Fantastic experience: Great trainers with so much knowledge. In 4 months I have been able to get back movement in my body, be pain free & doing weight training that I’m seeing great results from. Highly recommend

Fantastic experience: Had an overnight in Armidale and was lucky enough to come across NEB. The early opening (0530-1900) on weekdays suited me perfectly and the gym was awesome. Great array of equipment and I think I even saw some Kabuki Strength bars in there! This is a sensational gym and will definitely visit again when in town!

Fantastic experience: I have been at NEB for just over 5 months now and I wouldn’t recommend any other gym. The trainers and members who attends the gym are just so welcoming and warming to new members. The trainers are very understanding in your goals an ambitions and are always there for you in and out the gym. The classes are fun and just make you want to go back for more. Couldn’t thank everyone for welcoming me enough and supporting me throughout my journey ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
