Fantastic experience: Everything is at its best. Nothing to complain at all until now. I haven't met the staffs yet as I was transferred to this from Ashfield. Space is awesome bigger than the one I used to go before at Haymarket. Clean and organised.

Negative experience: Extremely pathetic experience, would not recommend. I had an emergency and had to go back to my home country. I couldn’t freeze my account as I was unsure if I am going to return or not. I had to pay 50% of the membership amount as I had to cancel the membership abruptly. They did not consider my request of giving me some sort of a discount, neither did they reply to my email. Highly unprofessional as they had read the email still did not bother to reply. When someone has an emergency you should be that considerate enough to help them out. Unfortunately I feel like I was robbed. Such a bad experience, I would never ever join “Anytime Fitness” ever again.

Fantastic experience: I travel interstate and use multiple gyms yet emily and jay or may i say all the staff give you a vibe and smile that not only shows there teeth but there heart and warm welcome time and attention. Makes me want to stay with anytime all the time

Fantastic experience: My current local gym. One of the best in the Anytime family. Big and roomy, with mostly friendly attendees and plenty of equipment. Being connected to the RSL club it is well maintained by their management.

Fantastic experience: This has expected the best period fitness in Sydney from its astonishing atmosphere to cleanness, tidiness and most importantly the society involved would present it 7 stars if i could. the club manager Emily deserves plenty credit for making and keeping this place in the habit it is, her bubbly personality just uplifts your mood to train more always saying hi to clients even whilst she is intervening conversation with dignitary or on the phone. she is a valid gem and a excellent find to fit this position very down to earth and just an amazing human. she is a manager who can assist with any questions and always finds a resolution or answer to your questions. Emily has massive pride and even grown passion occupied for Anytime fitness and this is clearly conspicuous on approach. i truly think she manage take out the Anytime fitness club manager of the century. could really not say individual bad thing about this Gym, or administration it creates a vibe place everyone is received the diversity just makes be going to keep returning. special thank you to Emily and her stick for what they do to hold this place for members like me to keep recompensing back.

Positive experience: I enjoy coming to this gym. Unfortunately the toilets are always abit dirty and smelly.. it really reduces my rating as hygiene is really important to me. I also wonder why every TV is showing sports (can we please put something else on a few of the TVs?) particularly in the evenings. Other than that it’s a great gym! Worth the price

Lacks mirrors and some equipment hasn't been serviced properly (cables broken, slides need grease, etc). New handles have no grip. Good range of people at different stages of their fitness journey. Showers/change rooms are luxury indeed!

Fantastic experience: i LOVE THIS PLACE. From the moment I walk in I get greeted by smiley Emily (lady at front), Shayne (usually wears a hat) and Faz (physio). They are all incredibly professional. Whenever I need help I can trust they will do their absolute best to assist me however they can. It can be busy sometimes because it’s quite a big space and recently renovated so it’s new and clean and attracts members, this being said the staff here create a safe space among the members and we often end up in group conversations because of the staff’s warmth and inclusivity. They have such a positive presence that it’s noticeably missed when they’re not around. The gym facilities are great, i’m yet to find myself in a situation where they don’t have equipment I need, and the equipment is always being upgraded or advanced so I am always learning about the latest in fitness. Love this gym, and love the people!

Fantastic experience: I recently joined the gym and from the moment I walked in, Emily was super friendly and helpful. The whole sign up process made joining the gym really comfortable. The whole team are fun and energetic, the gym has great equipment, clean, and very spacious compared to other Anytime’s. Overall great gym and great vibe!

Fantastic experience: Amazing facilities and great staff. I was really nervous about joining the gym, but from the day I walked in Emily made me feel so welcome and comforting, and has continued to support me with my fitness goals ever since. Her passion for health and fitness and her genuine care for members has really made me feel a part of this community, and has taken away my fear of exercise. Shayne is also a great trainer, he always says hello and goes out of his way to ask if I need anything. The club is always clean, members look very happy and thanks to AFHP I’ve grown to love going to the gym and being part of this lovely community.

Negative experience: Staffs are too rude. The way people are treated in there is not acceptable and immoral. Even the manager is not accountable towards the members. Any kind of aggression and egoistic attitude towards anyone inside the premises is not valid especially from someone from the management. Very disappointed.

Negative experience: The white old lady manager is an worst manager I have ever seen. Too much ego less brain. Always comes and distrub me during my training. Doesn’t know how to talk to the members. Such people are aren’t good for a reputed company like anytime fitness. Its very clean and well equipped but the manager…. No not again

I have been to other anytime fitness gyms and they just are nowhere to the standards of hurlstone park. It’s always clean, there’s a good variety of equipment and the space is perfect depending on what you’re training. I would 100% recommend hurlstone park to anyone. Fantastic experience: Just joined this gym in February. I do have to say that Shayne is super helpful. He also showed me how to use some of the equipment. Emily is such a wonderful lady. She is so beautiful and I can't believe she is single. Her eyes are so beautiful, just like her personality. She is a wonderful manager, and hopefully, she owns the gym one day. Also, the gym is always so clean and presentable. I definitely recommend joining this gym.

Fantastic experience: After having a major operation I felt apprehensive but once I got started doing things again at my own pace , I felt happy to be back. I would recommend it to anyone it has a soothing atmosphere and age is no problem.

Fantastic experience: I come here on my days off and I really like the gym. Facilities are clean, wipes are always provided and they have a little station with deodorant etc. Since the renovations, the space has gotten bigger. Only thing missing a mirrors in the free exercise area. :)

Positive experience: Still an excellent gym. It would be nice if the members and PT's enforces putting the weights back and especially do not drop the weights etiquette.

Negative experience: I have been a long time member of this gym (10 years) and have always felt welcome and supported throughout my fitness journey. In recent years, however, new management has changed the atmosphere of this place and made me feel very unwelcomed. Despite asking for clarification about my membership prior to the recent renovations, I was given false and dishonest information by the previous manager of Hurlstone Park Anytime Fitness David. This resulted in unwanted changes to my membership. When I tried to seek support regarding this change upon the gyms reopening, I heard that David was no longer the manager and replaced by the current manager Emily. I tried to talk with current staff at the gym but I was essentially told that it was not their fault. When I finally had the opportunity to speak with Emily, I was dismissed because she was busy. This soon followed by her talking to various other members for a period of time. I no longer feel like a part of the Anytime Fitness family as I once did when Gary and David King managed this gym. I really hope that the current Anytime Fitness team and manager can reflect on this feedback and aim to do better for their original members who have supported their gym for so many years. A fancy new look does not replace kindness, honesty and a supportive environment.

Fantastic experience: Anytime fitness Hurlston Park has just been recently renovated and has much more room and upgraded equipment. With 24 hour access you can workout anytime. Usually not to crowded and a good atmosphere don't tell to many people how good it is.

Positive experience: Moved house and gym from ATF Lewisham. So far so good. Bicep curl machine would be nice. Also, some fans in the cardio area would be nice. Great management, friendly staff and always clean and tidy. 4.5 stars. Best ATF I’ve been to in Sydney.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, great equipment and well-kept. Come here frequently and mostly don't have any problems. Sometimes the music is a bit loud even with noise-cancelling headphones which can be distracting, but otherwise fine!

Negative experience: Very unhappy with what I experienced in the gym, the treatment by rude staff member with no costumer service skills, displaying high ego, abusing their authority to patronise gym members and causing over the top, unjustified drama! Will not go there again!

Fantastic experience: One of the best anytime fitness's around, I go to this one not because it's closer to home but rather it's fairly large with a very good quantity of different weights, machines and cable pulley's. Always clean and overall a good atmosphere. There is always parking no matter what time of day you go.

Fantastic experience: Hurlstone Park Anytime have the best staff by far of all the anytime’s I’ve been too. The team are very welcoming, friendly, professional and always ready to help and offer advice with workouts. The HIIT classes are also a hit, with lots of variety in equipment and exercises. They also have their own physio (Farid) and heaps of parking right across the road.

Fantastic experience: I have trained at many Anytime Fitness locations in the Inner West/South West and while they were all of a high standard, Hurlstone Park has been a standout and the location I have remained training at extensively. The staff cultivate a caring and inclusive environment, are personable and fun but also trustingly knowledgeable regarding fitness. The facility is large, clean and the equipment abundant, so even on the busier days it doesn't feel cramped and training plans can be adhered to.

Positive experience: Music is loud enough to make you suffer from listening to your own music. Not enough mirrors. :) No barbell squat pad! You gotta ask them to get one during staff hours only!

The team that manage the gym (Gary, Farid, Jess, Olly and David) are fantastic and the gym itself is well equipped and maintained to a very high standard. My husband and I both use Farid for personal training and he is exceptional.

Positive experience: Spacious well air conditioned gym, clean. Lots of parking across the road or on the street. Lots of the essential equipment to get a work out in. Only three squat racks available. No deadlift area.

Fantastic experience: Great place to work out. Good.variety.of equipment. Not.filled.with roid heads. Wheelchair accessible however the sidewalk out front is.a.bit hard.to navigate as it has.a.huge slope with camber making it difficult to mange in a manual wheelchair. The doors are also a bit hard to manage but that's most doors in this world that are not automated. Has more than one of each machine.so.you don't have to wait around for long to complete your work out.
