Fantastic experience: Clean and friendly. No fuss gym with v good equipment. Members work out well together. Staff are pleasant. Good vibe about the place. Really enjoy going there. Personal training seems a bit of a scam, but that is my only negative.

Positive experience: As others have said, gym is very clean and staff appear friendly. However, as someone who has been a member there for some time there are a few things I'd like to critique. First, the gym is quite small for the price and as a result, certain things I'd expect to see in a gym of that price is missing, the most glaring one being a lifting platform. As an intermediate lifter, I find that there is lack of space when it comes to lifting heavy. The squat racks are positioned where there is heavy people traffic so throwing back heavy weight (especially when squatting) is not an option. Second, the gym is always quite stuffy. The A/C appears to be sparingly used and the fans are almost never turned on. I'm not sure if the staff realise this, but when people work out they sweat! As a luxury gym, I'd expect the gym to at least be cooler than the outside. Overall not a bad gym, but there are some room for improvement.

Regarding pricing, it is not solely based on the size of the gym, but reflects the quality of our equipment and overall facility. We use high quality Technogym equipment and custom-designed pieces from PENT Fitness, which are unique to our gym. As you noted, we maintain an exceptionally clean environment, and these factors contribute to our pricing structure. While we are not a powerlifting-focused gym, we have taken steps to accommodate members by providing proper floor matting, blocks, and deadlift racks, ensuring you can still perform your workouts effectively. We understand that everyone has different preferences and workout styles, and we strive to meet as many needs as possible. In terms of air conditioning, we apologise for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Some members have provided feedback that our gym was too cold during these colder months, and we have had to adjust the temperature accordingly. We recognise that comfort levels vary from person to person, and we are doing our best to accommodate the majority. However, if you feel warm while exercising, please let a staff member know, and we will be happy to adjust the fans for you. Fantastic experience: Gym: I joined the Epping Teambros gym about a month ago after leaving Anytime Fitness. As with the other reviewers, I can confirm that the machinery at Teambros is top-notch and that their facilities are kept with exceptional cleanliness. No plates, dumbbells, wipes or chalk left onto the ground or in misplaced areas, or any broken machinery - the areas are kept tidy and wiped regularly by both members and staff. Personal Trainer: I started personal training at the same time as joining the gym. My trainer Pitt is highly knowledgeable and has taught me how to properly use the equipment and re-learn exercises in a way that is more safe and proficient for growth. He’s also taught me how to separate and isolate the muscle being trained which has improved my form and ability to feel the targeted muscle more. It’s highly exciting and motivating to learn the skills that Pitt teaches me and I enjoy being pushed during our workouts together. Pitt has also provided me with a nutrition plan which I have been following. Heading to TeamBros is now something I look forward to after work and I find myself heading there daily. If you are on a lookout for a gym or personal trainer, this is the one to be at! Highly recommend :--)

Fantastic experience: Wow, I'm so lucky to have found TEAMBROS after just moving here! The location is so convenient as it's close to my home. From the first time I walked in, I was amazed at how clean and comfortable the facility was. As a male member, I'm especially happy with the weight facilities. From 60kg dumbbells to 3 squat racks, it's the perfect environment for free weights. The trainers are very professional, checking my form and designing workout programmes to suit my goals, and I feel like I'm improving every day. I also love the latest Technogym machines, which I use frequently because they are so effective and easy to use. I honestly didn't expect to find a gym of this quality in my neighbourhood, and TEAMBROS has made my move even more satisfying. As a guy who loves to work out, I couldn't ask for a better environment. I'm excited to keep coming back and get in better shape!

Fantastic experience: I have been going to TEAMBROS for a long time but this is my first review. The location is very good and the facility is very clean. The trainers are very good at teaching me exercises and they help me a lot every time I work out. The trainers are very meticulous and professional. I am particularly impressed with the premium facilities and services. They have the best equipment, Technogym machines, which makes my workouts more effective. The specialised training is helping me to achieve my fitness goals. Overall, I am very satisfied. TEAMBROS is the best gym I've been looking for.

Fantastic experience: I’ve really enjoyed my time at this gym so far. One of the best things about it is how close it is to the station—just a quick walk away. The whole place is always super clean and well-kept. Even during busy times, the gym never feels too crowded, so I can get my workouts done without any problems. Negative experience: Grealy facility, the cleanest GYM I have ever seen. However, the lack of customer service was something that I noticed when first entered. It seems one of the staff did not have their coffee on Monday morning. At the end, the GYM is pricey which is not what it supposed to be. The Lockers have to be rented "Separately", which does not make sense considering the fact of the expensive memebrship price.

Negative experience: Extremely unhappy.. how can a gym provide fixed contracts, expect customers to sign long terms without offering any free trials, even a single day visit, or even guess passes (willing to pay!) to view and use equipment? Atleast let us see the inside of gym? How can we sign not knowing what we are getting into.. Reason is due to safety and security of members, but dont you have cctv and so many gyms are able to uphold the safety of members and staff, without demanding money before we can even step foot in the door. So unwelcoming..

Fantastic experience: This is a very nice Gym with clean equipments and environment, staff are very friendly as well, they are very approachable if you need any help. I have joined this gym for 6 months and I am quite happy with my every experience there, people take care of equipments and they wipe off the equipment after every use. I have no complaints about this gym and will keep going to stay in shape It is one of the best investments I did for myself but it gets more crowded as more members joined in this gym especially on the weekdays which can decrease the joy to do exercises in the gym. Hope management team can consider this issue and find a better way to tackle this problem.

Fantastic experience: An absolutely stunning gym with all the right equipment, ultra clean and fully air conditioned. Great location, easy parking and great equipment. The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified. The trainers are really awesome and helpful, they make you feel really comfortable. The music is great and the atmosphere is awesome. Good service with friendly staff and super clean and comfortable gym for everyone. I highly recommend checking this gym out.

Fantastic experience: Love the gym. Best in tech equipment, well maintained clean and fresh without that gym smell. I had a long way to travel in my fitness journey and I really appreciated that nobody was upselling and setting me up for failure. Being open 24 hrs the gym is never really crowded that you have to wait for equipment. At least I didn't have to. Price point is a bit on the higher side but that encourages dedication. Overall love team bros epping.

Fantastic experience: TeamBros Fitness is hands down the best fitness center in the world. I've tried working out at numerous fitness centers like Anytime Fitness, Plus Fitness, and Jetts, but none of them compare to the experience I've had at TeamBros! . . The gym is filled with luxurious TechnoGym machines, making it a premium fitness destination. The facilities are always clean, and the staff members are incredibly friendly, caring, and angelic, making each visit feel like the grand opening! . . The staff greet me with bright and beautiful smiles every time I come to work out, regardless of the weather. Rain or shine, hot or cold, they always make me feel welcomed and excited to start exercising! They are always ready to answer any questions with kindness, listen attentively, become friends, become teachers, and even patiently explain how to use the machines when I'm unsure. Whenever I'm unsure about how to use a machine, asking the staff members always makes me feel excited to use the machines for the first time, rather than being afraid to use them. Even on the toughest days of working out, they greet us and help us control our minds to get back into the mood for exercise! . . I feel like the three brothers, Teddy, Linda, and other staff members are angels. . . I've been to other fitness centers where the air isn't ventilated properly, as well as having a certain musty smell and bugs lurking around - making it almost impossible to work out properly. But TeamBros isn't just the best fitness center in this world, it's like the strongest, cleanest fitness center in the universe! . . The ventilation is excellent, and the cleanliness and fragrance make me want to lie down on the tile or carpet floor and take a nap! I want to applaud the TeamBros family for maintaining and ensuring cleanliness every day! . . There are so many cardio machines that I don't have to wait for others to finish, which is great! The cardio zone has panoramic views, so you can run and climb stairs while joining the scenery outside. It feels like flying in the sky. . . There are three weight zones, and regardless of whether it's a leg day or a back day, you can push your legs and back hard with the barbells! There are plenty of weight plates available too! There are many full-length mirrors in the weight zone, making it great for adjusting posture! . . Another thing I absolutely loved was the availability of weightlifting belts! They have workout belts that are not only functional but also stylish, available in different sizes for both men and women. Using a belt when lifting heavy weights or when feeling strain on the waist adds so much joy to weightlifting. Kudos to our TeamBros members for providing us with such beautiful belts in various sizes! . . The bathrooms are in pristine condition at all times. It's so clean, I could take a nap on the floor. There are bathrooms and showers on both the first and second floors, and they are regularly maintained, making it pleasant to use the bathroom and shower. The lighting is also great, making it perfect for taking pictures! . . The people who work out at TeamBros are also very kind and friendly! They smile and cheer each other on with their eyes, creating a great atmosphere of support and camaraderie! Moreover, everyone exercising at TeamBros is not only kind but also thoughtful. They clean the equipment they use after exercising, making it spotless for the next person. While many places leave their sweat behind, everyone at TeamBros ensures to tidy up their area after use. . . . My dream is to work hard at TeamBros and win fabulous trophies and medals like the three brothers! I look forward to continue working out at TeamBros in the future! Fantastic experience: I joined only under a year ago but am really enjoying visiting Teambros. From the moment you step through the door, the soft lighting, friendly staff greeting and cleanliness really sets this gym apart from the other commercial gyms. Although being a smaller space, its has all the equipment and attachments i need and members are courteous enough to not hog a machine for too long and clean up themselves. I also love that the machines are maintained regularly- times when I’ve been on a squeaky machine or seen a loose cable- its been fixed the next time I’m there. Overall- lovely community gym, highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: I love to come to this Gym. Very clean conditions, kind staffs.. I had PT a couple of years ago here, I had no idea to do exercise myself. It definitely need to do with personal trainer, I am not a person who exercise consistently. But my trainer made me to be changed. I learned how to use the machines and how to target the parts of muscles etc. And I love the machines at Epping teambros. There are various machines. There is not a skip away from my home, it takes half an hour by car but still love to come there

Fantastic experience: Best in the business! I’ve trained with many gyms around the world but the cleanliness at Teambros is top notch and members are all super considerable and wipe off equipments after every use with the wipes provided! Environment is next to none if you want somewhere that’s not crowded Highly recommend personal training with Teddy as well, he used to be a physiotherapist and always points out the root of issue if I happen to have pains during training. His training style is very different from some other PTs I’ve tried and is super effective if you want to achieve your fitness goals!

Fantastic experience: I love my gym! All the machines are new, super clean and very well maintained. There’s always equipment available, no one is waiting too long to use something (biggest perk compared to other gyms!). Both gyms are in super convenient locations if you’re a local to Ryde. The staff’s super friendly, knows everyone and are all very welcoming. I also personally think its a very female-friendly (and for everyone really) gym, the staff always makes members feel safe. Fantastic experience: I have been doing personal training with Jeff for the past 9 months, usually 3 times a week. We have mostly been focused on weight training, bodyweight training, and cardio exercises. Fantastic experience: I don’t think I can ever join another gym after being a Teambros member! Everything from the modern Technogym equipment, to how immaculately clean the gym is at all times, to the amazing and friendly staff (Shout out to Linda!) to how the team keeps its members engaged with fun activities (eg silent disco, dance classes, spin the wheel etc) - TeamBros truly does it all. I strongly recommend TeamBros to everyone who lives near Epping / West Ryde - and just like me you’ll never want to join another gym that’s not TeamBros!

Now, some people might side-eye teambros for not having a massive space, thinking it means fewer toys to play with. Let me set the record straight – they've got all the shiny, brand-new gear, and they've nailed the whole space management thing. Most importantly, no one's forcing workout plans down your throat. Fantastic experience: If you compare it to a hotel, it's a five-star hotel. You've never experienced a gym of this quality in your life. Even an expert wouldn’t have a big problem using it. The interior of the store is clean, the staffs are friendly, and the equipment is well-organized. Go to the Teambros gym and have your prime!

Positive experience: Can’t comment on facilities as they don’t do day passes. I Wanted to do a day pass before committing to a membership. They wouldn’t let me lift unless I sign on for 3 months.

Fantastic experience: I have been going to Teambros since it opened in Epping and I can only say good things about this gym. This is definitely one of the cleanest gyms I have been to and antibacterial wipes are readily available. Equipment is all high quality and still looks new even after being open for over a year. The gym has racks for doing squats, full set of dumbbells, weights and even a smith machine. I have also been enjoying the v squat machine too and is motivating me to do leg days. The staff are all very friendly and will always greet you with a smile whenever you come in. Very very highly recommended.

Fantastic experience: Very well maintained gym. I've been a member since they opened in 2022. Everything still feels very new. The team will promptly fix anything that breaks. Toilets and showers are cleaned multiple times a day. Never walk into a disaster. Constantly fitting in new equipment, v squat machine, MAG grip attachments. Still waiting for a safety squat bar, though.. hint hint. Rogue racks, a couple rogue benches, and a rogue bar. Very nice to use if you're into very heavy weights. The technogym machines are surprisingly good to use for hypertrophy work. Location is also very convenient. Less than 5mins from Epping station and parking is available.

Fantastic experience: This is a really great gym! You could say it's one of the best gyms in Sydney, There are 3 racks and a total of 4 Smith machines. Plus, they have a variety of dumbbells. It's an incredibly clean gym, and the people are really friendly. Linda, in particular, always makes me feel good with her smiles when I come in. And instead of kmart, they have Dyson dryers, and the scent in the hand wash changes every month, which is nice ;))
