A large spinal centre with a gym and many therapists available. Hope to not need another visit but will highly recommend to anyone who does.

I find the most helpful physio around for me is Bruce. Really appreciate his conservative approach and the whole philosophy of the place in teaching/encouraging sound exercises to overcome injuries. Bruce (Physio) always explains thinks well and takes the time to make sure you understand your exercise program. . Their on site gym has Pilates reformers too.

Not only does the treatment exponentially reduce the severity and amount of migraines that I get, it also helps with neck and jaw pain. On top of that, Dr Kiers is lovely and empathetic and really listens and evaluates your concerns. Already booked my next appointment in 3 months time.

Fantastic experience: I have been doing pilates at the Clinic for several years, the last couple of years with Bruce Gilmore. I have also attended Bruce for physiotherapy services. I cannot speak more highly of the service I receive from the Clinic and Bruce in particular. Pilates has improved my physical well-being after leading a relatively sedentary lifestyle for most of my working life. The physio work has also helped me to overcome quickly the niggles and strains that come with aging. I am happy to recommend the Clinic to anyone.
