Fantastic experience: Amazing customer service and support especially regarding my personal medical issues and circumstances. Definitely feel comfortable at this gym regardless of my age and size. Other gym members are very respectful. My PT Brendan is amazing and understands my physical limitations; he’s tailored program for my specific needs and goals

Fantastic experience: Nex Level gym and recovery has been a wonderful discovery in the hills !! Flexible times at the gym is a bonus, with plenty of space and equipment. PT Brandon is very easy to work with and has helped me break through my gym resistance ! The Recovery service is just fabulous . Love the infrared sauna and normatec and just started the ice plunge mission !! Wahoo! My favourite class of all is Sunday yoga with Simi - just magic Overall the staff are friendly, helpful and supportive of your personal gym experience . I highly recommend . Just save me a spot at Sunday yoga lol !

Fantastic experience: Nex is hands down the best gym I’ve ever been apart of. The staff are super friendly & knowledgeable. The gym is super clean & spacious with everything you need. The recovery room is so beautiful & relaxing, I love using their infrared sauna & cold plunge for the ultimate recovery. The Pilates classes are also amazing, with different levels to suit anyone. Couldn’t recommend Nex Level enough!!!

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing! Great facilities, equipment, staff, and vibe. Very friendly, inviting, and hospitable. Nice toilets too! Great gym! And their recovery section with ice baths and saunas is an absolute game changer. Great for pre and post workouts. If you’re ever having a bad day, an ice bath is a reliable way to fix that. 10/10!

You have the choice of working out in a team environment with the classes nex level offer or training by yourself aswell as many other quality facilities such as the recovery centre and Pilates classes. On top of all this all staff of nex level are top shelf

Fantastic experience: Nex has a fantastic environment. Lots of social interaction if you want it and plenty of machines to use in a work out. The four seperate areas in the 24/7 section make it easier to organise your workouts. The classes are also really good. Coaches are always happy to give feedback and alter your form and technique. The recovery centre is great too. Very happy with everything!

Fantastic experience: I've been a member at Snap Fitness, Anytime Fitness and Fitness First and Nex Level supersedes them all. The facility is gorgeous, spacious and the gym is always clean. It has every machine I could ever need and the staff are so kind and friendly. I love my gym so much!

Fantastic experience: Massive gym with tons of equipment for training. Love that the cardio machines are separated upstairs so not all squashed together in one open space. Clean, spacious, lots of parking. 24/7 access handy for me too. Experienced coaches in S&C, and Pilates. I can do everything I need in one big gym with unlimited classes. Another bonus is the recovery centre - it's all in one gym and I don't have to go anywhere else to enjoy the infrared sauna. Staff are helpful!

All the equipment you need and more, plus you don't have to wait to use equipment ever, even during peak hour which you don't see often . Love the gym community here too, super supportive of eachother. Best gym I've been too hands down. Would highly recommend!

Fantastic experience: This is a great gym, great open space and lovely staff. It needs a hack squat machine but it has most of the equipment needed. It’s a bit pricey, wished it didn’t have such a big increase on weekly subscription fees. Overall a lovely gym, great staff and great space.

Negative experience: The most underwhelming gym ever that can’t justify increasing the fee by $4/week each year without notice (breaching the Australian Consumer Law). That’s over $200 more EACH year. Literally being punished for being a loyal gym member. With lots of empty promises to improve facilities, they can only provide a single yoga mat for the entire gym, flat af and broken barbell pads and rats who steal dumbbells Staff are incredibly untrained and incompetent . She made it so hard to cancel my membership and once I had given in my 4 weeks notice, she even tried to charge me for a 5th week… Potential gym-goers, beware: unless you plan on slimming down your bank account, this isn't the gym for you. Don’t be catfished by their instagram (that side of the gym is $75/week) and fraudulent 5 star reviews (multiple accounts only have a total of 1 review and others have been incentivised with free protein shakes)

Fantastic experience: All equipment is of solid make, plenty of equipment so I dont feel like I’m ever waiting during my workout. Receptionists are helpful and approachable and love the high ceilings so it doesnt ever feel stuffy.

Negative experience: This is the worst gym in the area. Staff members are so unprofessional and need more training. They make it extremely difficult to leave. Dumbbells went missing and weren’t replaced for months. Wouldn’t recommend it at all.

Fantastic experience: This place is amazing. Been training here for a few years now and love the lay out of it. They have an amazing weight lifting area for 24hrs and the quality of service from the staff and the Personal Trainers are amazing. I would definitely recommend this place for those wanting a good gym at a good rate.

Positive experience: I like this gym due to the space - there's always plenty of rooms. The classes are great too! Probably the best part of the membership. But I signed up due to the recovery centre being part of the facility - I was really looking forward to starting my day with a gym session & cryotherapy, and finishing my day with a gym session and sauna...problem being is the recovery centre has THE WORST hours for a gym...roughly 10-4 which doesn't tie in to any normal person's fitness routine. Such a let down. I won't be renewing my membership due to this.

Negative experience: Absolutely the worst gym I’ve been to in the area. Owner tried to use scare tactics to try get me to sign up. Had a trial sesh there and was terrible. You will be judged if you are slightly overweight or on the skinny side. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR THIS GYM.

Negative experience: All but positive experiences here. Stay clear. Also witnessed the two owners start an argument outside their premisses, where one of them grabbed a teenager and threatened to "Rip (his) head off." Not a great look for the business to say the least...

Negative experience: Machines aren’t maintained and all the benches are wobbly. Very limited machines for legs and a lot of space is taken up by useless machines. The owner also tried to fight someone on Sunday.

Negative experience: gym advertises cheap prices but anytime fitness and most gyms have cheaper rates or similar! and have much better equipment and the staff will actually treat you with respect unlike this one.

Negative experience: Cancelled my membership after 3 months due to rude and creepy staff, and poor facilities. A specific incident involved a male trainer constantly flirting with me despite my evident disinterest. This is when the owner tried to intimidate and bully me into paying more fees, threatening me with debt collectors.

Negative experience: Staff are extremely aggressive and rude. Specifically the owner and his brother, who put their hands on a child and threatened physical violence.

Negative experience: Attempted to extort me when i cancelled membership. Poor dodgy management terribly team.

Negative experience: I've never had a single positive experience in this gym and after seeing the owners starting fights with teens and encouraging five star fake reviews. I'm here to tell everyone if you ever consider signing up to the gym WALK AWAY IMMEDITELY THERE ARE PLENTY OF BETTER GYMS WITH MUCH BETTER OWNERS WHO DO NOT BULLY OTHERS.
