Negative experience: Used to be a member here then moved overseas so I changed membership to another AF. AF Dural was intentionally being a pain during the whole changeover process. I gave them one month notice to leave so I could switch over to the new AF. They ignored this and kept charging me (the new AF branch lost out on revenue here). They then refused to release my key fob and it only got resolved once my new gym had raised this issue with someone higher up. Very strange and petty behaviour from Dural AF. I will never be returning to them even when I move back.

Fantastic experience: Anytime Fitness Dural is my favourite gym! It’s so fresh since the refit and the team are always friendly and welcoming.

Negative experience: Loved training there But i signed a 18 month contract. The first question on the contract was do you want to continue after contract period i said no as i was spending a some of time overseas. They kept taking out the money and when i cancelled they are now trying to charge me through a debit recovery. I called Misha and said please check my contract as i know i ticked the box to cancel after 18 months. She said NO you didnt. I then requested a copy of the contract and it was blank with No signature. I love anytime as i train in many different places around Australia BUT Dural is very disappointing!!

Super clean, big variety of machines, and super friendly community! A side note but i am personally a huge fan of the layout, the renovation was a massive success!

Negative experience: Took my son in today to trial the gym as he has moved to a school close by. Was not impressed by the customer service- lady told me bluntly there was no free trial and then started a conversation with someone behind me (I was seated). Left and won’t go back just lost 2 potential long term members

Negative experience: Wish I could put less than one star Reading the good reviews I’m sad that I didn’t get this experience. During the tour before my first session, the staff made me feel stupid for not knowing what “form” meant with regards to weight training & immediately made me feel like I should stick to cardio. So I did, I stayed in cardio for a whole year and everytime I went, I felt intimidated, unwelcome and extremely uncomfortable as a woman just wanting to keep to herself and work out. It seems you aren’t “involved” in their community and accepted by the receptionist, you are not valued at this club. Even when I cancelled my membership and expressed my concerns in detail, I was told to consider working out at a different time so I didn’t have young dudes making me feel unsafe in the cardio area. If you’re a woman new to the gym, STAY CLEAR of this gym.

Negative experience: Been going to the gym for one year. A broken mirror, a clock where you can’t see the time, machine missing grips, the list is long. Last week was worst which prompted me to write this review. I got a cut in my finger and went to the reception. The staff was so busy in luring new customers that instead of helping me pointed me to the first aid box. I straggled with the box and could not find any bandage that could help me. With the blood dripping, I walked out of the gym but the staff was unfazed with a single focus on acquiring new customers! Such professionalism in pursuing new clients that they forgot basic humanity!

Negative experience: Consistently the worst washrooms. Between the member’s disrespect of them, and the weak cleaning schedule, they are among the worst. And I travel for a living - using different AFs sometimes daily. Tired gym that is scheduled for an upgrade apparently.

Negative experience: Poor communication perhaps because of the colour of my skin and can be judged by my last name. They’ve Increased my membership without notice, I asked for a copy that they claimed they sent but no one is responding. Old thread mills as well no Bluetooth and dirty machines

Fantastic experience: After switching between various gyms over the last 3-4 years, I feel like I’ve finally found a home at AF Dural. Tammy and Jp made me feel welcome from the very beginning, guiding me through each stage of the sign up process and even showing me around the massive range of equipment the gym has to offer. While initially reluctant to join a new gym during Covid, the easy access to the sanitising stations and general cleanliness of the gym has certainly eased any concerns I previously had. Keep up the great work guys!

Fantastic experience: The best gym in the hills. I have been to quite a few gyms in the area and recently joined here a few months ago and the staff made me feel really comfortable. The staff always go above and beyond for myself and all the members to ensure it is a clean and safe environment to train in! Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: Such an incredible gym. Firstly the staff are all so wonderful and greet you as you come and go. The community vibe that is displayed within this gym makes training in particular for females so comfortable and nice. All staff are super approachable to ask questions and really do make the experience at Dural amazing. Overall a really good Anytime Fitness and i'll be sticking here from now on :))
