Great boxing club , dale is a excellent coach and excellent programs my son has came along way since he first started thankyou dale

I was in Batemans Bay for a short period and managed to get one class in with Dale. He was great! My first ever proper boxing lesson (Only done boxing aerobic classes previousy) and really enjoyed it. He gave a lot of tips on technique and very informative!

Dale does an awesome job at teaching skills and technique. Sessions are mixed with fitness, cardio and skills. From the first session it has been enjoyable and challenging. The challenge drives my motivation to turn up and keep learning more. The fitness I have developed from 6 months of training has definitely made a noticeable difference. If your thinking about having a go... contact Dale and come to a session and have a go you won't regret it. ????

Dale has a passion for teaching boxing, kickboxing and martial arts. His 30 years experience in the fitness industry has given him a wealth of knowledge in every aspect of combat sports, physical fitness and human movement. He has a great ability in being able to explain everything clearly in a way that’s easy to understand and just makes sense. Id been boxing for years before I met Dale, and he’s taken my skills to the next level!!!
