Anytime Fitness Bexley

Negative experience: The gym is ok , I went one early morning and there were weights scattered everywhere and bottles and wipes on the floor. Also toilets upstairs were not properly clean, sink was dirty and the toilet bowl.

Fantastic experience: Great gym, so big, good staff. 5 stars ⭐️

Negative experience: Beware … nice gym unfortunately unsympathetic staff/owners. I cancelled my membership with old staff was assured it was finalised only to find out that after being out of work ,2 spinal ops & haven't been in since I cancelled in April Anytime Bexley is STILL taking $ from my acct. Mgr will not refund even though they have my requests to cancel, calls, medical cert, Drs notes. And my membership contract was finished a few yrs ago. She claims she can but wont, as its not justified? And payments continue to be taken. Think twice b4 you join

Fantastic experience: In the past half year training with Alyssar, I have really worked on my technique. I have been trying to do personal training sessions 1-2/week so it has really helped having scheduled sessions. Alyssar is very friendly and adjusts the workouts to suit your needs. By training with a professional, I definitely felt more confident and comfortable at the gym. I would definitely recommend Alyssar as a trainer if you are wanting to improve your workouts at the gym and improve technique. Thank you for everything Alyssar!

Fantastic experience: I'm extremely impressed by the extensive range of high-quality equipment at this gym. However, what truly sets it apart is the exceptional atmosphere, fostered by the staff from the top down. It's evident that they genuinely care about creating a welcoming environment. Truly a great bunch of people.

Positive experience: One of the best gyms I have been to. The equipment is generally in good condition and there is plenty of it. The gym has lots of space and is well organised, as well as being very clean. The staff are also great. The place can get very busy though, but really not a big issue.

Negative experience: By far the worst customer experience I've ever had. I hate being locked into contracts and so I was made certain promises to ensure that I would sign a contract with the club, promises such I could cancel my contract after the contracted term finished without the need for the 30 day cancellation period, and that my fob would be refundable. Both promises were blatantly disregarded and I was told that whoever made that promises shouldn't have and that the club is under new management. Additionally, although the gym itself is good, due to the poor customer service and the constantly filthy bathrooms I would recommend finding an alternative gym.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been a member with anytime fitness for awhile now. I usually go to a few different gyms out of convenience of where I’m working etc. Never really had much thoughts towards the gym apart from that it’s a gym to train in and it’s convenient because they’re everywhere. But since the new renovations and management in Bexley, it’s the only one I’ve been training at! Beau and the team are super friendly, the gym is always clean and tidy. Highly rate this Anytime

Negative experience: Long time member with this Gym, prior to the renovations, had an injury due to faulty equipment (carabiner clips old / faulty) that left a scar on my forehead. Didnt ask for any compensation, however they still have faulty clips in the gym. have recently asked for a cancellation only to be told that i am still under contract, when i enquired, found out that they renewed my contract without my permission or knowledge. Asked them to investigate and get back to me that day. Waited 2 weeks, had to follow up twice, Beau's excuse was that he was in training?? when commented on how unprofessional the experiance was, he wanted to debate the fact that they were professional, looks like the training didnt help. And to top it off they are still deducting payments from my account!!!!!!!

Negative experience: Currently 7 people on the machines directly infront of me and not a single towel. Barely anyone cleans the equipment. So be prepared that if you're on a machine, that you're either going to be lying in someone's sweat or you're gonna have to clean it yourself. Gym attendants don't care. Watching one having a chat to someone without a towel.

Positive experience: Great gym spread over 3 floors. Good selection of pin loaded and free weight machines. Nicely renovated. Definitely be on my Sunday go to another any time fitness gym drive again. It's the 1st time I've ever seen a ATF gym with 2 plate loaded leg presses in it... Good stuff Bexley ATF.

The machines are clean, and spaced out and not clustered together. And not to mention Beau and the team who are very inviting and helpful. Best gym!

Fantastic experience: ever since the new renovations and new management have come in, this place has been rocking ! Everything is so clean and well maintained. They have such a great variety of machines and space within the levels, the staff are so incredibly helpful, very polite, very friendly and approachable even if it’s just for a chat, look forward to continuing to train with the right vibes ! Definitely a second home to me where I feel comfortable and welcome.

This man has not only up-kept the club but he makes it feel like your own home. Everything is in order and done professionally. Always has a smile and greets you with respect and honesty. Like talking to your family. If for any reason would be a issue in the club Beau would solve it within no time. Happy to be back :)

Negative experience: Did a membership back in March 2021 2months in I stopped going going due to shoulder injury but couldn't get out of my contract so kept paying for next 10months and my membership ends in 4th of April 2022 but was not told after the 4th of April when my membership ends that there was a 30day notice and payments would continue after being told numerous time payments will stop after 4th April 2022 and was not told even after 4th of April contract continues but was told different that I was contracted only for 12months a bunch of thieves never going back with anytime fitness if you paid me 1million or free member for all.year of to hardcore gym it is

Fantastic experience: Was a big fan of the previous gym but the new gym is amazing! 4 levels of equipment ranging from free weights, cardio, functional area and even an outdoor space. Boxing classes with Abbas are also lots of fun. Great way to incorporating learning something new with some cardio!

It’s great to have spots that are more secluded but still have what you need. Staff are also fantastic and super helpful. Great place to train :)

Fantastic experience: One of the biggest gym in Rockdale and Banksia area. All required gym tools are available on premises. All staffs working at this place are very helpful and nice. This is very clean and tidy place to go for gym. Big enough to attend more than 200 people at once. But close to early on weekends. Close from kogarah. Overall, this gym club is very awesome.

Positive experience: Staff are super nice but the machines are quite dirty especially the cardio machines. It would be great if this gym had wet wipes like the other anytime fitness but they use paper towels and sprays instead which is annoying because all the men at the gym take the sprays with them!!!! Only the ladies are nice enough to put the sprays back where they were grr
