Fantastic experience: This studio is amazing! The workouts are challenging. The trainers know their stuff and provide just the right level of motivation. Fantastic experience: Signed up to the trial to try something new this year. I’m a few months in and whilst it can be a little intimidating with all the new exercises and speed across the stations, the trainers are kind, extremely helpful and encouraging.The workouts are always different, there's lots of options if things are a bit too difficult at first. The CJ space is very comfortable, spacious and clean.

Fantastic experience: I tried various gyms and fitness challenges until I started at F45 CJ two years ago.. two years and I’m still surprised with new workouts and events that they come up with every week , sometimes multiple times a week! … the trainers are always encouraging and helping with techniques. Fantastic experience: Amazing place to start life changing. First 2 weeks always hard and we get well support from our lovely PT Bec who guide us step by step. Fantastic experience: F45 Camberwell Junction - cannot recommend highly enough. Extremely clean studio, staff knowledgeable, very helpful and motivational to the membership community. Studio caters to a mix of all age and fitness groups - beginner to athlete. During lockdowns they even checked in on members periodically and ran classes remotely online. Should be the template for other F45 studios! 5 stars ⭐️

Fantastic experience: Camberwell Junction is a fantastic gym. From the way you are greeted and welcomed as you enter the gym to becoming one of the family. Each member is an important part of the gym, they encourage all, include all and make it feel like a home away from home. Working to help each member on their fitness goals, individually and as a team. Lockdowns bring the community online and closer together. A mixed training program and trainers who work with injuries, goals (Eg watching those lift heavier or overcome a box jump fear) They have created the most inclusive environment. Hamish, Bec, Hannah and all the team will make you feel like you’ve walked into your second home.

Fantastic experience: F45 Camberwell Junction has been fantastic for my health, fitness and wellbeing, the varied session times allow me ample options through the day and the ever changing workouts mean I am always challenged and stay refreshed. Most of all this is not a gym or studio, this is a place you come and enjoy yourself, the staff always maintain a high energy upbeat environment whilst keeping you on track to get the results you are after. Fantastic experience: I’m loving the community at F45 CJ! My first impressions were they are accommodating and welcoming. I have been doing F45 for quite a while near work but due to the pandemic we all have to work from home so it wasn’t convenient for me to drive all the way to continue. But then I was missing F45 workouts so I signed up at F45 CJ because it was just walking distance from my place. The coaches are amazing and friendly! Their smiles are always encouraging and they made me feel a part of their community. I always look forward to attend classes! Thank you very much F45 CJ! PS I also enjoy the music during workouts!!!

Fantastic experience: Camberwell Junction (CJ) F45 sessions are coached by professional and friendly instructors always there to motivate you to get the most out of your workout no matter what level you are at. With a focus on assisting members to achieve their personal goals, CJ also has a great community atmosphere. A happy, clean and welcoming studio I would highly recommend to anybody interested in fun and varied functional cardio and strength based fitness.

Fantastic experience: The team at f45 Camberwell are the best. Great facilities, really great staff that make a very conscious effort of engaging with everyone! I have been going here for a few years now and my fitness has drastically improved. Just like most people, it's hard to fit in a regular exercise routine into your life that keeps you engaged for a prolonged time period. Not the case at f45, it's really easy to sustain that engagement after you get into the rythm (took me about 2-3 weeks).

Fantastic experience: I have been going to F45 CJ for nearly 3 years now and it is such an important part of my day to day life. The trainers are absolutley amazing and truely care about each and every person who step foot into the studio. I find F45 is a great place to exercise as you don't have to stress about what workout or equipment you are going to need, they already plan and set it up for you! I now enjoy working out and feel so much healthier both mentally and physically since joining F45!

Fantastic experience: I've bought 2-week pass and can say its excellent value for money. The instructors make you feel welcome, are helpful and make the atmosphere fun. Fantastic experience: A really great studio to train at! Friendly trainers who are really supportive and happy to show you the right techniques. All the people that go are friendly as well (it has a great community feel). There’s a great trial pass you can get to test it out and see if you like it. Once you get there the time goes quick and your out in 45 minutes which is the best part! (No need to plan your own exercises, just make your way through the circuit and you get a whole work out).
