Negative experience: Made it very difficult to cancel. Money was being taken out of my account for 3 weeks despite me calling! It’s been 2 months since it was supposed to be cancelled and I still don’t have a refund.

Fantastic experience: Noarlunga Goodlife is honestly one of the best goodlife gyms I have visited. Equipment is well set up, gym is always very clean and staff are super welcoming. Highly recommend visiting their gym to build yourself up again without feeling super overwhelmed with a crowded gym. Always a good experience when I go to the gym there.

Negative experience: This gym is disgustingly bad!!! The equipment is decent but the staff OMG!!!!! Never been in such an unsupported environment in my life. The staff would laugh at me for not doing some equipment correct, I’ll admit I am quite new and was feeling a bit insecure about going. But to be laughed at cos i didn’t know how to move the chair on one of the machines was a bit rude. If you wanna be bullied into working out yeah for sure go!! But if you want a nice environment then RUN!! Even if you can’t run fast just try and RUN!!

Negative experience: Receptionists are unprofessional

Negative experience: I had an amazing experience with goodlife, the PTs and the equipment. At the start of the year, I was told my account would be monthly and I had to give 2 Weeks notice to cancel my account. After moving interstate, I have tried to cancel my account and am being charged 2 months after. I have been assured twice that my account has been cancelled. I will not be going back to Goodlife after this experience. I have not had this experience at my previous gym, Derrimuts.

Negative experience: Honestly I think it be easier to get divorced and leave this gym. I know it’s my fault when we decide that we don’t want to go to the gym no more but trying to cancel or put a membership on hold always cost money they seem to have us over a barrel roll on January when I can escape this bloody gym and save myself money.

Fantastic experience: Joined Goodlife 3 months ago. Has been a great experience and been welcomed by great staff everyday. The facility provides a wide range of equipment suited for everyone needs and is always kept it clean and tidy. Goodlife has an amazing welcoming community, great for beginners. Personal trainers are also included. Very much recommend for all ages no matter your body type, size or weight.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, cleanliness, after hours access is terrible using their app. They made it very difficult to cancel & continued to deduct payments after cancellation.

Fantastic experience: Large gym with plenty of space. New equipment and plenty of machines to workout on.Parking is easy with a lot of site parking. Staff are easily approachable for directions or advice.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love this gym! Staff are amazing and helpful. I love that everyone works together by keeping each machine clean for the next person. IF YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT YOUR HEALTH, OR WANTING TO GET INTO SHAPE THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE.

Fantastic experience: Great goodlife gym. Modern equipment, and heaps of it. Convenient location and friendly staff. A fairly reasonably low amount of classes on offer, but perhaps that's because there aren't that many members? And it's missing a Sauna/steam room facility which some other goodlifes offer. But overall decent! Would love to see a sauna/steam room added one day!

Fantastic experience: Love the group classes. I went to Goodlife Health Club Norlunga few times, l am satisfied with many excercise equipments and facilities in this club. Would certainly recommend to my friends.

Fantastic experience: My wife and I having been training here for a few years now and we have found all the staff to be fantastic - always say hello when we arrive and always ready to help if needed. The gym itself is always very clean and the equipment always working well.

Negative experience: I've been using this place for over a year they are fine when you keep paying the equipment is decent how ever they do pressure you to sign a lock in contract and they are criminal if you try to end it my friend tried to cancel they wanted them to pay the full amount they would have gotten from it and they badgered my friend non stop for months about it and their pt season plans are super expensive robbing you blind on that front and the boxing bag is behind a pay wall your gym comes with dlc

Fantastic experience: Goodlife Noarlunga is always clean, super friendly staff and gym goers too! I train and have PT sessions here and I cannot recommend this gym enough!

Negative experience: There is a tiktok video circulating stating that this gym signed a contract for someone on their behalf because he didn’t respond to their calls after his 7 day free trial ended, and now he is locked in on a 12 month contract even though he never signed any papers or verbally agreed to anything. Would not recommend anyone to go here unless they plan on sticking around ‍♀️ Not cool to sign someone up with no permission and charge their card and say they can’t do anything about it.

Fantastic experience: Wife is the member and loves the joint. New, clean equipment and helpful staff. Close to home but plenty of car parking for those who require it. Having the correct membership, I can accompany her 3 days a week if she pushes me.

Fantastic experience: I just love my gym. I joined as soon as I knew it was going to open and have many friends and family join me along the way. Just love arena for its variety and friendly vibe, but I am always a chatterbox and just enjoy working out with friend which feel more like family. Arena has been great since I hurt my leg and while I haven't been in as much as I like I am still loving it. Thanks awesome people

Negative experience: Joined this gym before covid. When covid hit I cancelled my membership with them and they still insisted on charging me the full amount even thought they had a cancellation policy and the notes said I called to cancel. I refused to pay through principle and it ended up in debt collection. They said if I cleared the debt they would give a 40% discount and 10 months later they are chasing me for that discount. Stay away from this Gym.

Fantastic experience: I've been with the gym now almost 8 months.i I have found the staff to be very helpful and non judgemental due to my legs being so swollen. Will definitely be back to get more help from Karl who is a top bloke and a great trainer who knows his stuff.

Positive experience: Top notch gym with all the things you would want in a gym and a great deal...that is, if you do manage to use your membership. If you don’t go more than TWICE in 12 months (like me, sadly) and have paid just over $1000 for all of that unfortunately unused time (essentially giving the gym money for doing absolutely nothing), don’t make the mistake I DID in thinking they will be compassionate and understanding when you want to withdraw from your membership one month early! They certainly won’t acknowledge that they have essentially been gifted that $1000+ for nothing in return and waive the $99 left in upcoming final payments before ceasing your membership. They will be greedy and expect every last cent. “It’s a business, after all!” This attitude is so disappointing from a gym chain like Goodlife. It just serves as a lesson learned and reminds me never to sign any contract with a gym again, in case life gets in the way & prevents you actually accessing it. Disappointed. And needing every cent I have, thanks to COVID. But thanks Goodlife. You have let me down.

Fantastic experience: The Goodlife is brilliant from the front receptionists who are so friendly and can't do enough for you, to the instructors who make the classes so much fun and motivate you to work harder. To the management team who love your feedback and work with you to fix things. Its the best thing my mum and I did was join the Goodlife. We have both reached our goals of loosing weight, getting fitter and stronger and having so much fun along the way. I would recommend you to everyone

Fantastic experience: Absolutely love the place. Me and my fiance go here almost daily and always have a great time. All of the staff are extremely friendly and there is no feeling of body shame, as everyone is there for the exact same reason. Everyone is nice and kind and you might even make a couple of friends!

Negative experience: DO NOT USE THIS HEALTH CLUB! They steal your money! My daughter cancelled her membership in March, we’ve called the gym several times and called in, they’ve promised they’ve cancelled and will refund all the money $166! Yet No refund and they continue to take money from my account week on week without permission! I’ve called their financial company today who have said that the gym haven’t cancelled the membership at all and have referred us back to the gym. So unprofessional and extremely frustrating! My advice is to not use these big corporate machines, useless!

Negative experience: The most unprofessional, scam-artist style staff. All they do is rip you off. I went to derimuts gym instead, much much better quality staff and payments are much cheaper. Will never return to goodlife again.

Negative experience: Bit of hit and miss depending on the club you go to, some feel dingy and the chlorine permeates throughout the whole gym, made me feel like working out in the tropics. The one in Noarlunga is brilliant though, free crech to get you some me time :)

Negative experience: Be wary. If you have a bad experience as I have, these people will fleece you. After having 4 missed appointments by PTs I have tried to cancel. I even had to follow why these people were no shows. Even with these bad experiences they still expect you to pay cancellation fees even if they have screwed up - they blame the customer. Stay away.

Positive experience: Have joined here after my contract ran out at Body Smith Fitness on Gulfview Rd and thought they were good to start off with but then gradually got worse and worse with payment problems and my own personal problems all mixing up turning out be a very bad experience overall. My current problem being that I called two weeks beforehand to cancel my contract with GoodLife but still have been charged for 3 weeks that I didn't even use. Then they start to tell me that I have to pay it off even though I wanted to cancel with two weeks notice. Am definitely going back to BodySmith and the rest of the crew on Gulfview Rd as they are very friendly, supportive, and charge the correct rates based on wether your using the gym or not.

Fantastic experience: Great range of classes from beginner to advanced. There's something for everyone. Arena, 8 and 12 wk Challenges. Up to date equipment, clean restrooms with free locker access. Loving it here.

Positive experience: Excellently maintained gym and the best down south. Plenty of functional space available with modern equipment and great facilities. Can be busy during peak periods as most gyms are so best to avoid these times otherwise you'll be waiting around for equipment.

Negative experience: Gym and facilities are great. However the Debit Success company they use for payments are dodgy as hell. Personal Trainer who was appointed to me for one of their promo packs was not flexible so I gave up trying. Just waiting one more week to get out of my contract, completely regret signing up.

So i said fine , then the sale talk started and i couldnt wait until it finish so i can get the hill out . It is the most irritated experience. Please please when someone ask you to see through with out the sale talk, please let them there are more chance of them join in than take them through that sale talk of yours!!

Fantastic experience: Great 24 hour gym with very modern equipment and facilities. Changerooms are quite big, byo padlock for the locker. Staff are very friendly and easy parking in Colonnades car park. Just need the music turned down a bit as it's so loud.

Positive experience: Crowded with average equipment but good classes and friendly staff. Southbound gym has way better equipment and is a lot bigger but if group fitness is your thing or if you like PTs and a resort like vibe this gym is probably for you. If you're a serious body builder you can't beat southbound anywhere in Adelaide.
