Fantastic experience: the best gym I’ve ever been to, hands down! Amazing and well kept facilities. Friendliest staff, these guys have it all! Express bar, boxing bags, an mma cage!!! All the weight equipment you could want and need, saunas. Such a massive open space, you get more than what you pay for. Couldn’t recommend this place enough, it is paradise on earth for all physical wellness needs.

Fantastic experience: I decided to come in for a trial to check out this gym after being frustrated with other commercial gyms, and it did not disappoint. I was first greeted by two lovely brothers who are so incredibly kind, warm and genuine people. The amenities are stunning. Saunas are a treat, and the general vibe of the gym is awesome. A couple machines missing that I’m normally used to, but obviously not a deal breaker. Joined this gym immediately after the trial.

Fantastic experience: Joined this gym after being fed up with the other bigger chains (equipment always broken, obnoxious crowds, overcrowded, etc.) and it’s been a godsend. It’s been open for a couple years but still feels very new. The equipment is good, bit different than machines I’m used to but you adjust pretty quick. Decent variety of equipment too, couple machines missing that I’d like to see but beggars can’t be choosers. The crowd here is great though, very friendly and welcoming. The owners are friendly and you’re always greeted with a smile. There is a decent variety of classes on offer which will be sure to get you working and sweating. I’ve never been a big class workout person but enjoyed taking them for something different over the past 4 weeks. With the addition of clean, modern amenities, multiple infrared saunas and a steam sauna, you can’t go wrong. Selfishly, I don’t want more people to join at the risk it becomes overcrowded, but you can’t help but want these guys to succeed and see the gym pumping with people. Matter of when, not if in my opinion. Very glad I joined and intend on being a member there for a long time! Thanks Blackbird!

Fantastic experience: Blackbird fitness (gym) is a Quality of its own. This gym has been modernly designed and carefully equipped. Classes are available aswell as 24 hour use. Use the blackbird app to see how many people have checked into the gym in the last 45 mins. Saunas, steam rooms, free lockers (ones that also lock free of charge) protein shakes, pre work out, must I say more? Beside that, you are greeted with a warm welcome and respect every visit. I couldn’t recommend this gym anymore.

The martial arts classes have been great and very accessible for someone starting with no experience. All the staff are friendly and welcoming and there is a good community vibe amongst the members. Considering the facilities, sauna access, unlimited classes, and good vibes of the place it is great value for money and has made me more motivated for fitness than I have been in years. Fantastic experience: Blackbird Fitness is a premium fitness facility, with a high quality setup and very friendly staff, who are personable, take the time to know their clients, and are always. willing to help. The gym is very new, as is the equipment. There is plenty of space on the gym floor, as well as a huge air-conditioned space for group fitness classes. I haven't tried the Muay Thai area yet, but that looks good, too. The bathrooms are impeccably clean, with plenty of space. The highlight for me has been the individual infrared saunas - what a luxury after a workout! This is a great facility.

I have been to gyms in every town I have worked and in most sufferthe workout and leave. They have an incredible range of machines, including some of the best European equipment. The staff here are competent and friendly, always welcoming me with a smile when I arrive. The facility is very clean and practical, making it easy to fit a workout into my day. I also love that they have four saunas just for women, which adds a nice touch of luxury. Being family-run, there's a real sense of community and care here. Highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: I have been a member at Blackbird for almost a year and I couldn’t be happier! I found the Blackbird while I was looking for a place where I could be motivated to show up even when I don’t feel like it, and little did I know that I was about to find such a jewel! Whether is assisting to one of the many classes they offer every week, ranging from strength to yoga to the recently introduced martial arts zone class, or going for a mindful movement session followed up with an infrared or steamed sauna session, or getting a deep tissue massage, Blackbird Fitness truly exceeds all and any expectations. Fantastic experience: What a great set up! The equipment is excellent, great for bodybuilders but also not too overwhelming for beginners. Plenty of variety for legs. The facilities are very nice, saunas are a great touch. I trained there whilst visiting Adelaide for an annual event. This will be my gym for lifting when I return next year. Oh and the staff and owners were very nice and helpful. A great experience all round.

Fantastic experience: As a local guide, fitness enthusiast and retired physio, I was compelled to write this review. I had the geniune honour of meeting David who warmly welcome my partner and I. Ngl the state of the art tech and luxury feel felt initially intimidating and nerve wracking. However, David quickly dissipated any anxieties and fears . It was obvious he is passionate and authentic about the community and members. He answered all and any questions we had no matter silly or small. The professionalism, cleanliness routine, spacious showers, facilities and equipment are designed for longevity. Treadmills have shock absorption, there are clinics for remedial massages, physios and nutrition, cooking/dining areas and an area for children to chill in while parents got their fitness in. It's really designed by the community for the community. Davids language, mannerisms and articulations truly show case how inclusive and safe this space is every person. Staff are always willing to help and in easily within view from every corner of the gym. This place is the future and I'm so lucky to have experience a tour and my partners already signed up. I've been to previous gyms that feel like a nightclub, or where ego and lack of empathy are super toxic. However, blackbird is actually built different. Honestly, if you've made it to the end of this review, i would highly recommending booking a free tour ! Thank you blackbird for all the small details that show you care!!

Fantastic experience: 24/7 gym access high-quality and new equipment from the looks of it and a useful app. They also do group sessions here like HIT and Yoga which is nice. The main reason I chose Blackbird was because it's 24/7 and they have Saunas available which is hard to find around the Port Adelaide area. Highly recommended.

Positive experience: It’s been a good opportunity to use the BlackBird Fitness facility. Primarily I’ve used the weights in this facility. This gym offers some great equipment options for example ‘Over Head Seated Machine Shoulder Press’ this machine has a function built into it that allows you to do a ‘drop-set’ method without actually having to manually remove any weights from the machine. Which I found really cool and useful. High quality equipment and even has some accessories that I haven’t seen in any other gym previously(but I’ve only been gym training for two years). The owners of the gym are friendly, professional and polite! Gym also offers individual sauna and a steam room. Good gym over all, just a bit to far to travel from the Eastern suburbs. Wish these guys all the best for the future if this gym & may the Black Bird take off!

Fantastic experience: First of all I'd like to say the staff are very friendly and accommodating, you will always feel at home or apart of a fitness family here at Blackbird. I've trained at a lot of gyms. Yet this blew my mind. It sets a standard higher than others! And once you step foot in this gym, not only do you feel at home. You will realise that the bar that's set at Blackbird is that of a very high standard. The experience you get at Blackbird is personalised and caters for every one of your needs. From your own personalised sauna to state of the arc equipment and training experience to little things like body soaps in showers. Blackbird truly does have your needs covered, and makes sure they go the extra mile. Please do yourself a favour and go visit Jonno who will look after you and your needs.

I can only say. Incredible gym. To personally thank there total professional customer care approach to customer service. Excellent. and very well presented. I am a master personal trainer and have visited many incredible gyms around the world work and trained thousands of clients and this gym has got it right total customer service. Anyone reading this post both my son and myself would highly recommend if your looking for the perfect place to get your head and body into great shape. Please don’t overlook this one of kind gym in Adelaide. These guys have left no stone uncovered. Both my son and myself just finished ✔️ a serene experience. The value is incredible. The facility is clean and the equipment is great. I would stay at this gym long term if I wasn't just driving through, hopefully one day ill be back.

Fantastic experience: Hands down best gym I’ve ever joined. Clean, modern, and state of the art equipment. Open 24 hours so I can go anytime of the day or night. The staff and owners are super friendly, helpful and very approachable I can’t speak highly enough of the positive culture they have created and maintain. Plenty of facilities available such as group class rooms, saunas, physio, crèche and a martial arts room. The best part is that it’s very affordable paying as low as $30 a week for everything included, so plenty of value!

Fantastic experience: Blackbird Fitness is THE best. At first I was nervous and a little intimidated by all the big, complicated looking machine and equipment. It turns out they're not complicated at all. Anything I'm not sure how to use correctly the friendly and knowledgeable staff are always ready to help. At Blackbird you are spoilt for choice with the machines and equipment available. From pre loaded weight machines to free weights, cardio machines and the treadmills are huge, they make you feel so stable and safe when you're on them. Classes have been going for 2 weeks now and I can not decide which is my favourite, they are all so good and I've left every class feeling amazing and accomplished. After class I recover in the infra-red saunas, the thing that cemented my decision in changing gyms. I can not recommend them enough. I wish I could keep this place a secret but it is too good not to share

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. I have been a member of so many gyms throughout Adelaide but this brand new gym surpasses them all. Good atmosphere, very friendly staff and all the equipment is kept up to date and clean and is top quality!! The facilities are amazing and you will not get many gyms that have classes, creche, sauna, steam bath, showers, gym, coffee bar.....could go on but you have to see it for yourself.
