Fantastic experience: I just wanted to take a moment out of my day to share my overwhelmingly positive experience being a member at Anytime Fitness Winston Hills. Specifically, my experience can be broken down as follows: 1. Variety of Machines/Exercise Equipment I've found over my year or so training at Winston Hills that there is a very wide range of machines and functional equipment which assists gym-goers in training a particular muscle group to its maximum capacity. I find that I am rarely finding myself saying "I'm not sure if they have that machine here", and always feel satisfied in this department when finishing my training session. 2. Facility Space & Cleanliness 53 Buckleys Road, Winston Hills is quite a large block of land, and the Anytime Fitness premises stretches far and wide across two different floors. Despite there being what I would imagine to be a large number of members, I never feel crowded or confined within the space, which I think is certainly ideal in a gym environment. Additionally, I find that given the isolated nature of 53 Buckleys Road, with almost all surrounding properties being residential (except the neighboring primary school), I never have an issue finding parking, even during peak times where the carpark may be nearing capacity. Moreover, despite the large area of the facility, the gym staff are always ensuring that the facilities are kept clean, tidy, stocked and are always attentive in maintaining this high standard of cleanliness. 3. Staff & Customer Service Both the Club Manager and Assistant Club Manager, Jess & Emerson, have always been friendly, professional and attentive when interacting with members, and have responded helpfully to any queries that I have had such as membership and billing related queries. Not only are they professional and efficient in the way they operate, but I also certainly feel comfortable having a general conversation with them, and never feel unwelcomed or dismissed. You can certainly tell that the girls are passionate about the gym, and this passion and general enthusiasm and energy is certainly portrayed in the way they interact with members and ensure the facility is operating as smoothly as possible, all year round. All in all, I certainly recommend all people within the area as well as surrounding suburbs sincerely consider making Anytime Fitness Winston Hills their home for training and leisure. I can assure you that you'll feel valued and welcomed, and the positive culture within the gym will keep you returning regularly. Lastly, a personal thank you to Jess & Emerson, I appreciate all your hardwork, dedication and for going above and beyond to ensure the gym is welcoming and inclusive for all!

Fantastic experience: I have enjoyed all my sessions at Winston Hills Anytime. Very spacious gym so a great location if you’re someone like me who loves to film their workouts (lighting is also bomb) gym is kept clean & the club manager Jess is always so friendly when I visit. This isn’t my home club but I like to visit occasionally. It’s also nice to see a gym where everyone uses their towels!

Negative experience: Just make sure what you signed in the contract The words you hear from them is totally different than the contract you sign They charge you for everything even if you are out of contract. Manager is so rude and hang up the phone while talking and also she through the contract paper to me. Manager is so friendly, as long as you pay.

Negative experience: If you're patron of this gym and drive a BMW, you are allowed to turn out in front of people as you exit and behave like an entitled flog. Roid boys and small gentlemen packages

Negative experience: winston hills anytime fitness has a consistently high customer service and safety standard ? Why do I say this? because every time I enter the gym they provide one single hand sanitiser at the very main entrance. other than that you cannot find a single hand sanitizers anywhere in the entire gym. week affter week same story. I'm left with a high sense of insecurity that if a gym goer is going to get corona, this is a gym that may attract it first.... On a different note, the staff pretty much ignore u. none of my mates and i have ever been greeted by the staff when they happen to look at you walking past you. now thats what i call down to earth and friendly.

Fantastic experience: Love my local ATF in Winston Hills. The equipment is great, it is all well maintained and the community / staff is amazing. Here is an example of the spirit: I dropped a 10AUD note on my way out. Someday later one of the staff members approached me to give me back the note. Apparently one of the members found it it and gave it to the staff. They could find me by looking through the security camera footage. Stuff like that doesn't happen every day :)

Fantastic experience: Man this gym is awesome! Definitely one of the biggest Anytime Fitness Gyms in Sydney. They have a wide array of equipments and facilities to use which are all placed in different rooms according to their categories. It is also two stories, with a studio upstairs. Bathrooms are always cleaned regularly, which is always nice! The internal gym community is awesome, most people are friendly and are always down to chat and work out.

Fantastic experience: For a 24hr gym, Winston Hills has a huge facility with a VERY wide variety of equipment across many different training types/modes. They also have great customer service as I've had a few billing errors over the years and they've always gone out of their way to immediately resolve any issues. Would highly recommend this gym!

There's something special about this place, not just the facilities but its the atmosphere and vibe of the gym goers. The staff are great, there's a huge variety of machines and I always have space when training. I'm going to give extra credit that the dumbbells are ALWAYS in the spot they belong.. that is something so rare to find in other gyms and further proves my point that I'm not being biased when saying my local gym is truely the best!

Negative experience: Gym is amazing and hours and facilities machines everything is absolutely amazing. Except for the bullsh*t 70’s and 80’s pop music they play every single night I workout. How am I meant to get pumped up listening to the sailor song, or bohemian rhapsody. It needs to be fixed it’s horrible.

Positive experience: This is a good gym. It’s got all the facilities you could want. However there are some things that make it a little hard, firstly there are So many members that training anywhere near peak periods is virtually impossible. Secondly the building itself is slightly under maintained and frankly a little dirty. Parking can be hard but is usually management. 24/7 is great but with so many anytimes now and all of the pricing - it becomes the norm, not the exception.
