Negative experience: Never ever recommended Very poor customer service, No proper communication and very old equipment despite not enough equipment

Positive experience: In and out no issues get my workout done within a hour I'm happy .

Negative experience: The worst gym in Australia. Half of the machine is broken all the time. I had added direct debit for me and my partners membership, but every fortnight they would send me email saying unsuccessful payment and adding extra 9,10$ more. They just rip off the money from everyone. It la more of a scam center than a gym .

Negative experience: I joined this gym and after some months I feel like there is nothing over here compared to other anytime fitness. I prefer to go to Roxburgh park anytime gym nowadays. The mirror aren’t wiped. There isn’t even a belt. But people still come here because its near to everyone. Don’t get offended but this gym sucks.

Fantastic experience: James, great guy. He set me up in minutes. Although small place, the range of equipments do not miss a muscle.

Negative experience: Not well ventilated, has old not well maintained machines and is quite small. The gym uses a review process where only reviews that are 4 or 5 stars go to google which explains why it has such a high rating despite not being very good. I left comprehensive feedback via their self initiated survey and got no response.

Positive experience: It's not awful, as much as they can do with the space (it's tiny) but 2 power racks is never enough.. 2 racks for everyone wanting to do bench, squat and row/dl sucks always a hassle to get a rack

Negative experience: I’ve trained at Anytime fitness across Australia and Europe and unfortunately, Glenroy AF has got to be the tiniest, most unclean and unsanitary Anytime branch I’ve ever visited.

GYM is in prime location just in the heart of shopping centre with all workout machines one could need for proper workout. I love going to AF Glenroy and can definitely recommend to my friends and family. It's a pleasant experience everytime.

Fantastic experience: Been coming to this gym for the last 10 years and never seems to disappoint. Plenty of space to train with modernised equipment. Change rooms are also very clean too.

Negative experience: Updating this post to 1 star. Gym is dirty, there are constantly dirty wet wipes all over the floor and equipment, it's disgusting. Suggest putting up signs around the gym asking patrons not to leave their dirty wipes around the floor and equipment and put them in the bin. Additionally post signs asking people to wear deodorant or provide deodorant like other gyms, alot of the guys who come to this gym stink when they arrive its not even sweat from the workout. Very unpleasant.

Negative experience: Poor management, no body answers the call. Have been trying to call them from last 3 days and still no answer. Worse than any other club

Negative experience: I called so many times no one answered so I went there yesterday at 5pm and wished to sign-up but door was locked no staff was there. They better pull out that signage on the door saying staffed hours mon-thu is until 7pm if they couldn’t commit about it.

Negative experience: Unstaffed on a Tuesday arvo. Did not answer the phone and just a poster to join if you wanted to chat to anyone. Won't be getting my business However, very impressed with the prompt response. I'll visit again soon.

Positive experience: Have been a member for 2 weeks now & am thoroughly enjoying it so far. Small facility, but has everything I need so no complaints. Manager is friendly & helpful. I am glad I signed up.

Negative experience: Terrible gym to go to, they’re a bunch of scammers, don’t trust them they will scam you with all their useless contracts. Once you’re in you’re locked for the rest of your life unless you pay them as much as they desire. Save yourself from these people and stay away. The gym is so tiny and dirty it’s not even worth $1 a month. Stay away! Joining this gym is the biggest regret of my life.

Negative experience: Small space, not much equipments.

Positive experience: Pretty decent setup for a compact space. Manager was friendly enough and always around which is a plus. Only downside was there was no cable row. Which is odd, as there was room for it.

Negative experience: James is very friendly, the management is also great. I gave 2 stars regarding to the layout and atmosphere, compare to other Anytime Fitness branches which I have been visited.

Negative experience: I used it in a trial period for 1 week. I gave 1 star because it was very inadequate.

Negative experience: You have to wear a mask while training, and the manager (so much for a gym manager ) will approach you in such a rude way to ket you know. Although 2 days ago then was empty wipe stations, empty sanitizer stands and trashed toilets. Maybe get off your chair and do something before you enforce hygiene rules. Besides what do you do on that chair anyway besides for staring everyone in for a unwelcome arrival.

Negative experience: It's a tiny space to work out at. Equipment is rusty and dusty. The bathroom is also dirty and they don't even have a studio room. Worst gym ever compare to other anytime fitness gyms.

Fantastic experience: Much better since the renovation, the place feels fresh. Brand new high-tech cardio equipment and finally moved the free weights to the back which gets rid of people in the area using all the benches as drink bottle holders.

Negative experience: Equipment is nice, gym is clean. But absolutely no space in the gym. If 10 people come to workout than it's difficult to move around. It's highly impossible for you to get your workout done with ease.

Negative experience: This anytime is a shocker, they blast ads for protein powders every few minutes, which is really distracting. A lot of equipment is in poor condition, space is kinda depressing and it could be much cleaner.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic club with really friendly staff. I visited Glenroy's club when I was in the area and my experience was amazing. Very clean, looked after and members all looked comfortable. Ace, will visit more often.
