see so many people without towels at this gym, leaving their sweat all over the equipment. Also noticed some of the equipment, especially the exercise bikes, were quite dirty with sweat marks at their base and the toilets also could be cleaner. Perhaps a large sign at the entrance saying ‘No towel - No train’ is a good idea. And a suggestions box to avoid people leaving reviews like this…

Fantastic experience: Sadly I will be leaving the crew at Jetts Bassendean as I'm relocating. I have enjoyed the daily early morning sessions with the motivated team of Caitlin, Scott, Bri and Josh. You were always bright and sparkling, even when I clearly wasn't, while helping me achieve my fitness goals. Thankyou ❤️

Fantastic experience: Been going since 2019. The gym is clean and the staff are approachable and knowledgeable. Heaps of undercover parking and is the perfect location with a coles and places to eat/have coffee in the same complex.

Fantastic experience: Jetts Bassendean has been my home gym since it opened. Bri, Simon and the rest of the crew are awesome. They have great equipment and the club is always clean. It has a great atmosphere and the members are great.

Fantastic experience: I don't leave reviews very often, but I really feel like Jetts Bassendean is deserving of a 5 star review. I have been welcomed by the team since May 2023. The gym is clean, vibrant and I always feel safe and comfortable to complete a workout on my own. The staff are wonderfully kind and I would like to make a special mention of Bri who has been my personal trainer all this time. She is not only a great trainer and small business owner, but someone who I look forward to seeing each week. 5 Stars!!!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Bassendean is one of the most cleanest, friendliest and kindest gyms I have ever been to. Scott is an amazing PT always encouraging, supportive, full of knowledge, teaches proper safe techniques, friendly and funny and always pushes me to be and do my best!

Fantastic experience: Can’t believe it, but I’ve been going to Jetts Bassendean for 9 years! It just feels like home. It’s well-kept and clean, has excellent equipment with everything you need and more, never too busy when I go, and has great lighting to see those gains. When I’ve been overseas and had to try different gyms, they just weren’t the same, and I feel a sense of ease and relief when I return—great atmosphere and I always feel safe. Management are prompt with their communication and there to support when needed. Huge credit to the staff.

Fantastic experience: Have been with Jetts Bassendean for quite a years now, Bre and the team are great at making the gym an inclusive and fun environment.

Negative experience: If you lost your bank card, and ordered a new bank card and forgot about the jetts gym account and forgot to tell them to cancel your account with them than get ready for war of jetts harassing you non stop. Ha goodluck to those that want to cancel with this toxic gym that lacks basic gym equipment. By far the worst gym in Perth, so much more gyms that are way superior than this one. Don’t waste your money with toxic jetts staff members and the lack of gym equipment there, go literally anywhere else because any gym I mean any gym is way better than this one.

Negative experience: Jetts baseendeen staff are extremely rude , i have never experience this low and down they looked upon me . I was willing to see them and to talk about i have lost my Gym key , so i visited them to replace and visited after 12:30 pm while the staff was in a gym and i say hi to her this afternoon and she did not even say hi to me or not even open the door for me to find out what am i looking for . I am a regular member few months now . But hey if you insult your members this way . Jetts baseendeen WA , shame on you . i have the right to judge you that whoever own the gym does not deserve even to own a gym I want to cancel my memver ship asap

Positive experience: Good gym for the price equipment is always clean, can get busy around 5-6pm but that's the same with most commercial gyms. Could use a few more pieces of equipment like a hack squat machine, longer rope attachments for the cable machines and a barbell jack to make it a bit easier/safer to load the barbell on the deadlifting platform. One problem though is that more often than not, plates are not stacked correctly on the machines and squat racks which can be quite annoying but apart from those small things, it is quite a nice gym and the PTs are good!

Fantastic experience: Gym is tidy, most of the equipment had been update since my late wife and I were members back then in 2016.

Negative experience: Ok so I have been at this gym for a while and it is convenient, equipment is up to date and the staff are very friendly but the reason for the 2 stars is how they allow members to work out without a towel. I am sure that one of the agreement is you must have a towel when you are working out. Also staff are present when this is happening but it seems like they do not care. Update 18/06/2022: 9:30 am. Today most men did not have a towel. There are a few who even did not clean up after they used the cardio equipment. I had to walk out. I will no longer go to jetts Bassendean.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely fabulous staff + a really welcoming community. It doesn't matter what your fitness level is, you will be made to feel welcome by all staff and members. It's quite daunting to make a big change and start exercising, but this club welcomes you with open arms and bountiful support. The trainers go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and inspired to do your best. Thanks guys! A special shout out to the JSeries classes, as a beginner, its great to have cost effective and PT guided workouts available - the classes are fun and offer great variety rather than just jumping onto a machine.
