Negative experience: Toilets are dirty and becomes hard to use them during busy hours. They should be clean in 2-3 hours not just once a day. I didn’t want to post photos since very hard to look at the sometimes. I go to mall to use toilet if urgent otherwise most time I avoid using.

Negative experience: Still waiting for a refund of a contract I signed 7 day trial pass if I return the key. I did this with my mate and he got his refund while I’m still waiting for mine.

Negative experience: I am deeply disappointed with the recent experience I've had with Anytime Fitness Mount Druitt. When my husband needed to freeze his account, the process was smooth and straightforward, and it was handled without any hassle. However, my request to freeze my account has been nothing but a frustrating ordeal. Despite explaining my situation clearly, I was informed that I must come in person to fill out a form. This level of inconvenience is unacceptable, especially considering the same courtesy was extended to my husband without requiring him to come in. The inconsistency in the service provided is baffling and unfair. I wrote an email to Azrin regarding my request, but received no response. I also reached out to them via email and on chat on Google, but all my efforts were in vain. Meanwhile, Anytime Fitness continues to deduct membership fees even though I have already requested to freeze my account. They could easily ask for my details over the phone to verify my identity, but they didn't go this path. As a loyal member, I expected better support and understanding from the staff at Anytime Fitness Mount Druitt. It is disappointing to see such a lack of flexibility and empathy towards customer needs. This experience has left a bad taste, and I am reconsidering my membership with Anytime Fitness. I do not recommend joining this gym unless you are prepared to suffer the headache of dealing with their membership freeze process.

All messages and emails sent to us were replied to promptly. When you notified us of your inability to come into the club, we sent the required documents via email immediately. Our records indicate that we responded to your email straight away and are still awaiting a response from you. Please check your junk or spam folder, as the email was sent over a week ago when you first put your enquiry through. Regarding your message on Google chat, our team also responded as soon as it was received. We value you as a loyal member and strive to provide the best support and service to all our members. Fantastic experience: Been training here since recovering from my car accident. After months of physio therapy I wouldn’t really think I would be comfortable stepping into a public gym again but Leah and her team made that more then a reality for me. Everytime I step foot through that door I’m greeted in such a nice and amazing manner and I feel so welcomed. The equipment is easy to use and the gym is by far the most maintained I’ve seen. Whenever I’ve seen a fault the team is on it within a few days and they have the equipment back up and running. The gym smells amazing and the staff is so so friendly. I highly recommended this gym!:)

Positive experience: I went to train at this Anytime Fitness on the 16th of November 2023. Like usual there is a variety of machines for people to train but since this Anytime Fitness is here a long time ago all the equipment like usual are in poor condition and this is what would you normally expected. There is some good thing about this Anytime Fitness which has some pin loaded machines that you normally don't see much which is a back extension ,standing calf and 2 leg press pin loaded ,for the plate loaded ones is a hack squat ,low row ,kneeling leg curl ,lat pulldown and 2 leg press plate loaded. The let down is the toilet isn't being look after very well and during busy time it gets very dirty easily also it is necessary that they have a sanitary bin in the toilet so that feminine hygiene products can be disposed more hygienically than a normal rubbish bin. Also this one of some Anytime Fitness that likes to cut down costs of wet wipes and uses a disinfection spray and a paper towel. The problem is that all the cardio are electronic and it is not design to be sprayed on and wipes is more effective to clean cardio machines. The improvement that can be done is the toilet must be cleaned every 1 hour like what Blacktown Anytime Fitness does and secondly they should have wet wipes more than paper towel and disinfection spray. I hope this improvement can be done.

Negative experience: Price doesn’t justify the gym. Same equipment but new painted walls with no classes so I’m not sure why the price increase more than doubled. New staff aren’t as friendly, toilets are to be avoided unless desperate, the machines are placed so close to each other you’re practically touching people on the machines next to you. It’s also weird to ask regular paying members to show them your towel as proof before you can be let inside after you told them you have one. Also weird to ask members for a five star review to get free items.

Negative experience: Drove a hour and a half to train at the gym after reading reviews then got kicked out because I didn’t have a towel and was told to buy one , even though I’m paying for nightly girl at the desk didn’t let me go in . Have been to most gyms and not once was I kicked out this way disgusting won’t recommend to family and friends

Negative experience: Pretty average anytime fitness gym. However it is EXTREMELY expensive. My fees doubled when my membership changed to Mt Druitt. The staff did not document that I called to discuss the price increase and so I ended up paying double. Not happy with the service at all. $112/month is a bit ridiculous.

Negative experience: They get you locked in their contract and you can’t cancel the contract unless you pay half the fee of remaining contract period. I had no idea I’m signing a contract which I have to carry for 18 months and I can’t switch or leave the gym. I wanted to start swimming and leave gym but unable to do it because of their expensive contract I have to follow. When I cancelled the contract I have to pay for 30 more days. My term was ending on 23/01/2023 then they extended it beyond 23 instead of ending it and trying to further charge me for 2 more weeks. They only find a way to keep charging your customers. I even tried telling the anytime representative to sort my problem and the thread is more than 16 emails but they want to keep charging anyway. I’d suggest going to any other gym and do not get stuck with these guys.

Fantastic experience: The renovation in the gym is amazing. All equipments are available under one roof. I workout 6days a week for 2hours and totally enjoy my all time smashing my goals. All the team members are very hard working and resolves the query asap.
