Unfortunately as agreed upon in the signed membership agreement, all memberships require a 30 day notice period - We understood you were upset about this policy hence why management reached out to you during the weekend outside of staffed hours. Your concerns about toilet cleanliness and air fresheners have been noted, and we are taking immediate steps to address these concerns as regular maintenance and cleanliness are top priorities for us. All of our cubicles do have a waste bin as well as air fresheners, however we will investigate how we can improve the quality to ensure the air is fresh!
