Fantastic experience: Trained at Evo for a year and loved it. The community here is great and the coaches are amazing. I was nervous to start training without having any prior experience, but on my first session here everyone was very welcoming and patient with me as a beginner. Fantastic experience: Started at Evolution about 3 months ago with my son, So rewarding to see my son having fun, making friends and just enjoying learning mauy thai. The adult classes are just as good, great atmosphere, supportive coaches, and team mates. It's an education and a work out. Cheers to the team Evolution.

Fantastic experience: I bought my 10yo son to try out a Muay Thai class as he didn't enjoy other sports that much we tried in the past and he also lacked a bit of self confidence, over 8 months ago now.... From the very start, Marty greeted us and welcomed my son to the Evolution MMA family and from there his self confidence has exploded. The junior trainers Josh and Jake along with the guidance of Marty has helped turn my shy boy into a confident young man. On top of this, his latest school grades went from a D average when he started into a B average in such a short amount of time. If you are thinking about a sport that will help your child bloom as it did with my son... come to Evolutuon MMA !! Update 4 September 2024. I made a promise to myself that I would also join Evolution MMA from 1 July... and it has been one of the best fitness choices I have made!!! Classes are excellent and fit into my busy work schedule, the culture that Marty has developed is very welcoming, training is very rewarding, facilities are excellent and there is a well equipped weights gym for all to use. I have been working out at a gym for 10+ years and thought I was fit... Evolution MMA has taken my fitness to the next level !! Fantastic experience: I have trained at MMA Evolution for around 3 months now and I dont know what words can describe how I feel about team EVO. Since I have joined I have learnt so much within a small timeframe. All the coaches are amazing to learn from, even with their different styles of teaching their given disciplines. Not only are the teachers helpful however majority of the students will even go out of their way to help and even teach you as well. The environment at EVO is awesome and everyone at the gym whether they are coaches or students are extremely kind. I highly recommend training at MMA Evolution

Fantastic experience: Blessed to say that I have been with Evo for over one and a half years now. Honestly I don’t think I would be where I am now in Muay Thai without Marti as a coach. The passion he has, teaching others the sport he loves is insane, constantly pushing you and helping you strive to your goals. I %100 recommend this place especially if you’re brand new to Muay Thai!!

Negative experience: Had trained Muay Thai at Evo for 6 months and all was well but upon changing my mind on payment plan the owner was uncooperative and unprofessional asking to delay and hold off on assisting me with the change for weeks. Once quitting problems worsened tenfold and continued to charge for weeks following. Do NOT recommend.

Fantastic experience: Thanks to the team at Evolution, who have helped me overcome my anxiety, as it's the first time in any martial arts facility. All the coaches and members have been so welcoming and great highly recommend to anyone looking for a real martial arts facility and helping you every step of the way building your skills and self confidence!!!

Fantastic experience: Honestly such a great, welcoming environment. I've been training for over a year. I keep coming back because the team are like a family, and we'll often catch up outside of training. I train Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, and the people that train are incredible. We ride the line between fun and learning, and we train in an effective manner that most gyms have yet to pick up. A lot of praise must go to the BJJ coach Brodie, who spends a lot of time refining his teaching techniques, as well as constantly evolving the information taught to give us an edge. We're all given high level coaching and we're not afraid to look silly or ask questions, it's a safe and welcoming space where you can be accepted and push yourself to greater levels. Whether it's for fitness, fun or self-development, I cannot recommend Evo MMA enough.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training BJJ here for nearly 3 years. It can’t put into words how highly I recommend this gym and BJJ as a sport. We have an amazing, talented and kind community. Super welcoming to new starters, we were all there once and we understand how dawning it is to start. But try!

Fantastic experience: Trained BJJ here and as expected high level calibre per belt. Coaching is A1 and fun. The games approach is a fun method to learning. Also noting Brodie rolls with anyone and doesn’t pick his partners which IMO is a plus. Everyone wants to develop not just a few. Good work

Fantastic experience: Evolution is a fantastic gym! Everyone at Evolution is super friendly and welcoming. Full of great, well rounded and knowledgeable coaches. My son and I have thoroughly enjoyed developing our skills and has given us a fun activity to share some time. The Bang Muay Thai curriculum is not only a good workout but teach practical striking techniques that are applicable in self defence as well as in the ring.

BJJ, boxing and Muay Thai classes are a lot of fun, and the coaches are very knowledgeable. They always have a lot of time for you. Fantastic experience: I have taken my kids to a lot of different martial arts gyms in the last 10 years and Evolution MMA has been the best. My son does BJJ and Muay Thai and my daughter does BJJ. They actually love going because the staff are awesome and there's no agro. Everyone wants to learn and help each other get better, which I love. The coaches compete themselves and are able to pass their knowledge down to all the students.

Fantastic experience: I've been going to this gym for the past 10 months training in Brazilian jiu-jitsu (never before stepping foot into a gym) and it has been an extraordinary experience. All staff are friendly, trainers helpful and enthusiastic and all the people I have trained with were encouraging and very good people. I would like to also highlight especially the Brazilian jiu-jitsu coach Brodie, he is a good teacher and a great man. The team at Evolution MMA & Fitness is great couldn't recommend it enough.

The coaches at evolution can’t be faulted very experienced and easily approachable, they’re more than happy to help no matter what your skill level from first time on the mats to top level fighters. Hygiene is taken seriously which makes a change from alot of other gyms so the mats are always clean and great to train on.
