Fantastic experience: This gym is a very good gym all the trainers are smart and know a lot. My trainer MJ is a great guy he pushes me to my limits and beyond. I love this gym the people are nice like Dan, jasmine, Brad, Jose, Harry, Francis and Chris. They all good people. Especially MJ great guy very nice guy number 1 I love him long live MJ. Harry I love that guy he’s the one that showed me around and got me into this gym.

Fantastic experience: My name is Alex Ghookassian and I join to this Gym 14 months ago with shoulder injury and having hernia. I couldn’t lift 5 kilo dumbbell and never lift more than 20kg . Today I done 22.5kg dumbbell bench press ,130kg deadlift and the list goes on . Thx to my coach Nathan who helped me a lot by teaching the techniques and I owe to him for my achievement. Still I have long way to go but I highly recommended Xgym to anyone who think they can not get powerful and strong. Come and talk to the coaches in this gym and they will find you a best way to achieve your goal . By the way I’m 50 years old and never been in any sport or gym before coming here because of my injuries. Ver happy and proud of myself. Spacily I have find lots of nice friends in this friendly Gym . Thanks again to Xgym them .

As someone who hasn’t had much experience with the gym environment or equipment, having people around who I feel comfortable asking for help has been so helpful in my fitness journey. Coach Nathan has helped me work out my goals and has curated a program that’s tailored to my needs. His knowledge and infectious enthusiasm has me excited to be at Xgym and motivated to keep training!

After being introduced to a few fellow members and trainers before I knew it I was training in the afternoons/evenings and sometimes even midday just to see, and be around them!! Fantastic experience: XGym is a boutique gym in Bella Vista focussing mainly on strength training but also providing all the tools and resources to help clients reach any type of fitness goal they might have. XGym is fairly new but the advice and expert knowledge from the trainers in partnership with UHP Personal Training is anything but, creating an environment where if you as a client push and apply yourself, anything could happen. Both members and trainers that I've encountered at XGym so far are very friendly, positive, understanding but most of all supportive which makes me feel comfortable in going to the gym in comparison with more bigger commercial gyms that I have done in the past. If you feel like you want to invest in your health, do yourself a favour and give these guys a call. It might be or might not be what you're looking for but I guarantee you'll leave feeling empowered and wanting to make positive changes to your life, gaining knowledge that no amount of searching on Google could give you a definitive answer to. Wherever you are on your fitness journey - just starting out/experienced but wanting to move to the next level/ on a hiatus, or just simply curious - I would wholeheartedly recommend you to check out XGym to help you with your fitness goals.
