Negative experience: I have been a member at this gym for almost a year now. They have good equipment and it's spacious. However, the men's changing room has never been deep cleaned since I have been a member. Along with the smell, there has been a build of a grime on the floor and walls since I joined. As a result, I have been unable to use the toilets and showers. The other members appear to just accept it. This is not acceptable.

Negative experience: I had a terrible experience at this gym from start to finish, all because of the front counter person. When I first walked in to join, he told me he couldn’t help me in-store and insisted I join online. Fine, I thought, so I went home and tried to sign up online, but he didn't offer any real assistance with the online process. Fast forward a few months, and when I came in to cancel my membership, guess who was there again? The same guy. This time, he said he couldn’t help me cancel because his internet was down. Really? Another excuse to avoid helping customers? It’s frustrating when someone in a customer service role just refuses to do their job. At this point, I’m convinced he just doesn't want to deal with people. It’s disappointing and unprofessional. I won’t be returning or recommending this Gym store to anyone through out my stay in Perth city!

Positive experience: Gym is too small and crowded

Positive experience: Missing weighing scale and has not been brought back since couple of months. They finally put the scale back. 3 (2.8 actually) stars now because scales don’t take that long.

Negative experience: I was a member of Revo before so wanted to recommend someone to join, guy at the reception was not good at customer service at all and every time I asked him for joining seems like he were not willing to guide. Served a customer before us and a girl one after us but we got ignored every time when we were struggling with the online joining even we were at store to join. No physical membership card been issued even we requested for one. Joined online through the app and going to use the online pass.

Fantastic experience: Been going there for 6 months now.Thanks for adding more leg extensions and other machines . However morning hours get so busy and would love if we could have another smith machine, some stomach exercising machines, more 12.5 dumbells, and the back pull down machine. Thanks

Negative experience: Mens toilets have been leaking for months so change rooms stink of urine. I've come in at all hours of the day and night and the change rooms never seem to be clean. Equipment here is mediocre. Took up way to much room with a grassed area which limits the amount of equipment available during peak times.

Negative experience: Gym is not hygienic and even though I’ve cancelled my membership, they kept charging me for an additional 3 months. Requesting a refund for those unauthorised debit has been an absolute pain and I’m still being lead around in circles with support saying they’ve approved the refund every time I ask about it

Positive experience: Gyms good Had a lot of equipment but no instructions on how to use Music is always too loud I like to listen to podcasts ehil working out, but i struggle to hear them with my ear buds because i can hear the music over them. When canceling they told me i had to pay for the next month. They dont prorata from 30 days of your cancelation like most other companies would. Also, they didn't send me a copy, so i emailed them and they sent me a copy. Also they say you have to go in due in staffing hours to cancel then hand you a ipad with a form that they really could.put on their app/website Lots of what i would say is unethical practices.arround cancelations Im sure they can do better and would encourage them to do so.

Negative experience: I cancelled my subscription a year ago. I went to the club as the person at the desk, and they handed me a tab and filled out the form, and was done After a year, I realised they were still sneaking money out of my account. When I called the manager, they told me I didn't send them an email Please be careful with these scammers when you cancel your subscription

Negative experience: I take my friend with me to join this Revo and the staff told me that they will give half discount to me. But they didn't and now whenever I go there the staff gives me a email address to mail and the manager will solve this issue. Believe me these are fraud never responded to my mail. I will soon end my subscription and join other gym.

Negative experience: Worst gym, fckg dirty, toilet and shower look like abandoned, on the pics it’s not a water on the floor but piss everywhere. I come twice a day so I can tell u it’s always like that, no one clean this place apparently. Still paying 45$ per month for that it’s crazy

Negative experience: Don't go here, plenty of other gyms. Dirty showers / toilets, crowded small gym, bad staff. Went in to cancel, staff made me wait 15 mins, then another 10 mins to start the process. A woman walks in and staff tends to her and makes me wait another 30 mins, then finally comes back to me to finish the cancellation process which took another 10 mins.

Positive experience: Gym is decent. People complain about how busy it is, but this isn’t something the gym can control. But the toilets (disabled and men’s) are always absolutely filthy. Don’t think anyone has cleaned it in months.

Negative experience: Was the owner of this business TV news reader or is he obsessed with tv series? Those TV,s on wall should be changed. We are in gym ,to get motivated, get Gym channels on them so that it gives vibes.. feels like coming to gym. You guys have been playing News Chanel on them. Either Owner of the business should be neglecting these things or he should buy some grocery store not gym. There are great videos on gym in internet get them and people can look them and learn and utilise in gym. Small things make difference.

Negative experience: Water fountain broken for the past 1 month, was told it will be fixed in 2 days. Toilets constantly broken and some without toilet paper regularly. Cleaning of toilets happens once per week at best, your likely to catch a STD if you use. Sanitising wipes you have a 50/50 chance if they are there. Disgusting gym but most staff are friendly

Positive experience: The toilet facilities are beyond horrid for males this includes, grime on the walls and floors, broken door latches and consecutive days of no toilet paper in the cubicles, not sure how the cleaning schedule is programmed but one look at the facilities and it is apparent it is not adhered to. Good amount of equipment that is generally maintained except for the lonely wall mounted clock that stopped working over 2 months ago. The added massage chairs take up valuable real estate in the functional train area.

Negative experience: The men's toilet and shower area are hugely unsanitary. I was worried to use them for fear of catching a, yet to be discovered disease. No jokes. Champion for #1 worse Revo men's bathroom. I now identify as a female to use their toilets. I've used cleaner long drops. Sorry but healthy oriented individuals deserve much better. Actual gym areas cool! ✌️

Positive experience: Used this gym today 14th November 2023 between 8pm to 9pm I needed to sanitize the equipment after use and on 3 different occasions 3 different sanitizer spray bottles were empty When I finished, I went to shower and the soap dispenser was empty as well. Luckily I had my own soap Hope the owners see this and work on improving it. I will be back in the evening on Thursday 16th November 2024 Hopefully I will meet a better situation

Negative experience: I suspended my membership with revo fitness in Belmont 8 moths before because i had Surgery. and they were charging me till today. I called them over 50 times but no body responded my call. I have evidence of call history. They are very unprofessional and rude .

Negative experience: Out of all the Revo’s it’s one of the smallest yet somehow seems to always have the most people. They used to be pretty good with maintenance but now there’s machines broken for weeks, including the clocks - not to mention cleaning cloths aren’t changed often enough I know people are supposed to return things to the right place but there is only some very mild house keeping going on from staff The equipment being new is the biggest upside

Negative experience: I had to go here due to Midland's air con not working for the zillionth day in a row. I left after 5 minutes because it was completely overcrowded. Not a single bit of equipment was free and only 1 bench was free. I barely had any room to do split squats or standing upper body exercises. I felt like I was in the way and everyone else there probably thought the same about themselves too. I could feel people's breath when they were breathing heavy. All I could smell was mouldy old cologne and perfume, which I can still smell in my hair (ew). Someone either sprayed some bubblegum scented spray or a vape while I was there and that mixed with the mouldy cologne scents. It felt like such a huge covid/flu risk due to the overcrowding, that leaving was the only option as I didn't want to mess up an upcoming holiday and I don't fancy a hospital visit right now (immunocompromised lung transplantee). I couldn't take the smells and lack of room anyway and I was nervous about leaving my bag with a parcel in it (yet I wouldn't be concerned at Midland. That's saying something). There needs to be capacity limits or a bigger gym built for Belmont.

Negative experience: This will be a long review but here goes. The Personal trainers do not care for the injured during accident if they are not their trainers. I was working out on an inclined bench press at around 12 50pm today, And as i was working out, the barbell got stuck on 1 of those hooks that are meant to hold it when not in use, And it came down and hit me on my chest. It was instant and painful it made me groan. There was literally a personal trainer assisting her cleint, she would have atlist rendered first aid as i assume they are trained to do so. But nothing, they just stared at me and actually moved onto the next workout far from me like they didnt see me or even care. She left me fend for myself in alot of pain. Just because i am not your cleint doesn't mean i am less human and not deservingpf assistance when distressed. This was 65kgs including the barbell. Imagine if it was heavier than that. This was an accident and these do happen. All i could think of was what if this was a life threatening situation. I would have died on my own without any1 assisting or checking up on me. I had to take myslef to hospital for an xray scan with no first aid rendered or even a pain relief. If you are to work out on your own, Expect NO help during an accident. This was really sad to expereince. To that personal trainer, whoever you are, if somthing like what heppend to me were to ever happen to you, i hope there will be people to help you and not to ignore u in Pain like you did to me today. That was really Inhumane.

Negative experience: This place is a zoo, literally go to any Revo except here. It's stuffy and smelly, no ventilation. Really untidy, weights and attachments on the floors and not put back after use. People doing almost whatever they want, i saw someone lifting weights with bare feet, saw another wearing socks and sandals while boxing. Super busy, have to keep waiting for machines. Staff need training in what it means to give customer service or just how to be a decent person. In contrast Oconnor Revo is AMAZING. EDIT: Your reply to me and many other gym users who gave you factual/constructive feedback is evident of how little you care or understand customer service. I provided you information on WHAT to improve, its your job on HOW to improve. If you only spent the same time and energy in improving services instead of trying to make it look like you care.

Positive experience: Nice gym but busy because Vic Park is being renovated. The very unhealthy and unhygienic cleaning cloths are pretty disgusting. Have contacted them directly however a very disappointing and vague response. They also have now removed the sanitiser stations. COVID’s not over and nor is cold and flu. Cost saving already??

We have reusable wipes and spray available at all the cleaning stations, which are regularly monitored and re-stocked by our staff members. Fantastic experience: Great gym but always super busy especially the car park which we share with the shoppers. Sometimes out of wipes and cloths need changing but other than that friendly team and good vibe.

Fantastic experience: Good value for money gym, there are only 5 racks for deadlift though so off peak times are advised

Negative experience: This gym is beyond busy. 930pm on a Tuesday, and every piece of equipment is being used, and there are even more people standing around.

Positive experience: Overall happy with this gym due to its cheap membership fees and it has the equipment your average gym goer needs. This is definitely a smaller gym and it is a battle for free equipment after 4pm. Go earlier or be prepared to ask people to work in with you. Maintenance issues are slow to be fixed. The gyms just installed 2 new massage chairs but would've been better to invest in more accessory equipment. Bathrooms can be dirty but I've noticed more frequent cleaning happening which is promising.

Negative experience: Keep closed without a reason (24h), I have wasted my time waiting outside, Victoria park in renovation and Belmont closed, unbelievable

Positive experience: Been coming here a while but way too busy now that Vic Park is closed for renovations - ques for every machine no matter what time. And yes you can check the online tracker but it is still packed early in the morning until late at night.

Negative experience: You’d be hard pressed to find one free machine in this packed place, atrocious and way too busy even at 5am, whats the point of a membership if i can’t even use the equipment?

Positive experience: Very nice and tidy place and very cheap. however in busy times, machines are pretty occupied. Space is also smaller for the number of people visiting.

Negative experience: Quality in this gym has dropped dramatically. Toilets are horrible most of the time, water fountain hasn't been working for the past 10 days, not even a water filter installed for drinking water and sinks keep getting blocked and remains for days like that etc....

Positive experience: Everything else is good, except for lacking of wipes sometimes. There is a reusable wipes, but I find it not very hygienic to use. I know it can run out. But adding additional wipes dispenser would really help. I wish you could do something with my feedback. Cheers!

Positive experience: Great value and a very good range of equipment. It's quite a busy gym, but that's what happens when something is popular and decent! This is also partly due to reno's in Vic Park Revo, which should be finished in June 23. The T's and C's surrounding membership referrals are a bit grey (and not necessarily always followed) so be mindful of this when referring friends.

Fantastic experience: Nice mix of chill beats for those of us who prefer it that way, especially late at night. Unlike other gyms (including other Revos) that play non stop loud dubstep that I find stressful. Also new, clean and modern

Fantastic experience: Another good Revo. Not my local, but I stopped for a session whilst in the area. Possibly not as good a vibe as Morley or Northbridge, but also had a ridiculously hot person at the counter, so like, swings and roundabouts. Joking aside, it has plenty of quality equipment and a good sized stretch and functional area, as we've come to expect from Revo. I'd happily train here again.

Positive experience: Good gym and friendly staff, but pleeeeeease update your shower heads. Taking a shower here is near impossible, because the water is dispersed in a way that it goes everywhere, but not on your body. New shower heads and the whole gym will be great. :)

Fantastic experience: Definitely gets busy 5pm-9pm like any gym, luckily I go 11pm and there’s never a wait for any machines, place is cleaned regularly and all the equipment is new with plenty of variety.
Positive experience: Member here. Need arm preacher curl machine. New gym. Very busy though. Good overall. Music far too loud! Even with my headphones on I can here it which sucks, having to turn my headphones up too high and bad for my ears!
Fantastic experience: Don't think I've been to this.Fitness place.
Negative experience: No one wearing masks, and no one checking proof of vaccination at after hours. I wish the police would shut this place down. Far too dangerous and reckless.
Hi Zac, no masks are required when vigorously exercising and all swipe tags that are able to be used outside of staffed hours have had their status sighted during staffed hours. We also have 24/7 security to ensure compliance and ensure we are following all guidelines. Thanks for supporting local

Positive experience: Very new gym, on a smaller side compare to other Revo fitness gyms. Not too many machines to use, and usually this place is busy. "Free WiFi" is present but stuff refuses to give password to it, claiming that they don't know it.
