Negative experience: The quality of customer service has really taken a dip lately. The new manager is rude and the closing times are random usually earlier than they’re supposed to leave. I’ve already canceled no one needs to put up with these low standards

Negative experience: Would give a 0 star review if possible. It’s so hot in the gym, there’s never any AC on. No need to go to a gym that has a sauna cos this entire gym is a sauna.

I almost decided to leave, but I believe there was a change in management recently, and since then, there's been great improvements to the service, facilities, and equipments. Appreciate it team, keep it up

Fantastic experience: The classes are excellent here ! Especially the trainer Andrew, he always tries to push you and is always welcoming. I have progress so much in the past years and it wouldn’t have been without Andrew. The new trainer Sally is great as well and very attentive.

Negative experience: Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service from Thomas. Ignored my questions completely while avoiding me to talk to the female patrons. Terrible customer service, take your money elsewhere.

Negative experience: Poor customer service, rude staff. Walked in during staff hours (from the poster on the door, apparently 9am-7pm on weekdays) looking to get a quick pump willing to pay for a day pass and got turned away at the door saying the gym was closed (6pm). He said he was "running a class" as if that meant anything, and for every question i asked he just shook his head and repeatedly told me its closed like i didnt hear the first time. A shame too, i used to gym here and was proud to rep but not anymore. Never going back again. Rude staff.

Negative experience: Comfortable price and quiet big place but too busy at the afternoon. Staffs are almost rude.

Fantastic experience: I only recently joined the gym but so far it's been positive and helpful environment. Staff and members are extremely hopeful throughout the gym. Programs/class are initiated really makes going to gym fun and exciting Coach Andrew is person that really pushes you to the own personal limit. I highly recommend joining the gym
