Positive experience: Nice, new clean machines. Good aircon. Only complaints are as follows Multiple kids hogging the same piece of equipment. I’ve just waited 25 minutes for four kids on a machine: most of the 25 minutes was chatting and looking at phones. Of the four kids, only one had a towel. This was right next to the staff desk and nothing was said.

Fantastic experience: I went to snap fitness for the first time today. The gym manager was very helpful, friendly and informative. The facilities were great, definitely coming back! :D

Positive experience: Drove 30mins to the gym to find out it’s locked and I can’t swipe my access card and enter - this is the nicest one and to go to the next closest one to my home is going to take me about 30-40mins! Beyond frustrated don’t sell yourself to be 24-7 when this is the second time I’ve been unable to access this specific gym. Your company will happily take my money for the membership - which I barely get to use due to industry I work in. I paid extra to access all gyms - but now I’m screwed over.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely perfect gym. I moved from Revo down the road and i have no regrets. Much cleaner and quieter. Makes an awesome option compared to others in the area. Fabio the gym manager is excellent in providing help with your workout and more.

Fantastic experience: I’m really impressed with the vibe of Snap BG. The working aircon is amazing, the cleanliness of the gym is high and the professional cleaners should be commended. I’ve found the equipment is of good quality and has many more options that work better for me. It’s not too busy but the friendly vibes of the whole gym is refreshing as well as a manager that seems interested in the buzz. I’m so pleased I made the cross over and excited to smash my new goals here!

The gym itself is well equipped and clean I always find myself able to access any workout with ease with sanitised wipes always available to clean the equipment after use.

Fantastic experience: Amazing people work at Snap Fitness Banksia Grove, from the trainers to the staff. This place has the highest machine quality around. I've gone to a tonne of gyms, and every single one of them has poor, cheap equipment. Snap, on the other hand, has the best, highest-quality equipment by far. Overall, a fantastic gym, and I would highly advise anyone to join!
