Positive experience: good equipment and nice but lots of cuts on the machine’s grips that put the sticky stuff inside it onto your hands, which is hard to get off

Positive experience: Tiny gym, not great for powerlifting. For a gym that boasts eight squat racks/deadlift platforms, the racks are pushed in so far to the wall that you can’t store weights on them. I wasn’t able to find an unload/load tool so had to load and unload weights in the rack - not great when you’re lifting heavy. Belts around the gym were small fitting. Due to limited space the machine weights are squished close together you can basically touch the person in front of you. It’s ok for a workout every now and then but wouldn’t make it my everyday gym.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to this gym for four weeks now. I had no upper or lower strength but that has been increased by doing the exercise programme given at the time of signing up by a Personal Trainer. The staff are always willing to help me. I’m in my 70’s and look forward to being much fitter as time goes by.

Fantastic experience: Joined a few months ago and have nothing but good things to say about the place. The staff are very friendly and enthusiastic which just makes a huge difference! The gym has a lot of equipment and has had everything I need so far :)

Negative experience: Seems to be a serious lack of management here and its just run by kids. Staff spend WAY too much time sitting in the office chatting. Come on team, get on the floor and help your customers. Show them how to use the equipment and encourage them. Two or three staff sitting around chatting just looks terrible! You could even come out and clean down the equipment, seeing you are all getting paid to be there? On the plus side, the equipment is fine and its rarely very busy.

Fantastic experience: After deciding to re-visit the idea of giving gyms a go again - Anytime Aspley ticked all the boxes. ✅The Staff Are Friendly & Encouraging ✅The Trainers listen to you and make programs to suit where you are at leaving room for growth. (They also know how to have a good laugh) ✅The place is tidy with everything you need! Never judge a book by it's cover - AF Aspley may be a "small" gym, but it has everything you need and more with great service! Definately recommend for anyone wanting to give the gym a go!!

Negative experience: Currently being chased by debt collectors after paying over 100.00 joining fee and just getting access to an app. Spoken to many other ATF Gyms and all say to steer clear if this place. I agree and will go to court if necessary rather than pay for something I didn't receive.

Positive experience: Nice gym... But a little cheeky on the price part.. have a chat and agree on the date and prices before signing in. Just to get a PT session took really long for me, so just wasted my entire trial sessions waiting on the PT guidance..
