Fantastic experience: Had never been a gym goer, didn’t like the mirrors or myriad of machines I didn’t know how to use, or general vibe - joined Inner Fit to stay fit while pregnant and stayed long term. A great gym, with great people.

Fantastic experience: InnerFit is the most welcoming, friendly gym I’ve ever been to. Scott, Simone and the team create such a positive space where every person, body size, fitness level, is accepted. I joined InnerFit in 2020 and haven’t ever looked back.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member since InnerFit opened in 2017. Originally I did mostly group fitness classes. The variety of classes always kept me engaged and balanced between strength and mind body classes. The instructors are all very knowledgeable and engaging. In recent years, I’ve been using the gym more. There is all the equipment and machines you need. Several times I’ve had a PT for a period of time to help with my nutrition, form and technique. Again, the PTs are have been very knowledgeable. They each have their own expertise dependant on what you want to achieve. I’d highly recommend InnerFit!

Fantastic experience: Inner Fit is a great place. Mark, Damian & Alex's PT sessions have improved my injuries. Toe works alot better so I can walk good n proper. Right shoulder lots better. I can squat with weight. Now I'm working on weights without PT to get better functional strength.

It is all about positive movement and you don't have to worry about how you look! I have done everything from Spin, boxing, weights, Pilates and now after becoming a Mum, I work with an EP on a personalised program. Highly recommend!

After returning post-partum, I joined Inner Fit, and Scott and Simon's programs, combined with Rhonda's incredible boxing sessions, helped me feel fitter and stronger than ever. But what truly sets it apart is the supportive community and the fun atmosphere. I highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: Hands down, the best gym I have ever gone to. Everyone is friendly, there's no gym bro type of attitude and you'll see a huge range in ages and body types there - everyone is welcome. I love the reformer pilates, spin, and sessions with my trainer. They have a huge weights and machines section too, if you like to do your own thing. I have recommended Inner Fit to every person I know in the Inner West (but not in an obnoxious fashion, more in a quietly enthusiastic way, fyi), and I will continue to do so as long as Simone and Scott are running it.

The trainers are fantastic, focusing on form and technique, which has helped me progress my training. Fantastic experience: Absolutely amazing. First of all, these guys offer a free Saturday boot camp for the local community. What a wonderful initiative. Those classes are offered with no obligation to join, but of course, after a taste of it you want more! I purchased a class pack and have been going to classes. I have to say, the gym manager Simone is absolutely fantastic. She is passionate about fitness and cares about every single person who comes in. I have lower back pain issues and even though I have been doing group classes, I find that she has taken the time to adjust exercises for me to avoid injury. She has absolutely gone above and beyond and I am super grateful. Thanks Innerfit and Simone, you’re a star!

Fantastic experience: Great gym with a very huge variety of classes, however what stood out for me was Mark, on of their senior coaches. Having grappled with injuries for years, Mark is the first PT to take the time to understand them, and build my strength to alleviate them. For the first time in 7+ years, I have no back pain. Mark is more knowledgeable of physiology than any PT I’ve worked with. He’s committed and patient, and will also keep you laughing while challenging you.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've been to. Great variety of classes with trainers that are always focused on ensuring you get the best out of every class. - super supportive. Relaxed atmosphere, no judgement just encouragement.

Fantastic experience: After 20 years of going to different gyms I have found the most amazing gym. In 12 months I have become stronger and built whole muscle groups and also lost 12 kg, not bad for an olde3r woman! The classes give me a routine that I build into my life and make it easier to go the gym, even if the classes are hard and really push my abilities. I am better for going to this gym and recommend everyone should join. Give it a go, you can do it.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, real people take the classes, real people instruct the classes. Personal Training if needed, group classes which help you push yourself. Nutritionist who will work you hard but get results. The owners Scott & Simone are very good at their jobs. They will push you when needed and also have a laugh with you. Would recommend this gym for any age.

Fantastic experience: So great to be in Sydney and pop in to see Scott at Inner Fit for one of his epic spin classes. Ten mins in and I’m wondering what the hell I was thinking and the next thing I knew it was the last song! Scott knows how to work a room and inspire even this unfit stray doctor into an rpm frenzy. I miss Scott and the teams approach to wellness and health - highly recommend. But selfishly -please move to Newy!!

Fantastic experience: I've been meaning to write a review about these guys and the gym for a while ... but as usual, life gets in the way! I've been going to inner fit on and off for 4yrs. The breaks I've had were due to having a baby, too much work and an unrelated injury. Every time I've come back it's been welcoming and like I never left ! Scott, Simone and their team are awesome. They make you feel like they actually care about you and your progress - because they do. The classes on offer are so varied which is awesome for choice. Their Challenges and nutrition knowledge is an added bonus - they're not just focused on exercise to lose weight, but mindset and having a healthy relationship with food too. Highly recommend !!

Fantastic experience: A super welcoming gym, with a wide variety of classes and a good gym floor which is nice and quiet. Scott, Simone and the team could not make you feel more welcome and part of the fam (with just the right amount of encouragement to reach your goals ), there’s no d*ckheads, which is unheard of in most gyms! I’ve made some lifelong friends over the past few years here, which says heaps about the kind of place it is ❤️

The classes are fantastic and the trainers are highly experienced and attentive, ensuring that your form is correct and so avoiding injury. There is also a real sense of community which you really don’t get at the bigger gym franchises. I would recommend Innerfit to anyone who wants to take control of their health and fitness…and have fun too!

Fantastic experience: InnerFit is great! I’ve been going for 18 months now and love the variety of classes available, you never get bored! The trainers are all great and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to tailor the exercises to your needs. I can’t thank them enough for my experience while pregnant and now post baby. I managed to keep attending classes and training up until 36 weeks pregnant which was due to the staff modifying the exercises each week to suit my needs. It was great to stay active and helped my stress and wellbeing throughout the pregnancy. It has also helped me to bounce back post baby. I’ve now been back at the gym a couple of weeks and once again they are supporting me in my recovery with special exercises. Thanks Scott and everyone at InnerFit.

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at InnerFit since January 2022 and I'm so glad I found them. The PTs are so dedicated, knowledgeable, friendly and awesome (especially Damian!), the equipment is state of the art, the group fitness timetable is comprehensive, and Bernie the mascot is always a delight to see when you walk in the door. So much bang for your buck - really happy to be a part of the InnerFit family!!

Fantastic experience: As one of the older aged members of the gym, I would like to thank the whole team of trainers for being so inclusive, for taking the time to point out modifications to suit my age/fitness abilities. I never thought at my age I would ever being doing band assisted pullups especially when I have a fear of heights. This is a community gym so unique to find. A caring and professional team who deserve the support they give to us.

Fantastic experience: Found this place a few yrs ago , at first thought it was standard Gym. After 2 yrs its become a bit of a sanctuary. Instructors are all knowledgeable , approachable and very likeable. Want to crank it up , then the spins is a great blast, to chill do the Pilates. Great mix , highly knowledgeable instructors in a great facility

Excellent range of classes and the gym space and the separate wellness centre are to0 notch. Broad range of ages as well so if you're older you won't be out of place. And if you're younger, it's for you too. Great to see a gym with lots of locals. Can't recommended it highly enough.

Fantastic experience: It’s easy to stay motivated because there are a wide variety of class options so it’s never boring. Best of all is the knowledgeable trainers. I love how they keep an eye on everyone to correct their form and give tips as needed. Scott can spot the most minor tweaks that you would never notice yourself, and it makes a huge difference in terms of avoiding injury and getting the most out of each exercise!

Fantastic experience: Cannot recommend this gym enough. It has a huge variety of classes available and all the trainers are fantastic. Everyone is on their own journey and at their own stage of fitness and the instructors do well to tailor the moves to suit your level. There's also no judgement from anyone in the class at all - if anything they are only encouraging and right there with you to celebrate your successes and progress!

I came to InnerFit after battling a back injury for over two years, totally unfit and not even sure whether I could go back to exercising. I have been slowly regaining my fitness with the extra tips, attention and adjustments I'm getting. The classes are fun and suitable for everyone.

I have been with the Gym since they opened and have seen it grow from a small studio to a double story work out space PLUS the new wellness studio. Fantastic experience: Top shelf gym. I've been to a few other gyms in the inner west but this one is by far my favorite - the team are supportive and their enthusiasm is infectious. The trainers really love what they do and it shows. Great variety of classes and every piece of equipment you could ever want. My daughter (3 at the time of posting) really enjoys the child minding too. Oh, and Bernard the resident french bulldog is too adorable for words. Five stars!
