Fantastic experience: I love snapfitness and the people here, honestly the vibe Is so friendly machines are great so many to choose from there's a booty room for ladies and a sauna! But in all honesty everyone here especially the workers are whanau (family), there always checking in and reassuring if we are okay and that's what you need at gym. Fantastic experience: Out of all the gyms I’ve been to over the last 10 years, Snap Fitness has to got to be the best gym thats opened up! Positive experience: Has a great variety of equipment, nicely spaced and quite clean. I could suggest getting a hip thrust bench as sometimes all the benches are being used for upper body training and the current bench is kind of hard to move across to the barbell area.
Thank you for your feedback! We do have a hip thrust machine that you're welcome to use upstairs in the Booty Room. It is pin loaded and very easy to use. We are also glad you are enjoying our equipment and the clean 24 hour Gym. We will continue to improve our Mount Druitt Gym to better service our members needs so thank you for the tip.
Fantastic experience: Great gym! Lots of machines and equipment and I like how all the equipment has a red colour for Snap Fitness and everything is in great quality, and I love that they have boxing gloves.

Negative experience: I'm reaching out with a mix of confusion and concern regarding my recent experiences with SnapFitness branches in Penrith and Mt Druitt. My partner and I, who joined SnapFitness Penrith around May, now recently cancelled our memberships due to relocating abroad. My membership cancellation went smoothly, but my partner's has become quite perplexing. To our surprise, my partner's membership was somehow transferred to Mt Druitt, despite us primarily using both locations. The unexpected transfer resulted in significant challenges when trying to cancel his membership. Even after he submitted an email explaining our situation and requesting cancellation, the process has become unnecessarily complicated. Furthermore, there have been two unauthorised payments deducted from my partner's account without any signed agreement – this action has left us both feeling disappointed and taken aback. This frustrating ordeal highlights exactly why many people hesitate about gym memberships. So frustrating when all it is we just want to cancel!
Hi Kayla, Thank you for expressing your concern regarding your husbands membership. Within your agreement it states that you may be subjected to a ‘transfer’ of clubs depending on which branch is primarily used. This is to ensure it is easy when you have any questions about your membership and personal details. We had responded to his original email/enquiry with no response, hence the delay in cancellation. Out of good will, we even waived your husbands 30 days notice period, which is stated within the agreement and we also removed his overdue payment. Please feel free to call us on 0499 991 425 to further clarify anything. We had attempted to call your husband several times with no luck. We wish you & your husband all the best for future.

Fantastic experience: Just signed up to the gym and during the sign up period, Layla has been very helpful and accommodating. As someone who is extremely anxious, she has made me feel comfortable. Fantastic experience: Recently signed up to this gym with Selen’s help, a day after being shown around the gym and discussing the terms and perks of signing up. I’ve been a member of multiple gyms but the atmosphere, equipment and overall experience in here is second to none. The standard of all the utilities and equipment is great and the gym would be one of the cleanest I’ve seen by far. Positive experience: Facilities clean and everything about this gym is good - Can’t fault them on any of that Loved working out here when I could - Amazing yeah! I get that fitness is an investment but this gym is expensive - money hungry must I add. Cancelled membership today (because I have another gym) was charged nearly $100 for my cancellation given the fact that I have proof that my 12 month contract has reached its mark. Tried giving me many reasons for me to stay such as another gym location and trying out their sauna. Was almost declined to cancel my membership because their cancellation staff was not present but after saying that I had travelled to cancel she went through with my cancellation. FYI I first signed up with and have been with this gym since 22/07/23 and cancelled my membership on the 25/07/24. I don’t get why I was charged to cancel - someone explain! Just wanted to add that I had told them a while ago that I had misplaced my gym card

To further educate on this situation, you had paused your membership on different occasions which extends your commitment end date (this occurs so you are still able to use the whole 12 months of your great Membership & the pause does not tap into that). You also had 2 overdue fortnight payments which needed to be paid. In short, the amount you mentioned for your cancellation was a total of your 2 x overdue fortnight billings and 25% remaining on your agreement. Our staff also have an obligation to ensure you are making the right decision about cancelling and are to provide you with some options to keep you on track with your fitness goals, as this is our number 1 priority for you! Fantastic experience: Recently signed up for the gym and absolutely love it here. The staff was incredibly helpful and made me feel comfortable right away. Fantastic experience: Joined snapfitness a few months ago and so far I’ve really like working out here because of its great atmosphere and the well-maintained facilities and equipment! Fantastic experience: This place is by far the best snap I’ve been to recently coming over from Nz I was overwhelmed by the different equipment and the atmosphere. 100% the gym is very welcoming and makes you feel confident even if you’re having you’re bad days at the gym. Especially the lovely girls behind the desk always having a smile on their faces!!!

Fantastic experience: Recently signed up to the gym absolutely love it here staff was so helpful and quickly made me feel comfortable especially Celen! She showed me around and Signed me up quick and Easy Awesome atmosphere. Amazing and very helpful community. SUPER clean I train here in the mornings and have seen a cleaner here every morning without fail but my favourite feature by far is the sauna! Definitely a must see gym

Negative experience: I called 2 months ago information on joining this gym. Sign up price under fitness passport over the phone $230 including everything etc ok I left it. EOFYs sale seeing advertised, I walked in last week front counter to see a better advertise deal. This time they’re want $140 sign up fee including fitness passport and not including access key Forget about it, signed up to x2 gyms down the road less than 5kms and no cost to access keys and sign up fee under fitness passport. Please stop trying to rip people off!!

There are multiple factors as to why our Fitness Passport initial fees has increased. We have one of the Largest Major Gyms in the Mt Druitt area inclusive of many high end features. We have over 60 pieces of Life Fitness/Hammer Strength Equipment, Infrared Sauna, Booty Room, Functional Training Space, Free Snap App Subscription, Complimentary Personal Training Sessions, immaculate amenities, Free group Fitness Classes, quarterly Members Nights, Monthly Challenges with huge prizes (TVs, cash, Apple Airpods, Recovery Zone Ice Baths, etc) & incredible cleanliness with our specialised Gym cleaner. We truly do believe in the value of the Gym and services we provide being unmatched. As Fitness Passport only pays a small fee for the access at our facility, we must ensure we are making the usage fair for our Fortnightly Paying members also.
