Kacey is my usual instructor, and I can’t recommend her enough—her classes are consistently excellent. She brings a wealth of knowledge and a supportive energy, guiding us through each pose with care while encouraging personal growth. I’ve also had the pleasure of attending classes with Meital and Steph, who are both wonderful instructors with their own unique styles. I always look forward to every session and highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to deepen their practice! Thank you very much!

I just love practicing at the Hampton Studio, all of the teachers are authentic and the classes are challenging. I was so grateful to been able to attend the retreat in Daylesford last year and it is definitely on my list again this year. Hmm maybe the Bali retreat also...... Fantastic experience: Lovely studio and vibe. Warm and welcoming instructors. Nice variety of classes. Not too fitness-oriented or too spiritual but nicely settled in the middle. Good schedule, which offers classes at different times of the day and on weekends, so no more excuses not to go! Only thing I'd wish for is that there was a part of the room without mirrors in the front. (In yoga, it's all about how you feel and not how poses look, but we can easily get distracted when observing ourselves while practising.) I tried the studio with a discovery pass recently and I've become a regular.

Kacey is a great teacher, providing easy explanation and correcting postures when necessary but also making the class very inclusive and accessible to all. Absolutely loved my experience there!

The weekend had a great vibe. During the yoga sessions I felt supported and again Kacey made it feel uncomplicated yet challenging for me as a total newbie. Thank you for a beautiful weekend. Fantastic experience: A lovely and welcoming community can be found at the Kula Hampton studio. It's a hidden gem waiting to be discovered, and is the perfect sanctuary from the hustle and bustle of the surrounds. Love the heated studio - especially in Winter, I feel transported to someplace tropical and balmy.

Fantastic experience: Not only is the studio a beautiful place aesthetically, it's a really welcoming environment. I felt very comfortable starting a new form of exercise at this studio. For a hot yoga class the temperature of the room is really lovely, hot enough to work up a good sweat but not so hot you are uncomfortable. I had tried other places before and this studio is the best in the area by far.

The team is professional and always willing to help and teach if needed. I enjoy every class and the instructors often change the routine so we're always trying new and different poses. This keeps it fun and interesting whilst working your body at the same time. It is encouraged to go at your own pace and to listen to your body.
