Run club makes running fun (LOVE the music), it’s achievable and the coaches are really supportive and encouraging. Highly recommend for all the non-runners out there of all shapes and sizes!

Fantastic experience: Just finished my intro pack and will be going back. I was getting a bit bored with running outside and these classes have helped to motivate me, as it incorporates speed and incline work which I wouldn’t do myself. Music is great and the room is cool enough as there is AC and fans. Was able to always find free parking close by as well which isn’t always the case in Richmond.

Great if you are a serious runner and want to do a double session. Great if you are a beginner as you can go at any pace you feel comfortable with. Instructors are experienced, friendly and helpful.

Fantastic experience: Okay. This has actually changed my life. Never in my wildest dreams did I think I could run. I hated the thought of it but always wanted the health benefits and sense of achievement it came with. These guys, in particular Riley, has completely changed my mindset and taught me how to run. From posture to technique to building up, initially we were training for a charity run but it’s become a core part of my life. I absolutely adore the power 45 but also the endurance 60 and hot runs make me feel invincible. Highly recommend.

Fantastic experience: If you've been thinking about getting into running, this is the perfect way to start. The classes are fantastic and cater to all levels, so whether you're a total beginner or an experienced runner, you'll find your groove. The people here are absolutely amazing - super friendly and supportive, making sure they keep pumping us up throughout the session. After coming back from an injury, I was a bit nervous about getting back into running, but the flexible pace made it a smooth and enjoyable transition. It's been so rewarding to build up my confidence again at my own pace. Highly recommend joining this fantastic community! ♂️♀️

Fantastic experience: Run Club has pushed me beyond what I thought my running capabilities were. I started run club late last year only ever being able to struggle through 5km in 45 minutes. Now I am running around 6.5km every Power 45 class!! I can't believe my progress in such a short time. The instructors have a positive vibe and I love they way they all structure their classes differently, allowing me to stay engaged and do something different every time I do a class!

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying run club, I wasn’t much a of a runner before but am finding that I’m quickly progressing each week so feel like it’s great for both beginners and advanced runners as you can go at whatever level suits you. It’s a fun workout and doesn’t event feel like you’re running for that length of time! Loving it

Fantastic experience: I have always considered myself a non-runner, but I love coming to run club and am now up to 15 classes. It is helping me to build up my confidence and abilities and the team are brilliant. I have dragged many self-proclaimed non-runner friends along with me now, and am yet to find someone who doesn’t enjoy it! You control your pace and are guided on how to find it, so there is no pressure or feeling that you are out of your depth! Can’t recommmend enough!

Fantastic experience: I've been hitting the Heat Run 45' session each week in readiness for a Noosa Triathlon in 6 weeks time... without doubt my most impactful training session I have to help acclimatise to the humid conditions in QLD. Loving the sessions team - wouldn't miss it.

I really like the hot running classes too for an extra challenge that's hard to find elsewhere. Will keep coming back, especially for prep marathon training.

Fantastic experience: Run Club is AMAZING! Really lovely instructors, and you run harder and faster than you could when attempting interval running on your own. Shaved off so much time from my previous PB’s since I started here. If you’re training for an event this is the place to go!!
Fantastic experience: This place had made running fun! With structured classes, targeting different key points (Tempo, Hills, All out sprints and others) along with motivating coaches and music I can't recommend this place enough, especially for someone getting into running. I have already noticed Weightloss and Endurance gains which is great. The cost is quite high if you think of it as just a treadmill, but you can also access reformer Pilates if that is your thing! Despite that, the motivation and inspiration even just for the treadmills sessions is worth it alone.

Really enjoy the format of the classes, especially the Power 45 seasons, and the coaches are always incredibly friendly, helpful and high energy. Would recommend to all stages and I enjoy how you can tailor the treadmill speeds to suit your endurance levels. 5/5!

The classes are suitably challenging yet with the guidance of the instructors you find your way through. Running classes with strength are a great way to break it up.

Fantastic experience: I have been to a few running and Pilates classes and they are both amazing! All instructors I have worked with are really lovely and always encouraging, which is needed in the running classes as they are always a challenge but equally great! I am quite new to Pilates so I am thankful that the instructors always show the exercise and walk round to make sure i am doing it right, the small amount of reformers allows for them to quickly spot if I am doing an something wrong and show me how to correct it! Really love my session at the RunClub!! :)

Fantastic experience: Ive done over 20 classes at run club love the variety of classes it has and how the workout is your own with guidance provided on each treadmill based on what level you are at. As someone who doesn’t love running, it offers an environment where I don’t feel external pressures to “keep going”.
