Fantastic experience: I love my pilates classes with Nadira. She is a lot of fun and an excellent instructor as she always gives options to suit everyone in the class. Nadira is always challenging us and makes the exercises interesting. Keep it coming.

Negative experience: I once loved being a part of this gym but the culture has changed so much. Owner doesn’t really care about her members, it’s all about the money. They discriminate and ignore harassment claims when it suits them! So many other local gyms that are so much cheaper and with better environment available.

Fantastic experience: I have rejoined this facility about 9 weeks ago now and absolutely LOVE IT ! ( was a member some years ago but moved interstate)the group classes are amazing , reception staff are so friendly, trainers are knowledgeable and so helpful ! and the Manager lady who signed me up was so thorough with explaining my entitlements, cancellation and holiday policy. The facilities and equipment are next level. I met the lovely owner , Gunat , who explained the new Hypoxi program to me and I am booked to have some sessions with a coach in the studio . Can’t wait , thanks again to the amazing Team at Narree Warren, I already feel like a new person ! It’s 5 stars from me ! So glad to be back .

Negative experience: Terrible..

Negative experience: This gym is horrible. I made a contract over the phone but didn’t signed it physically. I told them I want to freeze my membership. They did so but now they are charging me $5 per week for my membership being frozen. I have not even been to the gym yet. And if I want to cancel my membership which I have not used yet I have to pay $200. Which is insane. Please guys stay away from this gym. As they take money from you for literally no reason. Stayyy awayyyyyyy

Fantastic experience: I have been attending Hypoxi Narrewarren for 4 months . To date I’ve lost 12 kgs. Hypoxi is now part of my routine because it makes me feel good and happy. Fantastic experience: I have been a member of Narre Warren for about 25 years and I could not recommend any other gym to be in ! I have done the Fiit program for lots of years and recently stopped , but TODAY ,I was in doing my own workout and Nicolle and Sarah have encouraged me to come back to the program .. I am so excited to be back with my Tribe !!

Fantastic experience: My self care journey started when I decided to be a member of Fernwood Fitness Narre Warren. Doing classes and workout bring back my self confidence and meeting new friends is a bonus. Karina Hardy is an amazing trainer. She's my favorite trainer . She was so energetic and lively. She was approachable and I'm enjoying her classes.

Fantastic experience: Best morning classes to get you going for the day.

Negative experience: They will not allow you to close your contract without attending the store. Absolute scam. continued to charge me for months afterwards, and refused to email me the form to cancel it, even though my contract was up. They won’t be getting a single cent from me.

Negative experience: Talk about burning bridges . I didn’t have a good experience here, at all. Long story short , you could be dying and you still wouldn’t be aloud to get out of your contract . Good luck getting help or support of any kind , very rude. Even when dealing with head manager of the gyms in Melbs head office or whatever , so rude , not helpful at all . I wouldn’t recommend getting involved with this gym . Some of the trainers were really nice but in terms of management , never again .

Fantastic experience: I began hypoxi at fernwood to lose weight and help my joint pain. Knee and hip joint pain have decreased dramatically. Lainie and Nic are amazingly supportive. Recommend hypoxi. Thankyou

Fantastic experience: Been enjoying Fernwood Narre Warren now for 6 months. Reception girls are beautiful & always very helpful. I’ve found myself addicted to their Reforma Pilates with Marii. She is very knowledgeable and is very good at explaining techniques. I have seen benefits from 3-4 sessions a week

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Narree Warren gym is awesome to train at. Their Pilates classes are amazing and each instructor is wonderful and helpful when showing you how to use the Pilates machines safely and explaining each exercise. I had a Pilates class this morning with Mariia and she was an incredible teacher. Keep up the great work Fernwood team! Awesome work ! :)

Fantastic experience: My experience at the Saturday 7 AM Reformer Pilates class with Mariia Hozha is amazing. Mariia has a calm and soothing voice, patient with a beautiful disposition. She is very knowledgeable and very passionate about what she does .Mariia is the reason I have been going back to the Reformer classes . Fantastic experience: I have been doing reformer for years now I absolutely love it. I attend 5 times a week. All of the instructors are extremely caring and helpful . I have a few injuries and they are always considering my needs . I can’t recommend Fernwood Narre Warren reformer enough. Keep up the great work girls .

Fantastic experience: I’ve been this stadio for almost half year. I love the stadio very much. It is always nice and clean and my reformer Pilates instructor Maria is always preparing different activities for each lesson.

Fantastic experience: I love this gym. It’s so close to home and has all the amenities you could need. The equipment is all new and up to date. I always feel comfortable and safe in the environment as it is a women’s only gym with 24/7 access and convenient parking right outside the door. Staff are very friendly and always helpful. Not only is there equipment that you can use at your own pace and schedule, there are many classes you can choose from as well. My favourite is the reformer Pilates, the classes are amazing and Maria is great at what she does! Highly recommend this gym!

Negative experience: Disappointed in the Customer service. Very rude. Updated reply: Yes I am a member ( have been for years) and this is a true review. I have also called up and had a conversation with the manager. I have read some of the negative reviews here and I can confidently say that they were deserved. No one would go to the lengths of making up false reviews for no reason for a gym. Maybe people have left these reviews because Fernwood Narre Warren has room for improvement. Instead of disregarding the complaints perhaps use them to improve customer service.

Fantastic experience: This is the best gym. I was a member years ago and I’m so happy that I came back, it’s even better now. The environment is welcoming and really motivating. The gym is set out in a way that makes it easy to navigate around and there’s no intimidation factor around the weights area like many other gyms. Teresa, one of the PTs is amazing and I’d highly recommend. I just need to try the infrared sauna-another new addition! Thanks Fernwood Narre.

Fantastic experience: I recently did a 4 week Hypoxi package at Fernwood. I found the facilities to be great and the staff to be super helpful and amazing. My main trainer was Errin and i found her to be so personable and easy to talk to as well as having the knowledge and encouragement for Hypoxi. I would recommend Errin and the team at Fernwood to anyone who is wanting support whilst achieving results. Thank you ladies.

Negative experience: disgusting staff who are money-hungry people. Avoid at all costs

Negative experience: Worst experience I have ever encountered. I was misled and told lies about the gym to get me to sign up. I became aware of these lies on the day of my membership started and cancelled immediately. However, the company without my permission or any knowledge (no email, no bill) illegally took over $400 out of my account. this was the cooling-off period but I was charged for 12 months. I disputed this with the bank and got my money back however they are claiming I "stole" money from them. They are now harassing me saying I owe them $507. When I try to contact them they refuse to talk to me, ignoring my emails and calls. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE. They will steal your money (I had to block their accounts and even change my card). They lied to my face to get me to sign up, they are disgusting and have no morals. Do not reply "contact us here" I have sent many emails and you ignore me. they are money hungry and terrible people please don't go anywhere near this horrible, immoral space. You should be ashamed of yourselves and the damage you do. EDIT 17/07 still havent been contacted by anyone even though you said "will contact" in your reply. more lies from your horrible company. You ignored my calls and emails and I was never given any offers do not lie. I tried contacting you, but instead you stole my money and never assisted me

The machine are not working properly always not in use there no wipes and tissue. The don't help and find a solution for their customers.

Fantastic experience: I love all the classes I have tried at Fernwood Narre Warren. The classes are fun and friendly . The trainers and staff are knowledgeable and helpful and you never feel like you don't have support.

Fantastic experience: I joined to start reformer Pilates and I’ve never looked back. The trainers are outstanding and so supportive and the gym itself is always clean full of smiles and easily accessible.

Fantastic experience: Positive, uplifting and comfortable atmosphere, and so many options from machines to classes plus other great benefits and add-ons. I am practically a member for the Ubound classes alone, which are intensive + SO fun and Teresa is an incredible instructor and trainer!

Negative experience: NOT RECOMMENDED! WORST GYM I HAVE EVER JOINED! And reading the other reviews EVERYONE HAS THE SAME ISSUE WHEN THEY TRY TO CANCEL! It is worth complaining about this gym to consumer affairs! BTF is so much better than this and better classes. Some trainers can be rude ! Read the fine print on the contracts. Make sure you get everything in writing as they are dodgy when it comes to charging you extra ! I joined a FIT30 challenge and they keep charging even after the challenge until you contact them. And even after that they will charge you twice before cancelling. They claim that it was made aware that upon joining this challenge you will need to contact them to cancel, however this was NOT communicated to me and I asked them to check their phone records for clarity. This is their way of making money out of their customers. Unlike other gyms they make it so tight and does not consider any special circumstances.

Positive experience: I was working out for almost 6 years before joining the gym at home and l always had a mindset about all the gym that I may not have as much privacy as I have at home, but this gym which is my first every gym for the past 3 years now and it’s my home and it’s my therapist. The staff are incredibl.

There are lots of free classes and add on options like Reformer Pilates & FIIT30/MAX. I stopped coming to the gym because I had no time and Jess helped me figure out my times and get back into it!

The classes are great and I've learnt alot about form and what I should be doing and what targets to focus on but also because the trainers and staff here are so friendly and so welcoming and I never feel nervous staring a class I haven't done before ~ but the members themselves are all so wholesome and encouraging and I really enjoy doing classes with other members. It's all very wholesome and enjoyable. I don't dread gym. I look foward to it.

Negative experience: Rip off unclear contract once you sign up they take endless money from your account and you cant even cancel your membership before 30 day notice.

Negative experience: the gym has terrible hours such as closing at 12pm on saturday and closed on sundays, 24/7 hour access is only available for over 18. Told i can go on a student membership freeze (I had exams) free of charge but once off then be told i had to pay a freeze fee, which is more than i was expecting to pay so it was not in my balance and i was also charged a late debit fee (my balance was in my saving account), I should at-least know where my money is going towards. The gym is small, very limited facilities and there are 2 weightlifting sections however one section is nearly always busy with circuit classes so theres only one squat rack for use, i did not realise how bad this was until exploring other gyms especially for the cost of this gym. Cancelling fee was $200 because i had a 12 month membership, plus 2 next debits (so an extra month of being at the gym). I’ve heard and seen other women try to cancel their gym membership and been absolutely guilt-tripped by employees at receptionist about how there is 24 hours in a day and that it depends on how you spend them (some people are just busy people!! Family, work) they should be more understanding and helpful. The locked in contract is so unflexible. Ladies, if you’re interested in the comfort of being with only women go to gyms with female only zones, freeway’s female only area is larger than fernwoods entire gym (2x cheaper too) How is it that a female only gym sells a singular pad for 5 DOLLARS? Female hygiene products already are overpriced for something women have no choice over, it is extremely disappointing and a female’s gym should not be further contributing to that. Upon cancelling my membership they did not send me a receipt or tell me the schedule of my next few payments for cancellation and again the same reject payment fee applied which is so stupid. My experience with fernwood over 6 months has been that its not flexible, unhelpful and money hungry. I have no issue with paying good money for a quality gym but i should at least know where my money is going and this is not the standard. I would never waste my time with fernwood again.

Fantastic experience: Hypoxi has been fantastic for me! It has moved the stubborn fat and given me back my shape in 7weeks. I have lost 6.4 kilos and l am fitting into my clothes and now shopping for a 12 to 14 not 14 to 16. It's quick, easy and the team at Narre Warren were encouraging and shared there own personal stories. I have energy and motivation and I would recommend it to anyone that is wanting great results!

Negative experience: This place is a joke !! Continuing to Harass customers !! The owners r doing it on purpose to get a pleasure out of it. Keep going and good luck is all I can say.

Fantastic experience: I only joined less than a week ago, and been a few times, but I feel like first impressions matter. It is truly already one of the best gyms I've been too. My positive experience started when I went for a tour and ladies struck up a conversation with me in the carpark as we walked in. Then the trainers were so lovely. My onboarding session, people spoke to me and made me feel so relaxed and welcomed. The gym overall is so clean and equipment all new, then in my first class, I had women around me talking to me and helping me out when I didn't know what to do. These might seem like minor things, but in all the other gyms I've been too, no one else, trainer or not, has so much as smiled at me let alone had a chat and be friendly to me. This has helped significantly with the anxiety I had about being in a gym environment, and I'm actually excited to go and try new things (such as new classes!). I also love that I feel safe going at anytime day or night due it being female-only. Best decision I've made, can't recommend it enough!

Fantastic experience: I’ve attended Fernwood Narre Warren for about 2 years now. At first it was only to loose weight before my wedding in 2021 and have continued going because of the amazing staff, trainers and beautiful women that I train with.

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Fernwood to get involved in the FIIT30 sessions, and because of this I’ve found my motivation to be active again. The early mornings are so much easier with such a welcoming group of ladies. The trainers are always thinking of new ways to challenge us and what once was a fear, is now my favourite part of the day! Really love being part of such a community!

Negative experience: This place even doesn’t deserve one star, absolutely outrageous, I have told them I couldn’t attend to the gym anymore because my mother got diagnosed with ovarian cancer and I had to move to Perth to look after her, I have called the gym and wanted to cancel my membership but they didn’t cancel my membership and continue withdraw money from my account till today and still doing it, this is going back to several months ago, unfortunately last month, my mother has passed away and left us with lots of sadness and grief, After that, I was going through a few test and assessments to see if I there is any trace of cancer that I might have because I have lost 15k in a short amount of time and each time when I go through these tests I am so scared and nervous about the results, I am still under supervision of the doctor and doing tests , AND THIS GYM still withdrawing money from my account, SHOCKING!!!!!!!! I am very very very upset ,,,,, So please if you want go to this gym , think twice because they don’t have a sense of being human and money is everything for them, Absolutely shocking, :(

Fantastic experience: Fernwood Narre Warren is a great club with a welcoming environment! It has a good amount of equipment which is always clean and ready to use. I recommend this club to any gym goers as it has lots to offer!

Fantastic experience: Amazing gym that makes every girl feel welcome. I always feel most comfortable and safe at all hours with Fernwood due to its ladies only environment. Great location, easy upfront parking, friendly staff, clean & organised, great variety of fun classes, and has new cardio and strength equipment! The gym also has a virtual spin studio which you can do your own spin class at any time. Love the black and pink motivational theme throughout the gym! Only small improvements I wish to see in the future is for the gym locks to be changed to a reliable locker system as I'm scared to use the lockers after hours, as sometimes I can't unlock it (but the rules state not to bring your gym bag out on the gym floor), and the bathroom is outdated compared to other gyms in the area, and would love to use a smith machine in the gym! But these minor factors don't outweigh the positive aspects of this amazing gym! Thanks Fernwood for creating and offering an amazing ladies only gym!
