Fantastic experience: I love this gym! The staff are super friendly and always ready to assist, creating a welcoming atmosphere. In Heidelberg, the location is convenient, and there’s plenty of parking, which makes coming to work out hassle-free. Highly recommend this branch for anyone looking for a great fitness experience!

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Snap Heidelberg to rebuild some fitness after breaking my pelvis earlier this year. Lauren was super helpful and put together a great program for my current fittest level using their awesome equipment. I’m really enjoying the friendly atmosphere at Snap, it motivates me to keep coming back!

Fantastic experience: Warren and his team at the Gym have been incredible; I've been going 6 weeks now and have thoroughly enjoyed the support I've received from him and his team. Lots of great group classes to for those wanting to really get their sweat on, I've also attended a workshop on Shoulder Health, yoga classes, had PT sessions and joined their 6 week challenge and all with different and professional personal trainers. For those that like to work out on their own the facility and all the equipment is very new, clean and extensive. Thanks heaps again Warren and team

Fantastic experience: I’ve recently joined Snap Fitness Heidelberg and I’m very pleased with my first few weeks. I’m looking to increase my cardio fitness as well as strength, and I’ve found their group classes are perfect for this. I have some limitations due to my health, but they’ve done a fantastic job adjusting exercises to make it manageable for me, while still making me feel included. Everyone I’ve met has been very welcoming. I look forward to many more sessions here.

Negative experience: Pretty bad prices but the staff and facilities were nice. But it’s REALLY hard to cancel a membership and they also give benefits to people who leave 5 star reviews, so take all the good reviews with a grain of salt.

Fantastic experience: So far so good. I came from anytime fitness Donny to Snap in Heidelberg and already really like the place. The machinery, cables , weights etc are so much more superior and the staff are always smiling and welcoming to the facility. They offered me a better deal with no lock in contracts which is awesome. The place is clean and nice. Plenty of parking all around the place also. The lat pull down machine was broken and in less then 24 hours the staff were on it and they fixed it. They don't muck around here. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Negative experience: The idea that you can cancel at any time is false. They require 30 days notice plus an arduous paper based process to stop your subscription. So don't be fooled by signing up.

As stated upon signing up, and on the terms, we require a 30-day notice period when cancelling, which is required in writing via our cancellation procedures. Fantastic experience: Glad I joined this gym. Great functional training room with beautiful power racks and great atmosphere thanks to the staff. I have a funny story of loosing count on a personal best set on squats, and I asked Warren to look at the camera to see if I got 10 reps. He laughed and we both watched the footage ( I hope this doesn't motivated others to ask this as it is a little ridiculous).

Fantastic experience: Snap Fitness Heidelberg is a great place to train. Warren is very welcoming and covered a lot when signing up. The machines and equipment are very new and clean. Plus its a 24/7 gym so i can come in anytime with no restrictions.

Fantastic experience: I highly recommend Snap Fitness Heidelberg. The location is excellent and I often enjoy a walk along the Main Yarra Trail before and after my gym session. The staff are always friendly and helpful and I love the variety of equipment on offer for all levels of training.

Hey D, as we mentioned over the phone, you signed up on a flexible month to month. As per the agreement you signed upon joining it states it is 30 days notice to cancel, with payments coming out fortnightly, naturally two will fall in this period. During the 30-days you still have full 24/7 use of the facilities. We look forward to having you back in the club after your pause.

Hi Ben, we have loved having you in the classes. Our class timetable will be extended in the new year with double classes in the evening starting at 530pm and 615pm. This week we also added new 6am classes on Wednesday and Friday mornings. We will be sending out a survey in December to see what else our amazing members would like in the New Year. Fantastic experience: I've been going here for 6 months -> I'll give you 5 reasons why Snap Fitness Heidelberg deserves your money. (1) It's clean! All the machines are kept clean and fresh, I see the cleaner coming in most days, which is more than I can say for some gyms. (2) New equipment. Warren and the team are always re-investing in the gym and brining new machines in thanks to popular demand. (3) Friendly atmosphere -> it's all just regular people trying to improve themselves, not a culture of fitness influencers or gym bros. (4) Helpful staff -> in the past I've found certain gyms be very pushy or salesly when it comes to signing you up or letting you cancel but the staff have always been super easy going relating to all admin. (5) Separate work out space -> other than the machines and free-weights area, there is another room which is more open and you can do your own thing in with mirrors to check your form. Think box jumps, skipping, hanging knee raises, boxing and more. Oh did I mention it's 24/7 access and it's great value compared to other gyms. So if you've read this far, go ahead and drop those coins!
Fantastic experience: Amazing gym; it has a friendly atmosphere, well-kept clean facilities and the owner is always investing in upgrades and enhancements. The space next door is brilliant to use for off-machine exercises when there aren’t any classes running. So happy I found a gym where everyone is friendly and encouraging, not at all intimidating like some others I’ve been to!
