Fantastic experience: One of my favourite places , friendly staff, well-equipped , and conveniently located. I unfortunately moved away from Ashfield but I would highly recommend Jetts Ashfield if you're looking for a reasonably priced gym with great cleanliness, equipment and community.

Fantastic experience: Best local gym in ashfield. I can say it because I been to every single one of them. This is what you really need, somewhere close, clean equipments, friendly people, nice staff and always keep this way. I won't mention names, but those chain branches of big gyms just can't offer these to you. If you live in ashfield, and you like to workout, casual or hardcore, you should give Jetts a try. I only cancel my membership because I moved to somewhere else, starting new membership in one of those big gyms and I miss jetts ashfield more than ever for the reasons above.

Negative experience: I called jetts staff for my key that was not working from beginning time of gym i have joined and they told me on phone that they will fix my key and today when i come to cancelations of my membership and have some discuss with the manager there about what the staff told me about fixing my key he say you have to come to club to fix the key and he was one whom we done at first when we join .. No any comments never going there…………..

Fantastic experience: This gym is a great place if you want to train in a clean and friendly environment… Staff are so friendly and so supportive… They just renovated the gym and all the machines are brand new… they even have hip thrust machine which most of the gyms don’t even have one… Also there’s no lock in contract and 3 hours free car park.. great right?!

They always make an effort to come up to have a conversation or to help with form. The gym itself is also very clean and well laid out. It was renovated recently so all the equipment is new and in great condition. I could not recommend Jetts more!

Fantastic experience: I swapped to Jetts Gym Ashfield a few months ago and am so happy with my decision. It is such a warm and welcoming community and as a female who has always been scared to start my gym journey, the team at Jetts has made me feel so safe. They have offered me so much support when I ask and always come up to me and strike up a conversation. I cannot recommend Jetts Gym Ashfield enough to my friends and family, it’s such a welcoming gym and I am so grateful to be apart of this community!

Fantastic experience: I have been training at Jetts Ashfield for just over a year now. I have been training for a number of years now, so I have an well informed opinion on what is important to me when looking for a gym. I am a big fan of a space that is a) CLEAN (bold & underlined) b) I can train with minimal/no waiting c) Sufficient selection of equipment d) A warm and welcoming environment e) Convenient location & easy 24/7 access Jay and his team at Jetts Ashfield team have smashed it out of the park in all of these areas. As an added bonus, last week Jetts Ashfield finished a complete refurbishment and refit. All the weights and machines are now brand spanking new, with even more equipment options than when I originally joined. I'm very happy with the outcome of the refurb! It's worth noting that Jetts don't have any predatory lock in contracts. If you like it, you stay. If you don't, you have the flexibility to leave. Despite this, when you see the number of regulars who choose this space week after week, time and time again, this speaks volumes on the quality of the facilities and service offered. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for an place to train!

The gym looks absolutely amazing and has state of the art equipment. Jetts Ashfield also has an amazing team and a really great culture. The staff there are super friendly, supportive and encouraging. Wouldn't train anywhere else!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Ashfield is a great community gym and so close to the station! It is very different from other gyms that I have trained at where it is always clean and tidy. The owner Jay is a positive and friendly gentleman that will always have the time to chat with the members that makes you feel special. Jay and his team are all friendly and professional. I highly recommend the gym for its community, friendliness, cleanliness and approachable staff.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to the Jetts Ashfield gym since before covid. The gym has always been very clean and tidy. All the staff I have encountered are very professional and provide excellent customer service as they make me feel welcome. The coach’s are very helpful and encouraging with my exercise program they have provided me. I am excited and am looking forward to the upcoming new refurbishments and new equipment too. I have been a member of a few gyms in the past however I highly recommend Jetta Ashfield Highly as my favourite.

Negative experience: I recently had the misfortune of encountering the manager at this establishment, and I must say, it was an incredibly unpleasant experience. The manager came across as arrogant and insolent. Despite my initial enthusiasm to join this gym, the brief interaction with the manager has certainly changed my mind. Not only did I feel like I was being talked down to, but I also sensed a complete lack of respect for customers. I also felt like I was being mocked during the entire interaction. I would strongly advise others to think twice before considering this establishment, as the manager's attitude may very well ruin what could have been a positive experience.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for 3 years. Always clean, tidy and feel comfortable to train. Staff and gym members are nice and friendly. The owner Jay is nice, helpful, and a reliable person. Overall, a fantastic gym!

Fantastic experience: Jetts Ashfield was the start of my fitness journey and became a part of my everyday routine. From the regulars to all the gym managers and personal trainers, my brother and I made some amazing friends and this was what made relocating to another local gym (after moving) the hardest. The culture at Jetts Ashfield is different from every other gym, and I will miss the friendly conversations with all the familiar faces between my sets The gym is small but cozy and tidy, and although does get quite busy (especially on Monday nights), also has very quiet times where you could be the only person in the gym. Will always be one of my happy places that I will come back to visit.

Fantastic experience: I visited Jetts as a casual whilst I was in Ashfield. I’d read the reviews and liked the vibe I got. And I know why…. When I walked in, Kate was super friendly and helpful and I felt totally comfortable being in there (even though i was just visiting) I would definitely recommend going there! 10/10 It’s clean, friendly, and has great variety of equipment…. Fantastic experience: Such an underrated gym - highly recommend! Never too busy in my opinion and is always CLEAN. Not a super intimidating place to train either, everyone’s just doing their own thing. Great vibes, and gym manager Kate is always willing to help if you need.

Fantastic experience: I absolutely love coming to Jetts Ashfield for a workout! You can always count on it being tidy and clean, which is a huge pet peeve of mine at big gyms. The manager is super helpful, and will always be there to help with any tips or even to hype up your big lift! 10/10 recommend

Fantastic experience: I have been a member for about 18 months and as someone who has been training on and off for the last 22 years this gym is good and is great value, it is always fresh looking and it is clean plus the stuff are nothing but friendly and helpful and always have a smile. There isn't any super big steroid freaks yelling and dropping weights which is great so If you are looking for a gym I would recommend Ashfield jetts for sure.

They have a wide range of well maintained equipment which is clean and practically placed so that the gym feels open and spacious. Positive experience: Kinda small. But has all the equipment you might need. Doesn't get too crowded either. Friendly staff. Clean toilets and showers and is conveniently located right across Ashfield station. One of the few gyms in Sydney without a lock in contract.

I joined through Ashfield and was able to used the Jetts at Ashfield, North Sydney, Penshurst and Gregory Hills and everywhere was clean 24/7. The freedom of access at any hour is great. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere and EVERY staff member at all branches were really outstanding in their service and help they provided. Relaxed and easy and highly motivating. Thanks heaps!

Fantastic experience: This is a review for the gym and the personal trainer Terrell who works here. I used to work in the city and my main gym was fitness first george st, bond st and the zone. I trained at those places for 5 years. Since I have started to work from home I joined this gym back in June. The gym is clean and has all the essential equipment in good condition. I see staff cleaning them almost every time while I am training so they clean it very often. They have free trial so you should definitely go and see it yourself. Now for the personal trainer Terrell. I have been struggling with my chest training for many years. I don't feel them activating and not seeing much progress compare to other exercises and started avoiding training them. I did a trial session with Terrell and felt he understands my issue. Terrell had similar problems himself and went great length to overcome them, I feel this is what makes him different. I have been training with him for a few months now and I am seeing very good progress and feeling a lot more confident in chest training.

Fantastic experience: Super cool gym, friendly staffs, lots of equipments to work out. It can be crowded during peak time, but it's 24hr open. You can avoid the time I had personal training with Nick and my body shape has changed a lot! I've been for over 1 yr and had to cancel due to my personal reason. I would definitely go back if I can. Fantastic experience: accessible gym with Plenty of Parking underneath and next to the train station as well. super Friendly staff, Brad and Nick, lots of equipment, plenty of change rooms and toilets, if you need personal trainer, lots of options and packages that will suit your needs. can be a little bit crowded during peak times but you can always come in between as it is a 24 hour gym. would definitely recommend this gym!! :)
