Fantastic experience: I took my kids to flipout villawood today and I had a great time there watching them burn all that energy. Their coffee was also surprisingly good (but maybe because I'm an expat living in Dubai, i have a bias that coffee in Australia taste great). The host Mariam was amazing too, very friendly and kind. I recommend this spot.
Fantastic experience: We recently hired Flip Out Villawood for a private function, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish! The venue was perfect for our group, offering two hours of non-stop fun for both kids and adults. A huge shoutout to Josh and his team, who went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were friendly, professional, and attentive, ensuring everyone had a great time while prioritising safety. The space was clean, well-organised, and set up perfectly for our event. We couldn’t be happier with how the day turned out and highly recommend Flip Out Villawood for private events or just a fun day out. Thanks again to Josh and the team for making it such a memorable experience!

Negative experience: I really don’t understand how this place promotes family fun when they have so many rules that don’t allow cousins, siblings or friends to actually jump next to each other?
Hi there Iman I understand you're frustrated... we certainly do want our customers to have fun but that also means making sure that customers are aware of activities that may end up in injury. Unfortunately accidents can happen when two or more people jump on the same trampoline. We completely get it that the kids want to jump together but at the same time its no fun at all when you get hurt. We know customers are not aware of the potential of this happening until there is an injury. It's our duty of care given we do know that we communicate and enforce this. We don't want to be unnecessarily enforcing rules.We do recognize that some of our staff may not communicate this in the best way possible which can make some of our customers feel uncomfortable so we do apologise if you were made to feel this way. Fantastic experience: Very strategic located and easy to reach by public transportation. The playground is spacious, comfortable and well maintained. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Can be very busy on the weekends so booking is recommended.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated our son’s birthday 2 years in a row in Flipout Villawood. We chose the “Awesome” package this time so that his friends and he get to jump longer. Snacks are provided on the table. Foods, ice cream cake and drinks are included in the package - stress free for us busy parents. Shout out to Natasha for being attentive and she kept checking on us… updating us along the way. Highly recommended if you’re looking for a venue to celebrate your kids’ birthdays..

Fantastic experience: Thanks so much to Maryam for being the ultimate party host for my son's 10th Birthday Bounce (as we called it :) last weekend! Considering the chaos that naturally comes with Flipout, let alone at school holidays time, she did everything possible to make us feel welcome and get the kids jumping as soon as they arrived. She had the previous birthday party to clean up after, then set up our party whilst signing in our party guests who were arriving in droves, she did a great job of multitasking! The kids were fed, watered and super hyped and happy the whole time whilst I was kept updated and on track with timings and what was coming next. This was very much appreciated so thank you Maryam! Another big thank you to staff members Lucy, Stephanie and Josh who were in contact at various times of the organising process making it so easy to get sorted. Email comms were not only prompt, they were thorough and so there wasn’t a single time throughout the process that I didn’t have an answer or knew what the go was. We’ve been to Flipout many times in the past but this was our first Birthday party with them and for the big 1-0, kiddo was rapt he chose it as his venue. Thank you all so much for making this the hit that it was!

Fantastic experience: best flipout i’ve been to by far, friendly and well-managed staff and lovely facilities. i visited on sunday with my two daughters and was very impressed with the level of care and attention to detail, especially on the trampolines. the blonde worker on the trampolines at around 4pm was constantly moving around and catching every little thing, which is great when you have little kids as sometimes the bigger kids can be a bit of a handful. my daughters loved her and she made this experience so enjoyable for them, but didn’t catch her name recommend going weekdays after school holidays during their playgroup deal, so many activities and so cheap!! perfect for little ones not in school yet

Fantastic experience: We had my daughter's 6th birthday here last Friday, and I could not recommend our party host, Gina and Flip Out Villawood more. I booked the Awesome party package and the process from enquiring with a very helpful staff member, who ended up booking the party for me over the phone, to the same staff member (I didn't end up getting her name but she deserves the credit for her customer service), who took the final payment and answered more of my questions, was exceptional. I work in customer service, and always really appreciate the good service, because it's not that often you get it. We were also beyond happy with the customer service of our party host, Gina. I was told that I should have about 15 mins before the party to set up, as they might be preparing the room still. I got to the party 30 mins beforehand, just to be prepared, only to find the room already set up, open for me to come in and set up. Then we met Gina, who was so friendly and helpful straight away. I had a request to change up the order of the party, and she was more than willing to accomodate it. I also commended her in person, because managing/checking in 15 kids is chaotic, and she did it with ease. The rest of the party flowed so smoothly, with constant communication about the timing of food/cake, and consistently topping up drinks and snacks on our tables. Gina was amazing all-round, and we were so happy that we had her as our host, that I would request her personally, if we had another party there. I also want to add, all of this was on one of their busiest days, a cold Friday, on the first week of school holidays. So hats off to the Flip Out Villawood team, who were all so helpful and friendly! But special mention to Gina, because I'm usually a stress-head when it comes to organising my kid's party's, but she made it so easy, I was able to sit back and relax, while the kids had the best time!

Negative experience: Staff with tattoos was extremely rude and non caring. Will not be going back there due to her attitude, shame on such staff, if you have this kind of attitude don’t work with kids.

Fantastic experience: I hosted my daughter's 7th birthday at Flip Out Villawood last weekend. Initially, there was a mix-up with our booking, and I panicked when I realized the event was scheduled for the wrong date, especially since they had no available rooms for our intended time. Thankfully, the staff were incredibly accommodating and resolved the issue by allowing us to host the party in the open space in the cafe area. This turned out to be a fantastic solution, it was spacious and perfect for our needs and still a private party with the area closed. The staff were wonderful throughout, and the birthday celebration ended up being a success. I’m really pleased with how the venue handled everything and would definitely recommend Flip Out Villawood.

Positive experience: I recently visited this place. It was all good till one of you're workers wearing a beanie on Friday would not stop following us I felt intimidated we were constantly getting followed. She came up to us rudely asking where out wrist band was clearly could see I have 2 little young kids keeping wrist bands on little kids is a mission. Asking how much we paid. What time our session is up. Kept blowing whistles at a little kid that is only 3 years old. And she's only taking orders from her manager. We had to walk away as she kept starring at us kept following us.
Hey Siddika we’re sorry to hear you felt intimidated by our staff. We understand how difficult it can be to put the wristbands on the little ones! Our staff are required to check wristbands so they know when time is up and they also have a duty like a lifesaver to keep your children safe. Perhaps this particular staff member was overzealous but please don’t think it was personal, they are just trying to do their job. If you could email the store with more information such as when you were in store that would be great. That way we can determine who the staff member is as they might just need more training on how to supervise and communicate in a way that doesn’t make customers feel uncomfortable. However we have had to focus on things like parents not jumping on the same trampoline as their child or jumping with their child in their arms as well as kids not standing on padding. Cheers
Negative experience: Disappointing Visit! I recently took my children and unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. Firstly, the place was extremely busy, which seemed to overwhelm the staff. Their discomfort was noticeable and impacted the overall atmosphere. Despite the crowd, there were no tissues available in the toilets, which is a basic necessity, especially in a place catering to children. The seating area for parents was also subpar. The sofas were in poor condition, making it uncomfortable for parents to wait while their children played. Additionally, the parking situation was chaotic, adding to the overall inconvenience. Overall, my visit was disappointing. The lack of basic amenities, combined with the overcrowded and uncomfortable environment, made for an unpleasant experience. I hope they address these issues soon to provide a better experience for families.
Hey there we’re disappointed you were disappointed! It was busy yesterday in store given it’s the second week of the school holidays at the coldest time of the year ie the busiest week of the entire year, however our staff did a great job managing this. We did have a couple of vacation cares come in that didn’t have signed waivers and did not arrive at the correct time which did cause some strain on our staff so we apologise if this had an impact on you in any way. It is something we want to address going forward as it’s very stressful for us to manage. Re tissues - we have them on every cafe table. And we (the owners) were in the store all day yesterday and used the bathrooms and there was toilet paper so not sure what happened with you not having tissues for your child. We have a dedicated cleaning person who was checking the bathrooms regularly. Apologies if you did get caught out - that’s never nice but I guarantee it’s not typical. Re seating area - upstairs where couches are is actually a really nice area so I’m really not sure what you mean. Re couches.. I do check them regularly but will check again to see if any issues and will replace as required. Thank you for your feedback on this. Please always feel free to ask to speak to management or the owners in future if you have any issues about anything. We are really open minded people who want to provide the very best experience for our customers - were it is in our control to do so. Cheers
Negative experience: My recent visit to Flip Out was disappointing. The facility was dirty and had a strong smell of feet and shoes. Some workers were disrespectful to younger kids, let their friends and family stay longer than allowed, and were often on their phones instead of working. Considering the high cost, these issues need immediate attention to improve the experience for all visitors.

Such as when you were in store, description regarding staff on phones (we have rules where all phones must be kept in the office) the only person who is allowed a phone is the arena supervisor who refers to their phone for the roster to work out breaks. Again would love to know where it smells in the store. We do clean everything regularly but perhaps there’s an area we’re not aware of? Fantastic experience: I had a party on the weekend at flipout Villawood and the kids loved it! I had a self catered party & it was great. The service by the staff was amazing & the signing in of all the party visitors was quick & well organised. The party visitors all loved it & I was greatful they fit me into the larger room which was available because I had so many adults. I would definitely have a party there again. It was extremely busy so having that party desk was definitely helpful & was a timesaver. The men also had fun playing games on the machines so there was alot to do for all ages. A special mention to the staff member that took my booking, I forgot her name but her service was amazing & she was very helpful in answering my queries. Thankyou for an awesome party!

Negative experience: Absolutely rude management his behaviour today was appalling and extremely unprofessional , reading through the rest of the reviews that date back over a year ago, it seems like this is an on going problem but request further info via email and looks like nothing had changed. I was there today with my 3 year old and had 1 hour left of my time but chose to leave after seeing the owner being so rude , no thanks don't want to be in that atmosphere again .

Interesting, you are either one of two customers that snuck into the store and didn't pay, were rude and threatened our staff, and me personally or a friend of the customer who choses too blatantly steal from our business when they sneak in. So, I make no apology to people who are deliberately breaking the law and doing the wrong thing. And yes, I got firm, but at no time was I rude. And when I pull them up on the fact they are stealing, they make up some lame excuse like I didn't know I had to pay. And then they get aggressive and threaten a bad review! And worse become verbally aggressive towards staff who are kids themselves. One customer chose to leave when I caught them that day, which shows they had no intention of paying the other, too their credit paid. However, after their session ended, they refused to leave with their kids breaking all the rules and putting other customers at risk of injury while they continued to jump after their session had expired. These parents took no accountability for their child's behaviour, they are rude, damage our premises, and one of the friends had the audacity to swear and threaten me physically. So yes, I had to be firm when met with people who are making our community a worser place to live. Quite frankly you're not welcome here, go elsewhere please. Thank you.

Negative experience: bro i swear theres so many damn people here its annoying. why are 3 year year olds on the trampolines?? and why are 15 year olds in the 10 and under sections. why do staff not care abt anything real bro. ive had kids chase me that are ginger. i for one dont like gingers.
Hey Jahseh thanks for the review, it was very busy over the weekend due to the rain which I can appreciate is frustrating. Unfortunately its the same everywhere. Yes children under 10 to have access to most of the park excluding the parkour area. With the U10's and U8's area its extremely rare older kids go here and when they do our staff move them on immediately. We are quiet in the mornings before 11am on weekends, if that helps. Or during the weekdays we are quiet most of the time which may suit better. Thanks Management
Positive experience: Expect long queues on weekends, staff shortages, not enough seatings around the play area, lots of teenagers running around without caring for younger kids however the staff are friendly and the kids spent a good hour jumping and climbing around the place!

Negative experience: Music is way too loud on the radio. We have to deal with kids screaming, and yet on top of that the loud radio music that made me really dizzy later on. Also the fans are on even on cold days and aircons are lacking in hot summer days. The staff is nice, btw.

The fans and air conditioning are supposed to be off during colder periods so not sure what happened in your case and we do apologise for the experience. Again not sure about the volume of the music on the particular day you were in store. It definately shouldnt be that loud that it makes you dizzy! However we do have the volume at a certain level in line with the experience our customers are generally seeking - which is an upbeat, fun experience. Fantastic experience: Attended and helped my sister plan my nephews birthday party here on Saturday night, chose the 20-30 kids Insane package in the upstairs room. This was also our second time our family has been assigned to this paticular host - Gina. She is an amazing asset, always friendly, professional and on top of everything, we love coming here for her service! She is very great at handling our big parties all by hereself! The Dj night is a hit with the kids and even parents, it was overly packed then our last year party however we were still prioritised and cared for. We love celebrating our kids birthdays here and we will definetly be back! Thank you Villawood Flipout for a spectacular night!

Negative experience: Female staff member with blue and black hair kept bothering my little siblings, telling them to separate kept coming up them over 3 times for unnecessary things!!! so annoying so rude (keep in mind my siblings are 12 and under) and need to stay together when they are playing so its easier for my mum to keep an eye on them. Costed my mother about $112 for four people for only 2 hours of fun and this staff member ruined it for the kids!! Train your staff to be more chill and professional when it comes to a work environment that has alot kids. Clearly from the recent reviews from others, everyone is having the same issue.

We definitely don't want to be the fun police however our staff are required to ensure that there is only one person using a trampoline as a time. Unfortunately we have had injuries occur when more than one person jumps together - as fun as it is! We do acknowledge that its important how our staff communicate with customers and it is something we are currently in the process of training our staff to do better so our customers are not left feeling uncomfortable and bothered. Negative experience: Terrible. Brang my nephew here and they seem to keep bothering us . hes under 2 for starters so clearly I need to be by his side so what the hell is the issue we paid so leave us alone. It shouldn't be a issue that we stand on the same trampoline or that I help him down the slide HES NOT EVEN 2 so obviously I'm going to help him why is it such a big deal do u get paid extra to bother people ?!
Hey there Hasna. Sorry to hear you felt the staff were bothering you. I understand you were with your young nephew and yes of course we understand that you need to supervise him. However our staff are responsible for keeping our patrons safe. Unfortunately we have had injuries occur where there have been more than one person on a trampoline particular with younger children with adults. Our trampolines are Olympic grade so are quite powerful. There is a junior arena for younger kids to bounce around on by themselves. Unfortunately adults can’t join them as they are only suitable for younger children to use. Fantastic experience: We had a great experience for my Son's 8th Birthday. The party host, Tinoosh and all other staff were extremely helpful, attentive and efficient. We had booked the awesome party was which was for 2 hours, but I do wish we had done the longer session - as timing went so fast and the kids seemed like they wanted to keep partying on. The pizza was from Dominoes and none went to waste. All the guests enjoyed the ice cream cake too. The staff even helped cut and serve the cake :) We were able to bring extra food platters which was a big tick for us. In the past, we have found lots of play centres don't allow outside food except dessert. I'd definitely recommend Villawood Flipout for party events.

Fantastic experience: Absolutely delighted with the service and attention to detail our host Tammy had at our daughters 6th Birthday over the weekend. We ordered the Awesome package and had 24 kids there. Not one child went without and there was plenty of left overs to take home. Tammy was organised and had everything under control the whole time. She was delightful to deal with as were the other staff on that day. I had no complaints at all for anything on the day. My daughter had a blast and so did her friends. Thank you again Tammy, you made my day so easy and I was so thankful I was able to relax knowing the party was in very capable hands ☺️

Fantastic experience: We had my son’s birthday party on Sunday morning. We had booked the insane package and our host for the party was Tammy. She had everything ready for our arrival and when things were running out or the children made a mess she was on hand filling up bowls or drinks and cleaning up the mess so that everyone was able to relax and have fun. She was able to talk with child and adults with ease.

Fantastic experience: We celebrated my daughter’s 6th birthday at Flip Out, Villawood, we chose the venue after looking at others because its was spacious and clean, with room for the little ones to run. Angie was our venue host for the day and she was amazing!! It was a busy Saturday and she was a great asset to the team, extremely helpful, knowledgeable and a positive attitude with great communication. I was extremely happy as it was my first time hosting a party with 15 kids and parents. There was another staff member who was at the back of the trampolines and unfortunately I didn’t get her name and she was amazing. The team there do an amazing job, the staff are wonderful, friendly and courteous and deserve a lot more credit.

Fantastic experience: We came with the kids during the morning, it was very quiet which we loved as my kids are very small. The girl worker on the trampoline Gena was very friendly, the kids absolutely adored her. Will definitely be back as the kids and us enjoyed it.
Hi Lisa yes we are a bit quieter during the school term! It's a great time to come if you can. We are also very quiet between 9am and 11am on weekends and offer 2 hours for the price of 1 hour if you come before 10am. Gina is amazing! Wish we could clone her....

Positive experience: Not a bad place for the kids but of a night time can be really hard to monitor your kids due insufficient lighting and a side note there's no need for a DJ it can feel like a nightclub hear sometimes at night way to loud.

Our DJ night is a featured event that we only hold 2 nights a week - Friday and Saturday. We have installed more disco lighting to ensure visibility but our DJ night is designed to create a certain atmosphere. We have had some issues with the sound in the store at times recently which we are addressing so perhaps the sound wasnt at its best when you were in store? Positive experience: We have been here multiple times before during varying levels of busyness which can sway how you see things. We recently had my second son’s birthday party here with Sophia as host, who was exceptionally accommodating and always asking how she could help, and she did many times over whether it was more socks, bands or an extra birthday candle because our exisiting one burned out before we could start singing the birthday song. So props to her for making the party run smoothly so I could focus on other things like socialising and keeping an eye on the kids They run a tight ship so when time is up, make sure you exit as they need to clean up for the next party in 30 minutes. The grounds are great but missing a foam pit that you can do flips into. We will definitely be back, and not just because we got a free voucher for my son’s. More likely for my other son’s birthday!
Hey David, thanks heaps for your feedback. That's awesome! Really appreciate it. Foam Pits are disappearing from these centres I'm afraid. The foam gets quite disgusting after a while and it's about 80k to fill up a foam pit (too expensive) so most of the centres were moving to air bags but then electricity went through the roof! Got to move with the times....but wish things were different. Thanks Dave

We will review what we charge for food however unfortunately due to the rising cost of goods not only of food but rent, electricity etc our prices are what they are. We regularly do a comparison on our pricing against other entertainment and leisure venues eg the movies and we are in line with that. Fantastic experience: Attended my neices 5th birthday on Saturday ( 40 kid self catered) option. We were up stairs in room 7, and the hospitality and service by the staff was amazing. The package we chose did not come with a host however the two girls Gina and Maddison who checked us in were very kind with great customer service. It was really busy but the girls made the whole waiver process easy with the 40 kids and checked up on us upstairs every few minutes. Been to a lot of kid places but this one place right here was exceptional, the kids and adults all had a great time, we will definetly be back for another fun experience.

Negative experience: Attended flip out on Saturday night around 8/8:30 only to hear that the DJ is playing a song that is not relevant in a children’s facility. The DJ had “no special request sign at the DJ booth” however a lady approached him and asked him to play a Muslim religious song about “Mohammad” this is not a place of worship and nor is it only open to muslim people. Many other people noticed and even the staff noticed and many were offended and found it appalling.
Hey Thomas, we welcome feedback from our customers however would have appreciated you contacting us directly about this rather than putting up a 1 star review on our store. We appreciate there is a heightened sensitivity at the moment however the majority of the music our DJs play is general music. Sometimes our DJs play Arabic music however its not specifically religious music. The DJ playing on the weekend is not Arabic nor are the business owners so there is no intention to be purposefully playing religious music and our understanding is that the music played, although Arabic, wasn't religious. Our DJ has had to start putting up a sign saying no song requests because unfortunately he gets some very aggressive customers. He does though from time to time allow for requests as this is what we used to allow. You are more than welcome to go up and ask for any song that you'd like but as I said the music primarily played is general everyday music hits. We would appreciate if you amended your rating to be more reasonable as the 1 star for a song you didn't like gives an incorrect impression of our store overall. cheers
Negative experience: I an underage minor got asked where the child was when I showed the waiver. This employee was basically saying I look atleast twice my age. I am horrified at the audacity of the employee.

Fantastic experience: We had my sons 6th birthday on a Sunday at 10:30 and had booked the upstairs room for 20 kids and about 20 parents. I have been to a few play centres, in my opinion flip out villawood (with the upstairs room) was the best for kids and parents. It wasn't busy at 10:30 but by 12:30 it was packed. Our host was very friendly and patient. She provided great service. We ordered extra Pizzas and garlic bread for the parents. It came with drink vouchers. Plenty of food. The parents were able to sit upstairs and watch the children play. I really enjoyed it. I would definitely go back again.

Fantastic experience: Attended on Sunday and all the staff are amazing. A special shout out to the girl named Layla working at the front counter, no matter how busy or how impatient customers were, she ensured service with a smile. Management do a great job at making sure the store is running in a productive way even at their busiest times. Bathrooms were also surprisingly clean and well kept. Positive experience: It can be fun if you achieve a few flips. The staff were nice and friendly. I think this place is probably best for 6-12 year olds. However, I saw a 15yo girl trample on a girl who looked less than 5yo because the younger girl walked into the trajectory of the older one. Wouldn't recommend for children under the age of 5 who haven't really developed a sense of danger
Hey David. Thanks for providing this feedback. We have a dedicated arena for kids under the age of 10 and older children/adults are not allowed on this. Not sure if you were aware of this. We work very hard to supervise all the customers on the trampolines and to educate customers on how to share the trampolines with others in a safe way. Unfortunately from time to time we do have two people who go to jump on the same trampoline. If the younger ones stick to the junior arena or the multi storey soft play which is dedicated only to younger customers, particularly during busy times, they should avoid getting trampled on by an older patron. Negative experience: The staff are statues. There was a man lying down in the middle for at least 45 mins. There were 4 staff attending the place at the time. All of them standing in pairs just talking to each other. If you look at the pic you can see the staff has sight of the man. Avoid this rubbish place at all cost. *Edit* to owner reply. I'm going to call you guys out for lying. #1 The picture was taken at 12pm on a Saturday. The venue was NOT quiet at the time. You are making up lame excuses here. #2 Not all staff were trainees. The staff that's a trainee is in the photo. He's the tall boy with green hair, he was getting trained by a girl with red hair. #3 There was a girl with white sneakers standing next to another girl talking the whole time. Both of them had clear sight of the man laying down for an hour. #4 So you knew this man had special needs and you allowed him to stay in a vulnerable position? Excuses much? Please don't play the 'victim game' when replying to reviews.
Hey there Stan ensuring staff are actively supervising on arena is critical to us. In this situation you are talking about (from this morning when we were rather quiet in store) the man laying on the boxes is special needs and was there with his carer. Yes he was laying on this section of the box but not getting in the way of anyone. There was only one set of staff paired up as we had a trial candidate in so they were being taught the rules and expectations etc. I understand you were not privy to this information and we thank you for your concern however please in future could you reach out to us first to clarify the situation before you put up a negative review. Thank you. Hey Stan, it sounds like this is personal to you and you are assuming the worst. Re Edit #1 The special needs customer was in the store before 12pm so we were not sure exactly what time the photo was from however the important FACT is that we were relatively quiet in store as you can see by the photo you provided. Edit #2 Correct not all of the staff were trainee staff and thats not what was said, what was said was that the staff that were paired up was a staff member with a trial candidate. Edit #3 Yes there were two staff that were talking from time to time. This was unknown initially however we looked extensively at our CTV footage and we realised this was the case. We have spoken to those two staff members about talking during their shifts on arena. This is a clear rule that we continue to enforce. Edit #4 The special needs person was not in a vulnerable position, he was on a box. If at any time he was at risk we obviously would have done something. We try our best to accommodate our customers with specials needs (who are always accompanied by a carer) and they do have to be handled with care for both themselves and others as they find it hard to understand and can get irate if you try to get them to move. Of course we evaluate each situation and if he or any other customer was at risk we would have taken the appropriate measures.
Negative experience: Pure cash cow. Way too busy at the expense of safety. No booking required for general admission, so the place is packed out on the weekend. Small kids got crushed by larger ones multiple times throughout the overpriced hour (explains why they make you sign a waiver). Staff were not reasonable either.
Hey Mani, thanks for the review! I'm sorry that you felt that way. We do recommend children with small kids come at 9am as the store can get very busy! It's the middle of winter and this is the busiest time of the year. So not sure what your expecting, most in door play centres are packed on weekends at the moment. I recommend if you have small children you follow them around, proper parental supervision is important for your young children, then you shouldn't have any issues as you can ensure their safety. Our staff are there to prevent injuries and we have one of the lowest rates of injury for similar sports / activities. But kids have accidents, and we need the waiver for protection as unfortunately we are like the USA now and everyone wants to make a quick $$. Yes, we take walk-ins, but we also have set capacities which are managed by computer so we can't go over capacity! As for the pricing we are cheaper than over similar facilities in the local area and the best part is your kids get physical fitness unlike some other activities in the area. Positive experience: We were not impressed with turning off all the lights after 6pm. We asked the staff and said this was a decision of their boss. Many parents were also unhappy bse of risk and danger that can occur anytime when it very dark . Please think about the safety of 100s of kids who run, jump, hide, slide in every corner, and see if this is an ideal thing to do. Please kindly leave some few lights on at least kids can see their friends and this can also avoid accidents. Some kids were hitting the walls and others were hitting the little ones.... Please leave some lights on.....Many thanks

We only turn the main lights off and put the disco lights on for our Friday and Saturday night DJ nights however we have a adequate staff also out on the arena actively walking around to supervise kids. This is what we advertise and its part of the DJ night atmosphere. Its critically important to us to keep our customers safe while on the arena so we do have adequate lighting and staff out on arena. However you will be pleased to know we are investing in putting more disco lighting in so create a more powerful effect. This will be installed in the next couple of weeks. cheers

I wanted to congratulate your staff esp a beautiful girl by the name of Akanisi (such a beautiful name) that was very professional and wise beyond her years. The manner in which she dealt with this customer, who mind you was lying stating the manager approved his Kmart looking grip sock was just priceless. As your staff member went off to verify his his claims. I think his ego was bruised a little or in my opinion could take directions from a young woman for that matter to say the least. I just wanted to acknowledge all your staff members for turning up to work day in and day out. I believe you guys are amazing and am important part of your organisation and need to be commended for the your commitment. Fantastic experience: I give 5 stars exclusively to Gina. I was with my children at a friend's birthday party, Gina served us. We have been there several times so far, but we have never had a host like Gina (cultured, dedicated, kind...) All the parents at the birthday party said the same thing. Today, when there is unkindness and disinterest everywhere, while working in the hospitality industry, Gina really left a positive impression on me.

Fantastic experience: I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. I go to Flip out Villawood all the time,and highly rate this place! It’s one of the most awesome places to get your kids out the house with and enjoy ur time with the trampolines. I bring my family and friends here all the time.They speak lovely to the kids there and the staff are lovely and friendly, polite and always have smiles on their faces. My kids always tell me how much they love it and always want to come back which I always do take them back. They tell me this place is an 5 stars and I do absolutely agree with them. My kids always leave with happy faces which I always like to see from them which also makes me happy. Especially today when I went they had a ball. The staff keep the kids safe and supervision is absolutely excellent amazing especially busy school holidays still but they have it all well done. I’ve been going here for a few years and it’s really clean and looked after by the lovely staff. When it’s time to go home they take their wristband off and put them in the bin til next time. They have different areas for the kids to play and bounce around to enjoy their time and no time is wasted with them which is good. I always keep an eye out on my kids as they can be little cheeky. They show the staff what they can do and have a positive outcome here. When we walk through the doors to the friendly staff at reception well greeted by them I always make sure they bring the flip out grip socks to jump because of the safety reasons towards it. I can not thank them enough for always being there to do there job the best way possible.cant wait to see the staff next time. Definitely will be coming back very soon to see this place.I’ve had no issues with them since I’ve been here. My kids even make good friends with the other ones and tell me what to do and what not to do which they follow rules in place. Cafe staff make the best coffees just to put it out there. Family and friends this place is for your kids I WILL DEFINITELY WILL BE COMING BACK HERE TO THIS PLACE.

Fantastic experience: i went to villawood flip out last week and i am impressed with how lovely the staff was there (I’m pretty sure the lady’s name was layla). she had such a positive attitude and was so patient with my children.

Fantastic experience: I am a regular customer and I bring my 2 kids here. The staff are always very lovely and kind to me and my children. One employee I would like to point out for their amazing work ethic and customer skills was a young lady named Layla. She always greets us with a bright smile and makes sure we have everything we need before the kids head off to the trampolines. She also teaches my little boy as his ninja coach and he has learned so much and really enjoys his lessons with her. While I wait for the kids I always grab a coffee from their upstairs cafe. A beautiful young lady Stephanie always brews my coffee and it’s always amazing. Her lattes are to die for and she always has a smile and asks how the kids are. Altogether the management team and the staff here are hard working and always make my week. So glad to be contributing to this company. Would recommend Villawood Flipout to anyone!

Fantastic experience: this place is very nice and fun for the kids. Although I witnessed some workers getting yelled at and abused by these parents over purchasing the mandatory grip socks. How the workers handled the situation was very professional and maybe the people should read the mandatory faqs before entering

Fantastic experience: Flip Out is a fantastic place to go for a fun and active day out. The trampolines are high quality and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend it! Especially this one girl named asrin hendi she greeted me at the door made my child feel in a nice safe environment. She had a positive attitude and showed real love and kindness. Especially when I was at my lowest recently got a divorce and she comforted me like she was my councillor I see every Thursday but that’s besides the point. I enjoyed the customer service as they follow “the customer is always right “ rule and I really deeply appreciated that. Would 100% come back.

Fantastic experience: I was there the other day to supervise my nephews 6th birthday party. We were kindly assisted by Asrin.H who remained positive and helpful throughout the party, making my job much easier!! When a dilemma arose and a young one unfortunately had a party of his own in his pants, it was swiftly dealt with and the party continued as normal. 10/10 experience, definitely coming back!!

Fantastic experience: Flipout Villawood is a great kids entertainment venue for children of all ages, the indoor trampoline park was kept immensely clean throughout the whole place. The staff here are tremendously kind to all guests and show their care for all customers attending the venue. The food and drinks in the cafe range and is always great. Kids will have an awesome time here.

Negative experience: I took my niece to this place about a week ago, very disappointed. Was waiting at the reception desk for 10 minutes not being served while two girls were eating on the counter, even gave me a glance but looked the other way. After being served the manager was very disrespectful to me and arrogant - never coming here again, do not bring your kids here!!

Negative experience: Not recommended at all, staff is so rude, not professional. Every 10min they called the kids and checking wrist bands so many supervisors and They’re trying to sale own socks to customers even though you had gripped socks. I don’t think this is not good place to enjoy to kids. Be careful guys
Hey Mohamed we're sorry you feel this way. We want everyone to have a fun time but we also have a responsibility to keep our customers safe and to adhere to our operating requirements. We are very busy in store during these school holidays and our staff are just trying to do their job. Unfortunately we have a number of customers who can get very aggressive which makes it difficult. Regarding the socks we are required by our Insurance company and the Flip Out Franchisor to ensure all our customers using the trampolines are wearing approved grip socks. You are welcome to bring your own but they do have to be trampoline grade. The reason is for you or your childs safety. Our trampolines are not your average backyard trampoline, they are Olympic grade and require a significant grip so you dont slip when you land back down on the trampoline. I understand its frustrating having to fork out additional money for the socks but this is something we cannot compromise on. We do encourage all our customers to hold onto their socks, leave them in your cars so when you return you can reuse them. cheers
Negative experience: This place was really good, but the staff were mean. I honestly do not know why we weren't allowed to sit on and off the trampolines, this lady rudely told us to not sit on it.And another staff told us not to have 2 people on one trampoline but many other people we're having like 3 on one. I saw another mother talking to the staff, based of her face she was mad. Please teach some staff manners.
Hey Bunny thanks for your feedback. Glad you liked the venue and enjoyed using our equipment. Our staff supervising the arenas do have strict rules that they need to enforce to ensure the safety of customers and to avoid damage to the equipment however this is never intended to be rudely conveyed so we're sorry if you felt this. We understand that most customers are not aware of the reasons behind why we have the rules which is why it is important for staff to explain the reason why. The trampolines are for customers to jump on and its unsafe particularly when we are really busy to sit on them for a length of time. We also have weight restrictions on the trampolines hence if you have 2 adult people on a trampoline it is heavier than say 3 young children and typically if an older person is jumping on the same trampoline as another person there is a higher likelyhood of an accident than having 2 or 3 younger children just mucking around on a trampoline together. I hope that makes sense. We really want everyone to have fun but we also have a responsibility to keep our customers safe. Cheers
Negative experience: My brother in law was getting bashed by a group of obese people at this place, the seccys didn’t do nothing just watching and laughing, no one come here, keep their child safe
Hey Victor this sounds most concerning and we are unaware of this incident. Could you please email us at [email protected] with more information as to the day and time this occurred so we can review our CTV footage. When you say seccys I imagine you mean the security guards? We only have one on at the moment so perhaps they were not the security guard that you are referring to? Our staff and our security guards take any incidents like this very seriously and would have attended immediately to any issue like this if theyd been aware. Unfortunately from time to time we do get riff raff that come into the store which is extremely disappointing but we have a no tolerance policy and call the police immediately if there is any aggressive issues with any customers whether towards our staff or between customers. We also ban these customers from every returning to the store. It is in our best interest to keep our customers safe. cheers
