Fantastic experience: I love this facility, all of the perks of going to play basketball in such a nice environment really sparks my love for the game. The staff are very friendly and are always there to help me out.

Competitive vibes in there on pick-up, and generally such a great place to work on your game. Book a rim, use a shot machine, or use the other open hoops. Easy.

Negative experience: poor gym, they are not willing to cancel the membership as I only sign 3 months contract. They said you have to do this and that to cancel. Before sign the contract, they say you can freeze anytime, but once you want freeze it. you are not able to do it on the app. I try to contact them, provide picture of hurting hands. They are not accepting it. The only thing they want is your money.

Negative experience: I do love to use the AUSA facility and think it’s a great place. Marley is such a great staff member and is friendly, polite, and looks after everyone that walks through the door. He should be doing more than walking at the door, get that man a promotion. HOWEVER, I think there needs to be serious consideration about specific time slots for high level and elite players so that they can compete and train. I play NBL1 and there have been way to many times I’ve come into the facility to train and there be absolute bums playing and I don’t want to get injuries! I think this needs to be addressed as I know multiple high level elite athletes who agree with me at the business.

Fantastic experience: Awesome facility. Nice space for basketball, and workouts and you can even catch the game while you do both. The downside is when you come in at peak hours (still haven't figured it out) it's close to impossible to find parking.

Fantastic experience: I’ve been around ausa since the Alexandria facility opened up and I have nothing bad to say. The facilities are great and the staff are always helpful. Even when I was injured and had to freeze my contract a couple times they were super helpful. Would recommend ausa to anyone who plays basketball or wants to get into it and be apart of the friendly community.

Positive experience: I love this gym, but the parking experience makes me hate coming here. Can you please repaint the parking lines and actually deal with any non-members parking here? I got here this morning and there were 2 people in the gym with a packed parking area with poorly parked cars. Extremely frustrating when I've addressed this to multiple employees but nothing is ever done. Thank you.

Fantastic experience: Ausa is a great play if you’re looking to level up your game or just find some mates for basketball. The community there is wonderful, everyone is supporting and friendly. I couldn’t recommend it more.

Negative experience: Probably the worst gym I’ve been to, don’t bother coming in during school holidays you won’t even get any shots up. The price for members is good until you learn about how much the other fees are. The communication from staff is woeful, they took a full week to reply to my messages regarding fees and in doing so I was charged again for another 2 weeks worth even when I wanted to cancel. In that period I couldn’t even go to the facility. Go somewhere else.

Negative experience: cancelled my memberships on 5 June 2023, was told by the duty staff that day my account balance is clear, not owing anything. He then cancelled my account from the system, i handed in the tag, received cancelation email the same day, also from the app, it clearly showed my memberships ending on 4 June 2023. Next day, 6 June, found out another two weeks memberships payment came out from my account. went back to figure out whats happening, was told by a lady how their billing system works, require 14 days notice before stopping contract, also need to fill in cancelation form to exit, apparently the guy who cancelled my memberships was not following the procesure. Funny thing is while i was talking to the lady behind the desk, a coach there(he was there pretty much everyday, you know who im talking about if you are member there long enough) felt annoyed about my complaints, tried to stop the conversation. I was holding my patience, didnt talk back to him, felt like waste my time dealing with this guy. After mutilple back and forth emails for almost two weeks, the mangement team did admited the staff who did the cancellation was not following the procesure, and they did agree what I was saying I could have kept the tag two more weeks instead of being asked to hand in on 5 June, basically i paid for two more weeks after the cancellation for nothing. But all they can do is just apologize for unwell communication, and the staff was not doing the right thing. was thinking to lodge a case with Fair trading, but really not worth my time and efforts for such small amount money, decided to share my experiences here as a reference for others weighted more value. Thanks AUSA for such great lesson, wonderful customer service and amazing PR solution deal with complaints. This how you can differentiate a good and bad business when it comes to dealing with customer complaints, not the way how they look. good luck to all!
