Negative experience: This is the only gym where you cannot use the power rack if you want to build muscle or lose weight. Jetts and Revo are far better.

Positive experience: I usually go to 3 main Snap branches and this is not up there with the others standards. I like it because is close to my office but the equipment is not the best many times faulty or old, as an example the lifting floor area was damaged for more than a week, no safety awareness. Good music though and atmosphere.

Easy access with swipe card and heaps of parking out the front. If I didn't have to move, it would still be my go to gym❤️

Negative experience: If you’re thinking of joining this gym, make sure you read what you’re signing up for. I learned from my mistake of trusting the club manager Ele Robinson that she will do what I asked for, unfortunately NOT! Me & my husband were given clear instructions of just signing up for periodic membership instead of annually as I wasn’t sure if I like the gym or if I can commit my time to it. I ended paying $258 extra for just terminating my membership which I wasn’t agreed to sign up for!!

Positive experience: Great gym facilities, main bathroom wasn’t cleaned that often, marks and stain over the walls and floor wasn’t the nicest. Other bathrooms available that were cleaner. Staff were friendly. The gym could do well to add social events. Weekly events would be awesome

I'd like to thank Joash a lot! for making my 6am mornings so enjoyable. Knowing that I'd get a burst of energy after training got me out of bed many times. His professional approach, good setup of workouts, lots of laughs, and, last but not least, listening to my goals was incredible experience. More personal trainers like that! Negative experience: Customer service at snap fitness in Mt Lawley is zero to none coming first of all from club manager Ele , they don’t care or have interest in be back loyal customers! No wonder the assistant manager has same zero to none customer service! They tried to charge me to join AGAIN $99 “joining fee “ for access card which cost them almost nothing, after I told her I lost access card since I was a member their last time! Most of clubs this days don’t charge joining fee plus some of them don’t even charge you for access card especially if you are be back customer for example snap fitness in Mt Hawthorn . Also the manager at Mt Lawley snap Fitness told me if I join there on $37 fortnight fee I can only go to Mt Lawley snap fitness which is not what I was told at other snap fitness club! Snap fitness in Mt Lawley under the current management its a big disgrace and biggest example of bad customer service!

Positive experience: Would be a much better gym if the staff were better at the maintenance and cleaning of the gym. I feel Equipment is constantly broken (mostly cardio). Water fountain has been broken for probably two weeks, cleaning wipes are ALWAYS out of stock with no alternate ways to clean down machines, during Covid this is not okay. Small changes and better attention to detail required

Fantastic experience: I had never been to the gym until I started at Mt Lawley Snap Fitness and 1 of the best decision I have made, Jake is always there with a smile on his face and the willingness to help you if you get stuck, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming and is not intimidating at all.. Fantastic experience: I call Snap Mt Lawley the “Hub of Snappers” because that’s exactly what it is - it’s all about community and at the heart of that community is Snap’s Manager, Jake. Jake is friendly, supportive, helpful, and has a smile for everyone. He sets the tone for the environment that Mt Lawley prides itself on, and makes sure that everyone feels comfortable, supported and welcome. He leads members and staff with professionalism, respect, and sense of fun that radiates across the community. I came to Mt Lawley after leaving my old one, and it was the best thing I ever did. The vibe is fun, the staff are incredible, the trainers are some of the best you’ll meet and the community is so supportive and welcoming. I’m not normally a fan of “busy gyms” but Snap Mt Lawley is the exception to the rule. There’s so much space to do whatever workout you feel like doing that day, without the worry of being “in the way” which is something I always hated thinking about. I’m at my happiest when I’m there - it’s my personal brand of Disneyland. Get yourself there asap :)

Negative experience: The bloke that runs this place has no idea what hes doing...

Negative experience: DO NOT GO TO THIS BRANCH. There is nothing wrong with the gym itself, equipment and everything is good but be wary, if you quit, they will continue charging you for months and ignore your phone calls. they purposely make this process as difficult as possible. My partner goes to the one in St Georges Terrace and all she had to do to quit was just to send an email and it was all taken care of. I quit in November at the Mt Lawley branch and Jake the manager said I cannot send an email and is required to come in person to fill out a form. 2 months later, they are still charging my card, so I phoned Jake, he advised he cannot do anything over the phone, i have to write an email request. Email sent. No response. A few days later I call Jake, his response “sorry i forgot to respond but I have actioned your request, It should be procceed within 5 business days.” A week goes by, nothing happens. So i phone Jake again, his response “i speak to the owners and sort this out immediately, you will recieve a phone call in the next day or two” Two days later, no call, so i try calling Jake again and this time there is no answer. So i try calling again the next day at a different time, still no response. Now i have Been calling once everyday for 3 days now and its clear that they are now ignoring my calls. It should not take this long to rectify such a simple issue. This is either Extremely poor management on the accounting end or intentional. There is absolutely no excuse of miscommunication or missing documents whatsoever. A cancellation form was signed, acknowledged in November. a refund request was submitted in January for incorrect billing and was confirmed received by Management and sent to the owners.

Negative experience: Unfortunately snap Mount Lawley has not handled the admin behind mandatory vaccinations very well, have sent proof via links, still have no access, also have turned up during staffed hours to provide proof and no one has answered. Could of all been run much better.

Negative experience: Was completely lied to about pricing! Was told that my FIFO option was different to the normal pricing to only find out it was EXACTLY the same and then went to go see them to join and was told that they would waive the joining fee but had to pay for my swipe. The Boucher states that the swipe is included in the 12 month contract. Just typical salesman's willing to profiteer even after I was a member at the nayswater branch for 5 years! Not only will I not join but work of mouth is powerful these days

Fantastic experience: Fanciest Snap I've ever been to for sure, but not a snobby place at all. Could easily pass for a more upscale gym brand with how good everything looks here. Equipment is all kept in really clean condition, Jake (manager) is really friendly and accommodating, and there's soooo much floor space. There's even a sun balcony! Group classes have a dedicated space so you don't ever feel like it's crowded. I go to a lot of Snaps and although this one isn't the closest to me it's still one of my favourites.
