Negative experience: They are money focused. Staff management promised one thing, upon arrival they bluntly said no it cannot be done and had to pay.

Negative experience: Was told to come in for a one entry free trial. Lady took my name and number to make sure staff knew I was coming this week. Not honoured when I arrived.

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS GYM! A specific worker there (not sure if he’s the owner), is significantly rude to me and my friends. Either looking at me like I’m not supposed to be there & judging my workout routines. He has also repeatedly asked for my friend’s ID who I’ve recently urged to sign up to the gym, I’m not sure if it’s a racist thing or he does not like younger people at the gym.

Negative experience: Terrible gym management and customer support. They provide misinformation about the terms and conditions, completely disregard your concerns, and offer no help. Their focus is solely on collecting payments, even when there’s a clear discrepancy on their part.

Negative experience: Been going to this gym for a while, and I must say the quality of their service and gym has substantially decreased. The first year I went to this gym, the staff and gym were amazing. However right now, the staff is quite rude and dull, the men’s toilet is extremely disgusting, some of the equipment has broken pieces to them and most importantly the overall love I had for this gym is now gone. I really loved the 2020 one55 team but I can’t say it’s the same as it was before.

Negative experience: Been going to this gym for a while and yesterday there was a scissor lift driving around the gym. While I was working out the operator ended up pushing my machine while I was working out and this resulted in my ankle getting scraped. I didn’t end up bringing this situation up to the staff as I am uncomfortable to do so, due to the poor experiences I had with them before. Despite this, there are about 2 good staff there that are good.

Negative experience: Wildly unprofessional.

Negative experience: I DO NOT recommend this gym. I have been to plenty both in New Zealand and Australia and this gym is definitely on the lower end of the spectrum. It is for one, not well maintained. Nor do they have enough equipment to accommodate customers during their busiest hours. The bathrooms are small & disgusting and staff were incompetent. We were given misinformation about their 5 day period trial and were not compensated for their wrong. The staff were rude when handling the situation and made us feel as if we were at fault. Didn’t even want to finish the free period trial because our experience was that bad. It’s a 1/10 for me. Also needs a better playlist for the music played on the sound system, trash tracks.

Negative experience: Very clean and managed place, the sauna and steam room come in very handy and there’s a wide variety of machines. The bar also serves amazing protein shakes and a pre workout if you feel like you need a boost of energy Edit: I honestly feel betrayed, the customer service quality decreased significantly. They don’t appreciate long term customers. I informed them that I need to cancel my membership because I am moving states and I asked if I can change the dates in the future. The employee Donna couldn’t provide me with a solution apart from “when it’s cancelled it’s cancelled” while her coworker laughed as I turned my back and walked back in. 2-3 months ago I would recommend this gym. Not anymore.

Negative experience: I have been a member for many years now and the gym gets worse as the years go by. It's not as good as it once used to be. The toilets, locker rooms, sauna and showers are all disgusting with a smell of sewage. Have told the staff multiple times but nothing has been done in months. The music is terrible, it is impossible to train without headphones and even then the music is so loud that you can still hear it through whatever you're listening to.

Fantastic experience: Very new facilities during my visit in November 2022. Lots of training areas, huge gym. There is newer equipment that has rep counter and timers if you're into that. Pool doesnt seem to be in the same building, but looks to be in adjacent complex. Seems pretty quiet on a saturday when i went.

The patrons that attend are both friendly and supportive. This gym caters to both the pros looking to compete and the beginners still trying to find their feet. I would highly recommend you join the One55 tribe

They motivate and truly are your companion through the pain of self improvement. They manage COVID seriously and have the health of their membership at the forefront of every decision.

I called them and ask to cancel my membership. And they guys called me after 3 months and asking for $450 for nothing And after COVID-19 session I wasn’t there at all but I’m still paying.. greedy

Negative experience: The staff at Aquatic are not friendly especially some supervisors who does not know how to speak and manage.They don't care what's happening to the kids . They do care about only money. Really disappointing with them. I feel bad for those instructors and the friendly staff who is under of these people.

Fantastic experience: I was a member here, but sadly due to covid I had to return back to my home country. The cancellation process was extremely easy and straight forward for me. Usually with gym contracts they are very hard to get out of, even with proof of relocating. At the gym the staff were always overaly welcoming, they have an amazing wide range of different classes to choose from, the instructors really push you and make it fun. They also have a cafe and creche which I used a lot. Its definitely the best gym in Western Sydney.

Negative experience: Started up in January 2019 but found it was difficult travel wise to visit daily as I have one vehicle which my wife uses for work. Company refuses to revoke my contract and offered no solution. I haven't used it since January and I have been paying all this time and I haven't even been there. They are threatening legal action as I am now refusing payment. I will also be seeking legal advice . Very rude about the situation and made it clear to me they just want my money. Poor customer service.

Fantastic experience: Went here for my BodyCombat module training. The showers were decent and the equipment are very much up to date. But the best part was the people. 10/10 would teach combat there again
