Negative experience: Not sure why it says Temperley closed. It's permanently closed

Fantastic experience: First class was great and definitely got a great workout! I liked that the trainer was dedicated to watching everyone's form and technique which you usually don't get in classes such as Bodypump at other gyms. Would recommend anyone who needs that motivation to work out to try F45

Fantastic experience: Favourite part of my days are my workouts here. Everyone is so lovely and open and the trainers are always willing to help you with your form and push you to your limits... And sometimes beyond.

Fantastic experience: F45 becomes family. They have the tools and resources to help keep you accountable and committed to your goals. Trainers are genuinely interested in you reaching your fitness and health goals, atmosphere is amazing, it’s addictive attending, and becomes a lifestyle not just phase. They will take care of you first class. I always use to think it’s over priced before I knew anything about F45, but it wasn’t until I attended I totally understood. It’s one of the only gyms I’ve witnessed and seen for myself so many amazing transformations and goals achieved.

Fantastic experience: A nice place for a workout. I love the different workouts everyday. You just need to attend one session and you will fall in love with this place I’ve never been to any gym before. If I can do it, anyone can. Get up today, and challenge yourself. I love this place as all the instructors are so professional and helpful. They do provide one week of training for free. Try it and I bet you won’t regret it.
