Located in the historic 1948 building at 176 Rusden Street, PCYC Armidale is a vibrant community hub and multi-functional sports centre serving the Armidale, Guyra, and Uralla regions. As a not-for-profit charity in partnership with NSW Police, PCYC provides a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all ages to improve their health, build confidence, and develop life skills through active engagement.

Our facility boasts one of the region's most comprehensive ranges of activities, catering to everyone from toddlers to seniors. Enjoy our fully equipped gym and fitness centre, featuring dedicated circuit classes such as Box-Fit, Healthy Her, Healthy Him, and specialized sessions for older adults like Golden Girls and Fit Old Blokes. Whether you are looking for intense cardio, strength training, or gentle movement, our qualified coaches are here to support your journey.

For martial arts enthusiasts, PCYC Armidale offers a unique lineup including Junior and Senior Boxing, HEMA (Historical European Martial Arts), and Japanese Sword fighting. We also host popular recreational leagues and drop-in sessions for Futsal, Pickleball, and Multi-Sports, making it easy to stay active and socialise with the community.

Fantastic experience: I am in the old boys gym class meeting three time a week in the gym with a group of retired men. My health has improved and I have made new friends. The staff at PCYC are knowledgeable and friendly.
