Fantastic experience: Great friendly staff

Fantastic experience: I’ve been training at Glendenning Anytime Fitness for 4-5 years and before it was renovated, the staff members are so lovely, you met other members and everyone is so nice. The staff treats you like you’re part of the family, if you need any help, you can ask and they do help. I will just say, the staff members are doing absolutely a fantastic job with the gym!! You’re all amazing so I would recommend who would wanna train and this is the place! :)

Fantastic experience: I've been a member of this gym for several months now, and I have to say, it's been an excellent experience. The facility is always clean and well-maintained, with a wide range of equipment to cater to all fitness needs. One of my personal favorites is the leg extension machine. I they (2) great condition and has become a key part of my leg workouts. The machine is easy to adjust, providing smooth, controlled movements that make targeting those quadriceps effortless. Donna, and her staff are friendly and knowledgeable, always ready to assist with any questions or workout advice.

Negative experience: I was parked in coghlan cresent doonside today when I come back to my car I had a piece of paper on my windscreen saying your fine it was an advertisement from your gym who ether put it on my car damaged my wiper blade you have no right touching peoples cars they are private property I am thinking of taking this to the police and my insurance company

Fantastic experience: AF Glendenning is clean and the layout is perfect. It has all the machines you need for a great workout. The team are always so helpful and friendly, and not to mention always getting us involved in fun challenges and videos for the socials - which are super entertaining! Donnaleigh goes above and beyond to collect member feedback to improve the customer experience. I especially love the member nights and in club events that are run as I get to try new pre-workout flavours, get connected to fitness professionals and it creates a sense of community. I can’t imagine ever being apart of another gym culture!

The gym has all hammer strength and life fitness equipment. The new renovations especially to the bathrooms upstairs are a great addition to the gym. The car park is also very secure after hours with a gated entry

Negative experience: Been with this gym over 10 years... Before the refurb, this gym was filthy and rarely cleaned... After the refurb was done, they decided to increase prices twice in the span of a year... Price has almost doubled in this time and both price increases were done without any notification... Disappointing that years of loyalty is treated like this...

The facilities are always kept clean, the range of equipment and the staff (Donna, Brielle and Bella) always give a welcoming vibe, definitely a 5 star rating.

Negative experience: Called to enquire about membership, and they indicated they were happy to answer my questions. First question I asked was pricing. They respond with "We don't discuss pricing over the phone, but we are running a $0 membership fee promotion at the moment, if that's of interest to you?" Told them I wasn't going to go all the way there if they aren't going to give any info on pricing. They hung up on me. If just signing up is that difficult, I don't even want to know how hard it would be to end your membership.
