Negative experience: The person who work there is become . psychological and start ask me if I’m stressed because I just was ask him and he just laughed!! Anyway this is not a gym this is living room. Has some equipment and not recommended anyone to go plus the person who’s work there poor and he’s fully confident that is the best gym in ever with 5 machine and some Dumbbell!

Fantastic experience: I've been a Snap Camberwell member for about a year now. What initially won me over was the 2 x Olympic lifting stations for deadlifts and squats. The 3 x cable fly machines was the icing on the cake. Then the jungle gym, the FREE boxing classes, endless treadmills, and the sled push station sealed the deal. I was really blown away by the size of the space and that was one of the main things I was looking for when joining. Even when the gym is busy, I find it relatively easy to find an alternative station or piece of equipment to target that day's muscle group. But what I love the most is the staff and the trainers. Snap Camberwell is actually one of the only gyms I've gone to where I've seen every single staff member working out multiple times of the week, whenever I go. They're friendly, supportive, and it's that sort of extra personable charm that gets me extra pumped (pun intended) to hit the gym 6 days a week for a session. It honestly feels like home for me and the staff are 90% of that.

Negative experience: Worst business ever, my card was expired and by the time the bank gives me a new card to be able to pay the fees, they disabled my gym card and still asking for $60 gym fee, and say they will go to debt collectors for this problem, what a petty for small gym to act this way for such a small amount and small problem. Happy I am cancelling my membership with them as there are many better offers and better gyms out there. If I could I would give them 0 star.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Snap Fitness Camberwell since October last year, and choosing them over all the other gyms in the area was honestly the best decision I could've made. The space itself is huge and there’s a great diverse range of equipment, that could cater to most (if not all) types of training, and the team at Snap is always willing to help, never failing to make you feel at home and welcome:)

Fantastic range of equipment including countless squat racks, lying leg curl, and hack squat. To top it off, the staff are great - wonderful company and really helpful. Shoutout to Dan and Andrew for running a great gym with great people and vibes

Fantastic experience: I’ve been an avid gym goer for years and I’ve never been involved in such a friendly, welcoming gym environment. From the moment you walk in the door you are welcomed by Club manager Dan. With a smiling face and kind personality, he makes you feel comfortable once you step through the door. If you’re lucky enough to have any interactions with PT’s Matteo and Kieran, count yourself lucky! Always willing to give helpful tips and support members through their workouts. I have been training with Kieran for 6 weeks and have never been in better shape! I’m working towards my goal of fat loss and feeling better within myself already. Unlike other gyms in the area, they have physiotherapist Dan who works from within the gym. He is easily accessible and knowledgeable for anyone who has any unresolved or new injuries/unexplained pain whilst training Well done to owners Andrew and Irene for making Snap Fitness Camberwell such a wonderful place to train

Negative experience: My wife and I were charged unfairly after the lockdown for six forthnights only because of not knowing the gym's opening time after the long lockdown. Obviously, it is the club’s responsibility to announce closure or opening time after frequent closure and opening due to Covid-19. In the technology era, it is a simple task to send an email or a notification to aware the members of the club’s changes! I had some correspondence with the club manager regarding waving the tuition for that period. He referred me to the contract, but he lowered the notice period from 30 days to 15 days, which was not enough because we had already lost our money for two fortnights. In the 1.5 month period, we didn’t even use the gym’s facilities even for 1 minute! So, it is no reason to be kept charging by them. I asked him to waive the fee, but he refused to reply to my email while I was waiting to get an answer from him! I understand that we had signed a contract and we had admitted the conditions, but those kinds of rules must be applied for the pre-Covid state, not for the complicated situation like today’s. I am really disappointed from the policy, customer service, and the club's act, and I will never recommend to any friend to sign with this club.

Fantastic experience: The best gym I've ever attended. The owners and staff are extremely passionate about fitness from all approaches. Whether you're interested in general well-being, powerlifting, bodybuilding or any other branch of fitness, the staff here are incredibly supportive and provide a welcoming environment for people to train. They are also receptive to the feedback of members, and are not afraid to make changes that benefit the members. Prior to the COVID lockdown, they changed the floor plan which allowed for much more floor space in the stretching/functional fitness area, and I would see people making great use of that extra space every time I visited. Equipment is rarely unavailable in peak time, with 2 deadlift platforms added a little over a year ago and 3 dedicated squat racks available plus 6 more stations where you can set up your free weight barbell squats if it is a busy day. I've never felt more welcome and comfortable at a gym and I look forward to training here for a long time to come :)

Fantastic experience: Great gym, bring your own headphones though, the music never changes and is always pretty average. Lots of space and equipment. It can be busy at times but this can be avoided. Staff is also very friendly.

Fantastic experience: Best gym I've joined in Melbourne. Great equipment which are well taken care of. A very spacious gym well suited for any training program with a wide range of machines and equipment. Friendly and helpful staff who always help out with any queries or doubts I have. Plus a detailed body composition testing facility which would help you keep up with your targets.

The staff are friendly and helpful, the other members are considerate and respectful of others, and the all the equipment I have ever needed has been available. Perhaps best of all - it’s never so crowded that I have to wait to use equipment as there is plenty of space for barbell work and free weights. I will truly miss this gym when I leave Australia.

Positive experience: Friendly staff, complete equipment. They could insist a bit more on educate customers when it comes to hygiene, bringing towels, etc. When it’s busy unfortunately they don’t clean after themselves and the smell is so gross everywhere.

Fantastic experience: Great gym with all the equipment I need, I use the high altitude room to accelerate my fitness goals and already feel/see the benefits. I find the layout of the gym really good after renovations, especially the addition of the CrossFit/boxing area. Staff are are really friendly and helpful. 24/7 access is great as I work random hours in hospo, so having the option to work out late nights so close to home works well for me. I have tried other gyms in the area but they are either too basic equipment wise or so crowded you can’t get on a machine. Would recommend this gym 110%

Fantastic experience: I am very bias here but after working in many gyms as a PT this gym by far trumps them all! Clean gym and equipment, selection of lifting bars to work with with my clients who have particular needs for specific movements. The whole place is friendly from both the staff and members and most importantly especially reported from my own clients is that there are no ego's in the gym so they feel more confidant to try working out by themselves. This is a place i love coming to work in!

Fantastic experience: I have been living in Camberwell for over 10 years and have been to all the gyms around here. Snap fitness has been recently upgraded with all new cardio and strength equipment and without a doubt I can say this is the most professionally run, friendly family orientated gym I have been to. I highly recommend and would give 10 starts if I could.
