Im excited for the renovations and to walk into the new gym next week. The prices are the cheapest in the area and they have different memberships to suit everyone's situation. Fantastic experience: This gym is awesome! About to undergo some major renovations and I cannot wait. All staff and members and friendly and no annoying grunters. It's a fairly quiet gym so can always get on my equipment.

Negative experience: These reviews have to be bot farms. I don't know how any company can openly take money from people with the state of this "gym". Everything is at least a decade old. Almost every machine or equipment has damage. How this place is still operating is beyond me

Negative experience: i Cancelled my mebership as per you T&Cs. You will never get that $70 from me. I will die on this hill.

Positive experience: About the place, I like it that it's not too packed. The rates and pricing are also very convenient; however, I must say that a lot of equipment pieces feel very old or broken already. Also, some parts of the carpetting are torn off. A little maintenance would be ideal for this place.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to Snap Fitness Castle Hill for a few months now and highly recommend it! All the staff are very lovely and welcoming and always go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. The gym is always kept very clean and it is a great environment overall!

Negative experience: Having previously 3 membership for myself and my underage daughters, they recently caused them issues entering due to us using different cards at entry when we never had an issue for at least six years. They also recently placed a credit report due to my CC expiring and no DD was possible , mind you this is for one membership out of the three they Direct Debit. Thats loyalty. To exit they are charging for a whole month for all memberships so i can cancel, and to top it off the manager Sim had the nerve to ask me why are you cancelling with that fake motionless smile. I would not even waste my time explaining that for the whole time, the rates we paid, we were mostly using the same equipment and coping with the same smell. But now its done with a smile and hypocrisy. Never again would i step in that place or recommend to anyone. Watch for your credit report as you wont get any loyalty. Good luck

Fantastic experience: I really enjoy the atmosphere. The staff are super friendly and I genuinely love how open and family orientated it is. They are understanding and when I talk to them I always tend to relax. Their classes that they have are also fun and they know how to keep it focused on the exercise.

Fantastic experience: This gym has all the equipment you will need and more while being super easy on the pocket! The staff are very friendly and helpful and the PT at the gym is amazing! He helped me achieve my goals in 12 weeks. The snap fitness app is also great and motivates you to visit the gym. I personally like that it shows how many times I’ve visited and gives me a badge for every 5-10 visits. It also tracks other fitness milestones. Call me a child, but I think that’s great!

Fantastic experience: I’m relatively new to the gym, and Castle Hill Snap Fitness is honestly a great place to start out. It’s a relatively quiet gym, the equipment is good quality and the staff are really nice!!

Negative experience: To my dismay, I unfortunately have not had a good experience ever since new management under "sim" has taken place at snap fitness castle hill. What once used to be a gym is now a library as us members are constantly told to be quiet. It feels like im back in primary school its unbearable! They think I’m a weak cat lifting 10kg plates I’m a king maxing every machine and repping plates on plates. I cannot be quiet in these circumstances. It is saddening as there were no issues here before but now I don't feel comfortable here. Other than that everything is good and the owner is amazing.

Fantastic experience: Recently joined this gym, location is very convenient, minutes away from station or if you drive, pretty much parking space in front of the gym. Sim is very lovely and attentive during the tour and explaining all things need to know when signing up. My first visit was on wednesday night around 9pm, not too busy, the gym and machines are clean and in good condition.

Fantastic experience: The gym has improved significantly recently. It’s a lot less crowded and clean. The new manager Sim is extremely energetic and introduced herself to me instantly there used to be an issue with overcrowding, a lot of young people and big groups of boys late at night which has lessened severely the last few months. She’s doing a great job I was thinking about exploring other options until she arrived and now I’m a very happy member and will continue with this gym.
