Negative experience: Not friendly Service and the owner not friendly!

Fantastic experience: Great! Indoor and outdoor swimming pool. A bit pricy though (8.2$ the entrance).

Positive experience: Nice outdoor swimming pool and friendly staff. Came in at the peak period 4PM weekday there were three lanes reserved and others had aver 4-5 ppl in each. Was difficult to get a spot and not been disturbed by others

Negative experience: Changed their entry requirements.. members get no value now with pool and spa/ steam access, entry price dropped yet membership prices have increased, spa and steamroom over crowded, dirty, not cleaned enough to match the amount of increased usage, staff just occupy a spot on the roster rather than working and enforcing signage.. place is becoming feral.

Negative experience: Each entrance needs to pay.

Positive experience: Drinking water isn't cold and nobody has ever taken action. We need cold water to fill our bottles and take them to the steam room. Also swimmers have only 2 lanes and sometimes 1 lane only and the rest taken for swimming lessons, walking and free swimming. Even the swimming lanes are occupied by walkers who don't care about swimmers. It's a safety issue that nobody seems to care about. If a swimmer kicks a walker accidentally and killed him/her who will be responsible? People get to the spa without showering and nobody is there to tell them off.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facilities, although the sauna is super old. Still works a treat unless it's packed. The spa is well maintained and lovely. The gym is pretty well stocked. Friendly gym goers and not too stuck up. Wide range of age groups. Not as good or as big as Beatty Park on the whole but it's my second choice of gym! Great staff. Never had any issues with the pools. Wish there were more variety than the absolute domination of Les Mills classes but that's the same for all the fitness studios I've been going to.

Fantastic experience: Magnificent I have to say, the indoor pool was perfect, just the right temperature for meto walk laps and physio for my old injuries. Also perfect for doing laps. The spa and sauna were also magnificent. Friendly staff, clean change rooms and toilets and the lockers were also good. Although, something that nobody seems to get quite right apart from what I've currently seen at the Ringwood Melbourne indoor heated pool, is the lockers. Once we spectacled visitors take off our glasses it's darn difficult to see the combination numbers to dial in. At this stage I know I'm knit picking, but last time I was at Croydon heated pool I had to bother the (awesome and friendly) staff to get my stuff out. They were great and it was pretty funny... Bit like that scene in the movie .. Something about Mary.. where that fella gets his tackle caught in his zipper , enough said. But our stuff is important to us and I'm sure we all appreciate the need for our phone and keys . I digress, great place, awesome gym, friendly staff and easy to park and find . Fantastic experience: Inside swimming pool, outside swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna. The pools are heated in winter.

Fantastic experience: Nice clean environment with plenty of facilities and good quality services, great for kids and includes a hydrotherapy pool which is a plus.

Fantastic experience: The 50-metre outdoor pool is excellent for lap swimming. There are free lockers for visitors. I swam here in May 2024 just as it was getting cooler and the water was toasty. Staff and patrons are friendly. Free motorcycle parking right in front of the complex.

Fantastic experience: A really great gym with good equipment and wonderful staff. We just need to stop people hogging equipment by leaving their towel on it and then going to use another piece of equipment. Staff say take their towel off and place on floor, but this results in the offending member getting annoyed.

Positive experience: Fab hydro. No bins in disabled change rooms. Sometimes area not checked for bands. Great indoor pool

Positive experience: Just like any other swim area. But the outside bigger pool for school swimming events and practice was nice. A lot of trees and shade to sit and watch the children perform from close up which made it very exciting. Being a first experience for me, I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Positive experience: ✅️ Decently clean ✅️ Both outdoor and indoor pools ✅️ Easy parking ✅️ Plenty of showers ❌️ Always too crowded. Should limit how many people are let in at a time. Barely any room to swim in all the lanes during peak hours!

Positive experience: Love Aqua Life. it's a popular facility with four different types of pools and a gym ect. Really nice staff. You need to pick your times with various activities going on in the pools and sometimes all at the same time. Parking is good however can be more difficult when the facility is really busy. .

Positive experience: Love the water temperature. They have heated pools, spa and steam rooms. Not very busy when I attended ( 2 pm weekdays). Free lockers as well to store your stuff while you are swimming. The only negative thing I noted and hope they work on is that the shower doors in male change rooms have no locks/the locks are busted. You can push the door to almost close it but you can't lock it. Maybe it's time for renovations.

Negative experience: I left my new bathers at the pool, and the policy is to donate lost items. I returned within 24 hours and was told to check the donation pile. Unable to find them there, the duty manager informed me that the cleaners likely discarded them.

As an older person learng how to swim under Allianz swim, Chris, Hannah n Courtney are so warm n approachable. Hannah for her patience. I am truly thankful for them n look forward to each lesson. Positive experience: I really like the vibe here and it's so much better now there's a bigger car park. I have to recommend bathroom upgrades, especially with respect to accessibility. In the hydro area the accessible shower area has no toilet, and the hoist did not fit underneath the change table, I would probably replace the door too.

Fantastic experience: I’ve joined many gym in these areas in the past 10 years and now I’ve found the best gym for myself. This gym has everything I could possibly ask for in such a small monthly fee. The heated pools, the clean gym floor, the various group fitness programs and etc. most of all, the friendly staff make this gym stand out from the other

Positive experience: Nice public swimming pool. Loses 1 star as our swim teacher is a bit average, and another star as there is no cafe.

Negative experience: Very outdated & boring leisure centre! Would be the last place to take my toddler for a fun day at the pools even thow I live in the area. Needs a SERIOUS overhaul, some colour wouldn’t hurt & fun items in there for the community & outside! The gentleman instructor in the toddlers swimming lesson is amazing so sweet. He gets 5* I would not recommend taking your children here, but I highly reccomend Beatty Park in North Perth for all ages specially toddlers if you don’t mind a short drive.

Fantastic experience: Fantastic facility right in my neighborhood. Love the options--indoor, outdoor, hydrotherapy, spa, kiddie pool, etc. Plus a well- appointed gym area. Always clean, well-organized, pools kept at a constant temperature. Staff is great--on the younger side mostly but helpful, polite and always available with a ready smile. My morning cup of coffee and an hour at the pool really sets me up for the day! Keep up the good work.

Negative experience: This place is getting worse and worse. Facilities are well and truly outdated. Aqua aerobics classes takes up to much room, music is always to loud. Casual entry prices are to expensive.

Fantastic experience: I Went for a spa and steam room session facility that has reasonable entry prices .

Positive experience: The facilities, service and atmosphere are pretty good. You need to be careful about your stuff not to be stolen while you're swimming though.

Positive experience: I enjoy coming here to swim in the outdoor pool, it's super affordable. However, pretty much every time I come, there are people just standing in the slow lanes not swimming, or there's a large group of young guys just hanging at the end of a lane with swimmers trying to get past. I feel as if this should be monitored and these folks told to get into the free play section.

Negative experience: Doesn't rate well on the public Pools of Perth tour for the outdoor section. The pool was struggling in the hot weather with visibility and cleanliness and at one point free play was restricted to just one lane. Gets a bit tight for the kids and bombies etc. Plenty of grass but a bit rough around the edges and the fencing hard core with barbed wire...yikes. On a positive note there was plenty of shade and some loung chairs to spare.

Fantastic experience: We took our 2 yo for her very first swimming class here today, our instructor Helen was very friendly and so much fun! She made sure everyone was looked after. She patiently encouraged, but not push, us to do the tasks. We had a really good time! Thank you Helen! The pool area is nice and clean. Given it was a Sat morning, it wasn't over crowded. Wish the cafe was open!

Negative experience: Serious safety issues. Rude and incompetent staff. Won't be back.

Positive experience: Can get very busy on weekends. Only one family shower room I am aware of. The showers are very tight to use with a pre-schooler. The swim teachers are always nice.

Positive experience: The swimming instructors are awesome. Very patient with the disabled lady, who I’ve been taking there for the past 3 years.

Fantastic experience: I go there to take swimming lessons for myself, and my 6 year old son. Instructors are experienced, compassionate and patient with students, it's a great learning experience there. Plus you get ample time to practice after your lessons. Pools are clean nicely maintained and heated. Showers are well maintained as well. I would recommend this place.

Negative experience: Really bad experience. Outdoor pool quite filthy and crowded. I won't be back and do not recommend.

Positive experience: Standard facilities. Nice shade by large pine trees outdoors on grassed area. Only stayed an hour. All pools heated.

Negative experience: Too many unsupervised big rowdy kids bombing in the pool it gets a bit dangerous as it’s so crowded. I don’t mind kids having a good time but it was too hectic. Lifeguards too busy to monitor they need more staff. Won’t be going back.

Positive experience: It’s nice and family friendly area with both indoor and outdoor pools, separate spa and baby pool. 1.2m deep the entire lane so is easy for learners. The change room however could be improved. The floor is wet all along, no dry area inside. The lights in the shower room also don’t seem to always work.

Fantastic experience: My son has gone through a few of the lower levels and every swim instructor he has had have been really good and provide constructive feedback and encouragement. They have warm pools to take lessons in and it's made a huge difference from another swim school. I am nolonger battling to motivate him to get in the pool any more.

Negative experience: The facility was okey but are the staffs underpaid? Some of them (reception staffs) always look arrogant, unfriendly and unwilling to help. Took my kid there for a trial in a few weeks last month. In most of classes there were only her and another student. I was like "wow, good value for 1:1 instruction" BUT after a few week I started to understand why this place still have available spot while classes at nearby swimming schools are fully booked (that's why I gave them a try). Almost every class with a different teacher, different teaching style and practices----no consistency and systematic instruction at all. No senior teachers coming to check the progress as other schools. What I heard is that it might take your kid forever to finish one level. Don't care even though your kid might be absent the whole term.

Negative experience: I wish there could be a lower point that I could rate. They are so good at getting money from the customers. They don't care whether the students attend class or not. The guy with beard that we talked with was sooooo rude, arrogant and unprofessional. The worst frontstaff of any service I have been to. Have never experienced anything like this. Paid for three classes there since I could not register my kids to either Cannington or Riverton. the money was still taken from my account in the next 2 months.

Positive experience: Love the swimming and my instructors are really good, but I hate female washroom. They're way too dirty and require cleaning every three hours.

Negative experience: Aqua Life Swim School organisation and communication their members is SO extremely poor. They explicitly take more time to pass student to next level so that they can make more money. There is no clearity on assessment etc. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking for a swim school for their children.

Fantastic experience: They have a very affordable gym membership which gives you access to the pool facilities and the gym and Vic Park centre also. Really enjoyed aquafit class. The creche is included in your membership.

Negative experience: Aqua Life Swim School organisation and communication their members is SO extremely poor. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone looking for a swim school for their children.

Negative experience: Availability of facilities not kept up to date on website & members not informed by text or email. Spa now not cleaned on a regular basis at 13:00. Pool staff claim busy & short of staff "see reception" is the favourite response, & reception say to see pool staff. Seems no one wants to take responsibility. Appears to have been numerous changes of staff lately - perhaps that is the issue. Standard of service definitely depends on which pool supervisor is on duty. No need to pay extra for sauna and/or spa - staff NEVER check for wrist band.

Was a rip off... besides that the pools where very nice and maintained well

Negative experience: Young woman at reception with a EXTREMELY arrogant attitude. I spoke to a Lifeguard and he was normal and friendly.

Positive experience: Nothing bad comes to mind apart from the lack of food, sauna is amazing and isn't too crowded. Highly recommended

Positive experience: The pool itself is very small, but , the three pools manage to be enough for littlies there are dinosaurs that squirt water and a full, professional staff too. Only thing they are missing a star for is keeping the glass doors at each end open, as the breeze or cold wind rushes through freezing ones wet error tooshy. Lol
