Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Anytime Fitness in Wetherill Park for about 3 years now and it’s hands down my favorite gym!! The gym has a wide range of different equipment which is really convenient, the location is amazing as it’s right next door to XS I grab my coffee every morning and I’m ready to go, and most importantly unlike some gyms the air conditioning is ALWAYS working which is really important to me as I get hot very quickly during my workouts. The staff are always friendly and the manager Charlie is always willing to help out anyone who needs it. Doesn’t feel like just a gym feels like a second home. Highly recommend !!!

Negative experience: I had a very bad experience today with the management and especially the manager that I have spoke to . I have provided the Dr report to cancel the gym membership in regards to my health condition,.They said we don’t accept the Dr reports you have to provide us with a medical certificate and I did got it twice but they have to teach the stuff how to deal with situations like this because this makes the gym environment very toxic with their bad attitude towards the claims . I accepted it and I shouldn’t be !!!!! than I went to the Dr and provided a medical certificate. But they said it’s a policy and we have to follow the procedure, what kind of policy and procedures are these to refuse the Dr reports and a medical certificate.I will put this matter to your area manager to fix you as a staff member. Guess what guys I will sue you to the fair-work .I won’t let the matter to pass like this .What a bad manage that managed the gym

Regarding the medical documentation, we require specific types of paperwork to process cancellations due to medical, which is a standard practice. We understand that this might have caused frustration, but it is necessary for us to adhere to these procedures. Negative experience: I was ripped off four months of my contract with them and they refuse to take responsibility for this. To begin with, I signed up to anytime fitness in July 2023 and decided I would pay $700 in cash up front to use the gym for a few months without deducting my account. Last week I came in to cancel my membership and find out that $409 of my $700 I had paid were allocated to my account with them. In addition my membership started deducting the weekly subscription a month earlier than it should have so leaving me out of pocket of around $400 roughly. I bring this to the attention of management and get no response with regards to where my money was allocated and whether a refund is going to be offered. It has been ignored completely with no offer of resolution. If I could recommend anything it would definitely be not joining this gym and for a dollar more than you will be paying head over to Parcs fitness in Smithfield or Wetherill and invest your money there instead where everything is much better structured, cleaner and better equipment to use if you're serious about working out.

Negative experience: One of the worst customer service I have ever come across! My contact had ended almost a month ago but still getting money deducted from account. Have emailed, called and even tried to go to the club several times but there is no one attending the office to help. I wouldn’t recommend the gym or organisation to anyone for that matter! DO NOT waste your time or money joining this gym!

Negative experience: The bathrooms are very unhygienic, they smell of urine, and the floor is always sticky with pungent smell. the toilets have urine all over them. the showers are dirty and smell of urine. The gym has a lot of broken machines. this gym is too expensive for what you are getting. The gym is outdated. The gym is always messy and weights are never returned. However 10/10 starts to Coach Jeremy

Negative experience: Tried to join, felt ignored. For my appointment I had a child meeting with me, no questions, no interaction. Showed absolutely no interest in me. Maybe because I am older and only wanted to learn how to stretch and loosen up my joints but no suggestions from staff just flashed me a price list that they could have given me over the phone. My so called interview lasted 3 minutes.

Fantastic experience: Lady was casual, got abit of an interrogation but that’s alright. Like the place pretty sick. ( I am saying interrogation as a joke) the receptionists were very nice and welcoming.

Negative experience: Not the one to leave bad reviews but this was frustrating. I’ve never been to a gym that signs you up to a 12 Month contract and then at the end of the 12 months, it forces you to give them a 30 day notice to cancel after you’ve completed your 12 months. Anything to squeeze dollars out of customers. If you’re thinking of joining, know what you’re getting yourself into first.

Fantastic experience: Really like this gym, it’s very spacious with a large range of different equipment. The air conditioning is amazing compared to my old gym that didn’t even have air conditioning. It’s a good location and right next door to XS so very convenient to just grab my coffee before my workout

Fantastic experience: Been looking to sign up to a gym for a while now, walked into wetherill park anytime fitness for a trial, from the minute i entered i had a staff greet me and ask what i was looking for exactly. Samantha walked me through the gym, and showed me the equipment that i was interested in. She then took me to the office and showed me the different offers anytime fitness has. She was very polite and patient with me and answered all my questions. Made me feel very comfortable and definitely would recommend, especially for someone like me who is just starting and doesn't have much knowledge about the gym. Very welcoming.

Fantastic experience: As a mum of 2 adults, I was a bit fearful starting up at the gym. However, the staff are so friendly, gave me a tour of the gym and made me feel right at home! Not to mention the cleanliness of the equipment! Being over 50 years old, you’re never too old to begin your fitness journey and id definitely recommend to begin yours at Wetherill Park Anytime Fitness!

Fantastic experience: This gym has such a friendly and welcoming environment which makes it feel almost like family! The manager Sarah is well organised, kind and generous! The gym’s personal trainer, Jeremy, is not only hard working, well loved by those in the gym, but has extensive knowledge about the body and improving strength through movement! Not to mention the free snacks the team offers us every Friday! I’d definitely recommend starting your fitness journey at anytime in wetherill park!
