Fantastic experience: My kids always love parties here. Great venue with loads of parking and the party set up is pleasing for the kids!

Fantastic experience: Staff handled a challenging situation of a strong young man with his carer while l was there. Experienced staff put themselves at risk to keep everyone safe. Younger staff were all ready to act to look after young patrons. The whole team did an excellent job in a very challenging situation.

Positive experience: We attended flip out for a birthday party after not having been for over a year. My son had a lot of fun and enjoyed the new addition of the spinning seats. I like that the foam pit has been swapped out because foam pits give me the ick. The slushies are a great way to cool down when jumping too.

Negative experience: My daughter was invited for a birthday party on Sunday but I decided to make a booking for myself and 1 child and 1 toddler was FOC. Rocked up and big signs on the front door saying “Yes we’re open, slide the doors to enter” wasn’t exactly user friendly and the doors are actually heavy to slide, but anyways we went in. Bookings were all good, I brought a pair of grippy socks from another place but was told they have to be flip out ones so bought one for myself and toddler. So all up I’ve spent $59 as I purchased a 2hr session to coincide with my other child’s birthday party. It was EXTREMELY HOT, like little to no aircon going, only large fans dotted around the small kids jumping area but that was it. I kid you not most if not all the kids jumping around that day were just all sweaty and even the staff looked like they were struggling. Some of the trampolines seemed a bit squeaky and not overly firm and the green mats in between just seemed a bit dodgy navigating at times. The staff were great and cafe food was tasty, just really disappointed in the lack of air conditioning and maintenance. We probably would have spent an easy $100 on booking, socks, food and drinks for that 2 hour session but if the place continues to be in that state I’m afraid we won’t be visiting anytime soon.

Fantastic experience: A special thank you to Ashton and Molly at Flip Out Stathpine for making our son Harith’s birthday party absolutely amazing! After a fire at a nearby kids’ play center, we were in a tough spot, but Ashton and Molly stepped in and had everything sorted within minutes at Flipout. They arranged a room, set up the birthday space, and ensured the entire event was perfect. The service was excellent, and we were so happy with how everything turned out. Highly recommend these guys for any event!

Negative experience: Place has definately gone downhill. Appaling service! Just under $40 for Mr7 and Miss5. Miss 5 was wearing another brand of grippy socks but was not permitted 'due to insurance' but they're happy to have their 'safety rules' obscured - see photos. Arrived at 9:36 (6 minutes past opening) and was told we need to wait until 10am to start our strictly 1 hour session (not 1 minute earlier! "Or we will be in big trouble"). There were literally 5 kids on equipment. Place is run down. Foam pit has been removed. Much better play centres in the area. Don't waste your time or money.

Negative experience: Disappointed at staffing of the big jump > trampoline > air mattress around midday Sunday. The girl monitoring the area was good but then a young guy took over and he was more concerned with showing off his flips than supervising. Younger kids were looking to him for help when bigger kids were bullying them but he was completely oblivious as he showed off to the bullies. Bullying continued to go unchallenged throughout the session. Appalling.

Positive experience: It is very fun for my kids and very fun for me, the only nitpick i have is that i always get velcro scratches when jumping on to the trampolines and my foot slide down.

Negative experience: Trampolines are terrible, stretched and just bad. Unfortunately switched to an airbag instead of foam pit. Place needs an update

Negative experience: I booked a birthday party for my son for the first time at Flipout - Strathpine and was disappointed with how it was managed. Staff/party host was non interested in the party, most of the time non available. Just provided the food and no further role. Food and the over all service costed us upto $600 and it was surely not worth the money. I don’t think I will consider another party here for this much amount. We have had great experience booking with other play areas always and this one was a rip off. Being one of the most popular places among kids, there needs to be some more focus on management of the place and the food provided.

Negative experience: I'm really disappointed with their service. I have tried several different ways to contact these guys regarding booking into their programs over several weeks and as yet have been unable to find the information I've been looking for. I tried booking through the website and couldn't, I called and left a message asking for someone to return my call, I tried contacting them via the website and my email was forwarded on to them and finally contacting the head office who forwarded my email and no response after almost a week. I tried calling again this morning and no answer. This is really poor.

Negative experience: Not very impressed. Half of it was closed or has been taken away. It was very boring. The table was absolutely disgusting. Toilet was filthy and the toilet seat was on the floor in one of the cubicles. Ordered a baby chino was served a very hot very strong tiny cappuccino. I spoke to the staff and explained what a babychino should be and was told... no, we always make them like this!? ‍♀️... they did offer to make it again but given the incompetence i would rather not. Only positive was the staff were all generally friendly.

Negative experience: Attended today for a kids party. Unfortunately the toilets (in particular) and some of the trampolines don’t appear to be well maintained. Two workers were in the toilets when we first arrived fixing the toilet but unfortunately spilled water all over the floor. When we came back towards the end (over an hour later) it hadn’t been wiped up and we saw a couple of kids fall over (in the toilet water). Not to mention, one of the toilet seats was broken and another toilet had the toilet roll holder hanging off the wall. Understand when it’s busy, things get missed but this was a health and safety issue.

Negative experience: Kids had fun but a major ripoff with having to buy the socks. We already had socks ( which we had to buy at another trampoline place). But these were not "Flipout socks" so had to buy the Flipout socks. Just a way to rip futher $$ off customers. Just leaves a very bad taste in one's mouth when you're forced to pay extra for no reason, except to add to Flipout profits. Of course the insurance reason was used but the socks just happen to meet insurance requirements at the other trampoline place. In fact the other socks have better gripping properties than the Flipout ones.

Fantastic experience: Best bouncing in Brisbane (as voted by my kids)

Negative experience: It’s interesting to see so many bad reviews and I have to say I totally agree with them! We usually drive to Bounce at Tingalpa which is a 30 minute additional drive, so that’s 45 minutes all up but it’s worth the drive. The biggest disappointment for me is attitude and customer service. The owners need to train one staff member in particular how to adequately communicate with customers. The old saying “it’s not the message it’s the delivery” goes a long way. Two little children being asked to leave mid way through eating their lunch because a private party had begun is not a good representation of professional and courtesy. I paid for a two hour session and was “removed” after 1.5. I except a response from the centre with their take on the situation, but at the end of the day, confusion aside, the staff member did not handle the situation very well at all and I’m absolutely disgusted (as were my 8 year old grandchildren who have better manners than this “adult”).

Positive experience: Great for children however ammenties left something to be desired. Surprised there were no safety people in the play/jumping area.

Positive experience: It is a good place to bring ur child the staff were nice the party rooms were good the only probem was the amont of rubbish underneth the tramplen.

Negative experience: Won’t be returning here. My partner was helping our kids on the trampoline as they had hurt themselves and the staff came from the counter to tell him he wasn’t allowed too unless he paid. There was no staff up in the trampolines whatsoever. Paid $37 for 2 kids and was only here for 30mins. It’s not like other flipout places. It was a massive disappointment and waste of money wish we just went to bounce.

Fantastic experience: Quite a big space that caters for all ages. They have staff supervising certain areas. You have to purchase socks through them ($3.50 a pair) and then the cafe line up is with the general lineup (which can take a while depending). The coffee was made on “long life milk” and that’s the only downfall for me as I’m a coffee snob and couldn’t drink it . Would recommend because the kids loved it

Negative experience: It’s expensive for what activities are there. Some of the trampolines are wrecked and don’t bounce. Oh and bring extra money for their special socks, which certain people are forced to buy, and then others don’t need to buy; not sure how that rule works that some kids can wear socks from other venues.

Positive experience: It's fun for kids. I like that it caters to a large variety of ages with certain areas that are more accommodating for younger kids/older kids. Once you buy the socks the first time you can bring them with you when you go again instead of making you pay for new pairs each time which is awesome and encourages you to bring your kids back. The service was mediocre from the young staff and the way you couldn't buy food from the little cafe area without joining the queue for the people trying to enter the venue was an odd choice. During peak times it would be nice to have more seating arrangements for the parents not bouncing with their kids and/or lockers to store your stuff. Staff wouldn't/couldn't do cash out so the kids could use any of the toy dispenser things so if you don't have loose change they'll tell you to go to Officeworks and I'm not doing that. The facilities overall are nothing amazing but kids should have a good time and it's not super expensive.

Negative experience: On entrance, I was rudely greeted by a member of staff (the only one i should add!), foreshadowing the disappointment of my time at flip out today. Being told that the outskirts of the ‘arena’ were for older children I sent my two teenagers off to fulfil their hopes and excitement of coming to flip out today. Only for them to be crushed by what can only be described an abysmal . The trampolines were discoloured to beyond yellow, sticky and clearly hadn’t been washed or sanitised for years. The tarmac was peeling off to show the dirty surfaces off which my children were exposed to. Going back to the jumping experience, small children, under 5 were unsupervised and running about in the areas they were not allowed, putting my children and them at risk. Not one member of staff looked over to the jumping arena where countless times rules were broken and lives were put at risk. We left within 10 minutes of our 2 hour slot, not only wasting money on the socks and tickets, but also on petrol and wasting my time. No safety video or instructions were shown or given, no lockers or safe areas to keep our valuables/belongings meant my children felt on edge and wary of their phones and shoes for the ten minutes they tried to bounce. The trampolines themselves were unsafe, loose and not supportive i would NOT let your kids go here as there are so many risks and safety concerns, one of my daughters is now complaining about a hurting ankle. THIS PLACE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN I DESERVE A REFUND!!!!!

Positive experience: Not my kids favourite place which is disappointing after buying so many branded socks… The foam pit was gone and the ball pit gone so kids not keen to go back. The staff were very professional on the socks but pulled my kids up a view times for being un supervised which they were- guess that’s a safety positive. The speaker is hard to hear, music low and kids screaming high. Kids have a height restriction but also pay full price.

Positive experience: Whilst this is a great place for children I failed to understand why it is mandatory to wear the flip out socks at a cost of $3.50 each when we have a huge pile of the same socks from other venues. I feel this is a bit of a con. Was told it was for insurance purposes. However the socks our children bought with them were better than the flipout ones. Sorry after paying out $52 I wasn't about to fork out another $7 for socks when I took 4 pairs with me.

Positive experience: A pretty average experience. One of our kids had flipout socks, the other was wearing socks from a competitor. We were made to buy another pair of socks. Just a money grab, and before the owner jumps on and comments about safety, thats a load of rot, the socks my daughter had on are far superior to the flipout ones. Strike one. The food is absolutely average, and of course the signs tell you you can only consume food bought on site. Another money grab. If this is going to be the case actually have food that looks edible. The play area looks tired as well, but was functional. Certainly regret paying for 2 hours.

Fantastic experience: Great place for kids parties. They take care of everything for a reasonable price.

Positive experience: Always a place my kids have fun and go home knackered. Tick and tick.

Negative experience: Flip out Strathpine - while a fun afternoon for the family this Sunday - was tired and I really felt let down by the standard of equipment and facilities. Staff were non existent throughout the session we were there and the rules seemed arbitrarily applied. Specifically - when a staff member appeared the kids were told to put back foam squares which they were using at the slam court ( because there was one old worn out ball across about 10-15 kids and teens). Later in the session this did not seem to matter at all. I had to move younger children and under 5/10 equipment off the main bounce area - despite there being staff around (the rare times they were). It was down right dangerous not only for the younger kids but the older children. It was difficult to enjoy and my children several times mentioned it stopped them enjoying time in the centre. The equipment, mainly a number of the main bounce trampolines are worn and loosing spring - these need replacing and generally everything is worn out. In terms of value, especially compared to other trampoline centres I’ve visited, this is low value for money and you will find no more than an hour is needed. I hope the centre can replace and repair some of the equipment but for me I’ll be looking elsewhere next time.

Negative experience: This place is so tired and run down at the moment. Toilets are filthy (literally had faeces on the seat of the ONE operational toilet in the men’s bathroom), my three year old was constantly getting trampled on by big kids just running through the little kids areas, the place is falling apart with exposed metal and wood. One of the children in our group cut her arm on exposed springs and one bumped their head on exposed wood. It’s really in desperate need of a refurb and the young staff need to enforce the rules to children. Edited after response to add: We did tell staff she was hurt, to be told “yeah that happens…” and there was three staff stood right next to the broken foam pads doing nothing. Parents were constantly trying to fix it themselves to protect their kids. It wasn’t even attached with anything (as you can see in the photo). Even if it was taped on, that would be better than nothing surely?

Negative experience: Some sections were closed. Bigger kids are allowed to run over everyone and not obey rules. Trampolines are old and not as bouncy. Would much rather take the drive to Bounce on south side. Wont go back even if I got a free ticket

Negative experience: Had a less than pleasant experience here for a teenagers birthday. The place was filthy, and most of the toilets were missing their seats at the time. Wasn’t going to worry about leaving a review - none of the staff cared at the time. Until suddenly when I commented back to a friend on FB and said to Flip Out Strathpine that I wasn’t interested in coming back they suddenly deleted all my comments and blocked me from their page! What a way to ensure good feedback and comments on all social media posts huh, well done marketing team. Well people, good luck if you go and ever have a problem cause they don’t care Edited to add after Flip Out Strathpine’s reply: Feedback was left at the time of visit with staff, they didn’t care then. The only time anyone seems to pay attention is when negative reviews are left for others to see online. Perhaps that needs to be rectified at management level? Instead of removing my FB comment and blocking me, it could have been used as a chance to invite me to contact you privately then, instead of now. Think of how that would have made you look - being mature and wanting to discuss an issue instead of being petty and blocking someone who said something who hurt your feelings

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Jayden who was so great with our 3 year old today. He was so interactive and patient with her, it was lovely to watch. He helped build her confidence enough to jump into the foam pit and helped her along the way. We had a lot of fun!

Positive experience: My kids had fun, two hours was a little too long. Decent viewing area for parents. Food options are very limited

Positive experience: Good time if fully supervised by parent, abit on the expensive side but younger kids love it. Only issue is that the older kids are not very friendly to the younger kids and staff do not control older kids pushing younger kids around. So unless your a parent willing to get in there and watch your child. Expect them to get hurt

Positive experience: Great place. Only thing I would suggest is keeping a waiver on file so that it doesn’t have to be filled in with every visit! Oh and some healthier toddler friendly food options would be great too

Fantastic experience: This place is so much fun. I took my 3.5yo son. At first I was concerned he'd be too little and then there was the size of other kids BUT I was pleasantly surprised. Big kids give way to little kids which they all did without a problem. There's plenty of space and different areas for different age groups. Although the space isn't air-conditioned, they supplied industrial sized fans which made it cool enough. I highly recommend Flip Out to kids of all ages, even parents

Positive experience: We are regularly customers but had our first visit since the change of ownership. The place was quite messy compared to what it used to be and needs some repairs. The rubber matting around the basketball area is very buckled and I saw 4 kids trip over it just in my hour visit. Otherwise the kids love it and is a great quiet activity during school hours.

Positive experience: Great place, trampoline mats / springs pretty stretched Jan 2024 and need replacing. Good for kids to go nuts. Staff are about as dry as Central Australia.

Negative experience: Gross . Needs an upgrade and a thorough clean. My daughter hurt herself within five minutes - minimal disinterested staff . Bounce at Tingalpa is 100% better - safer and great equipment

Positive experience: Female toilet only one working correctly, no soap in dispenser and not clean . Pretty bad since it was a session at 9.

Positive experience: The kids had great fun on the trampolines, shame about the rest of the facilities. The toilets were beyond disgusting! .. the aroma of urine was enough to turn your stomach and make your eyes water. Not once, not twice, but three times I saw staff approach within the hour about the state of the toilets. Blocked urinals housing a sizable piss pool, chocolate logs left to float, broken door locks, out of order cubicals and no toilet roll. With the amount of staff rostered on, and standing around you would think one of them could take 5mins to make sure the amenities are maintain throughout the day.

Fantastic experience: Took the grandchildren here and was greeted at the counter with a welcoming smile. The staff were all very attentive and keen to assist. Great family fun time!

Fantastic experience: Flip out, Strathpine is a great place to take the kids, they will have a blast! This place is truely an excellent spot for some active and enjoyable family entertainment. The staff are extremely pleasant and helpful and create a welcoming atmosphere.

Positive experience: Took my little buddy here for a fun time bouncing about. He had a good time while we watched on from the tables. Older place, not as big as some of the competition but good times were had

Negative experience: Shocking place, scammed to wear their brand grip socks for insurance reasons apparently... Some tramps damaged. The worst part was the staff, run by youths that address kids by yelling at them of kicking them off the tramps for a certain period of time. Would not recommend, will not be returning.

Fantastic experience: Best place to go with the kids, my kids (6, 4 & 1) all had an absolute ball. Wasn't over crowded and while there were much bigger kids there they were all very cautious of the little kids.

Negative experience: You need to buy the socks now, they are not great socks my child fell twice and when I put on better grip socks I was asked to take them off or leave.

Fantastic experience: Shout out to Nick Monday 18/12/23. Friendly young man and was very helpful when my kids spilled their drink. Was straight onto it with the mop and bucket. Nothing seemed to be a problem for him. Well done Nick!

Fantastic experience: We had a kids party there. Staff were great, kids had a great time. The party wasn't cheap, but we got everything we paid for and we didn't have to clean up! I don't reccommend things usually, but this is how to do a kids party right. My only regret is that I wish I had left staff a tip.

Negative experience: Had a great time at the actual arena, however the party services was just terrible , not attentive had no idea what the heck was happening had to go ask, no host to guide us. We were rushed out no communication what so ever, kid we’re still eating. Terrible customer service from the party staff.. however the staff at the front were fantastic! Wouldn’t recommend booking a party here. We also were offered a Ninja class but haven’t got that ?

Positive experience: 85% of the mats are worn out and desperately need replacing. My 3 year old son even noticed this.

Negative experience: I use to come here quite a bit when my daughter was younger. Tonight she and her friend wanted to come and hang out here. It’s been a few years since I’ve been here, and let’s say I will not be coming back. Place was very dirty, staff were inappropriately dressed (not including the Halloween costumes), and the staff were not friendly and had no customer service skills.

Fantastic experience: A fantastic place for kids all ages to burn Energy on rainy days .. a little warm on hot days . There is a cafe has a good assortment and a disabled toilet for walkers and wheelchairs . Chairs are a bit uncomfortable if parents waiting so we only do the hour .

Negative experience: Had my sons party there this weekend and staff were completely uninterested and unhelpful. One staff member told me that they were our party host along with another girl but honestly they didn’t interact with us at all. When we first arrived the girl at the counter was so unfriendly and unwelcoming. Staff are not friendly towards the kids at all. All the parents of kids at the party noticed the same issues. We were told the juice and water would be refilled, it wasn’t. Only plus is the kids had a great time bouncing, I mean what kid wouldn’t have fun on trampolines. I would disagree about the reviews saying that the venue was dirty, I certainly didn’t think that. It was fine. Also I wouldn’t agree that the equipment isn’t safe, the equipment is clean and safe. Management need to take the conduct of staff seriously and stop dismissing it as it seems a common theme in the reviews which I wish I had read first. they are quite rude and lazy with the exception of two of the boys who looked pretty annoyed with the fact that they were the ones getting left doing most of the work. Super disappointed as it is expensive to have a party there. Having been to a kids party at revolution in north lakes I would go there in future, staff are much nicer and more competent.

Negative experience: Would not recommend, definitely only going to North Lakes trampoline centre from now on. We arrived at opening time on Sunday where there was hardly anybody for the 1st 30 mins. The whole place was filthy and didn't look like it had been vaccumed/mopped in months, including the toilets. Rubbish and dust bunnies everywhere, gunk on the walls, plus no toilet paper in some cubicles. The trampolines seem to need replacing or repair, they have no tension and drop so low when bouncing, seems dangerous. Bigger kids jumping and flipping off edges because no supervision on the floor, when supervision came by staff they didn't seem to do much. The only reason gave 2 stars was because my son had a good time (he is only 2).

Fantastic experience: Book ahead during busy seasons. Great place for kids to burn off energy. Average, but edible food. Great coffee. Lovely and helpful staff. Clean and well-maintained toilets.

Positive experience: My boy loved it and that’s the main thing. Good value for money I think. The guys behind the counter were awesome, the guys (and girls) in the play area could be a little more positive and interactive.

Negative experience: Giving it one star today because of inconsistency. The trampolines are great however we have been multiple times and never ‘HAD’ to buy flip out grip socks. After being told I ‘HAD’ to buy their grip socks I responded by saying we have been here a few times and never had to, we have also been to other tramp places and not needed to grip socks for that establishment, I was then told ‘well that’s not correct because they all require the correct socks for that place’ I laughed and said whatever and that we wouldn’t be back. If that’s your rule Flip Out then maybe make sure your staff are consistent from the beginning so that we know as patrons what to expect. It’s just a money making scheme.

Negative experience: This place was decent a few years ago, but oh my god it’s so bad now. Every trampoline has been overused and poorly maintained they barely have any spring left in them. The trampolines for the foam pit have literally turned filthy black and yellow. The whole place is just run down now and not worth it. Bit of a rip off honestly. Very disappointed when I took the younger ones here. All the staff are also bone headed “bros” now. You can tell they hate their job

Fantastic experience: Decided to bring my son for school holidays - was happy at how well run it is and how it’s not overly crowded. Special mention to the beautiful girl on counter today at 130- was so lovely and kind and definitely showing customer service that you rarely find these days :)

Negative experience: I am comming to flip out strathpine for last few years and staff always very helpful and nice to talk. My son is Autistic and he normally does not wear socks and staff always understand. But today lady at the counter ( manger) said if my son does not wear socks she will take him out of the flip out. This is discrimination against the disability kids and I am extremely unhappy with her attitude.

Negative experience: We visited flip out Strathpine today and I'm absolutely disgusted in the treatment my son received today. We attended and he brought along his own grip socks that were not 'flip out' brand ones. Because he wasn't wearing flip out socks he was ordered off the trampolines and told he needed 'flip out' socks. There was NOTHING wrong with the grip socks he was wearing you just wanted to make extra money from me by expecting I purchase 'flip out' socks. I paid over $30 for my sons to enjoy an activity over the school holidays instead we left early with my son upset feeling like he was in trouble when he'd done nothing wrong! Incredibly unimpressed with your organisation and will not be returning or recommending flip out Strathpine to anyone.

Fantastic experience: Great for kids' birthdays and just a fun not usually too crowded place. Mostly for kids!

Fantastic experience: We had my daughters seventh birthday party at Flip out. The staff were amazing. Mia hostess and her team made our birthday celebration special by going out of her way to help with whatever needs we had. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Highly recommended Flip Out

Negative experience: Recently booked a kids party and paid in total $340 for 11 kids. The party host was no where to be seen, had to chase up the food. The food given was 3 value pizzas from domino’s which total around $21. Pizzas were gone in minutes and no top up of pizzas as they mention that food will be topped up once the plates are empty. Snacks were given with cheetos, plain potato chips, lollies and watered juice. The kids enjoyed the trampoline and foam pits. No service and no Top up of the pizza deserves 1 star

Negative experience: Had my son’s birthday party tonight and of course a room full of trampolines is going to keep all children happy but it’s the parents paying for it. The young people working definitely need a manager or head of staff on during their shift to make sure things are running smoothly. I asked once for the jug of water to be refilled never came and having other parents pay for drinks for thier children is a little embarrassing as kids very thirsty after all that jumping. A party host introduced herself but I never saw her again to ask how things are going or anything she could do to keep kids happier.When I went up to desk to ask if pizza was coming out when I told the party host I would like them at 7 not 8:30 because I had booked a 2.5 hour party because only option at night but I had young children her response was of course as pizzas from dominoes arrive at 7 I was very happy but at 7:17 I went to desk to find a helpful young man that said he would go check when he opened staff room door all the staff including my party host were eating pizza and looking at phones but my party that I paid $470 for was going hungry he did apologise for that mistake and I appreciate that. It was a quiet night compared to other times I have visited this facility so not sure why they can’t put on more staff or a manager to make sure things are running smoothly. I’ve also added up costs it’s $19 per child for a Friday night jump at that price it works out to be $190 add pizza 2x ham and cheese and one cheese $211 plus maybe 10 tokens $211 and an ice cream cake $20 I realise you have high insurance costs but if you are going to charge $470 I think some training for your staff would be a good investment rather then 5 teens talking, walking around or on thier phones could result in some great reviews

Positive experience: A fantastic place to tire the little people out! I was also told about the playgroup they have on mondays & Fridays - which was great because I was looking for somewhere to take my son! We went Friday for the playgroup and stayed the whole 3 hours with no signs of slowing down! I feel the price ($26 on a regular day) is a bit much for the limited things a toddler can do but the $15 for the playgroup was good. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Fantastic experience: We recently had an "Awesome Party' for my son's 4th Bday! All of our guests had a great time, everything was taken care of and the party host/staff were fantastic. Highly recommend a party here! You don't have to worry about anything it is all thought of.

Fantastic experience: Trampolines and foam pits! Fun day out for all ages. Great spot for birthday parties or something different to do with the kids. We had an absolute blast here.

Negative experience: I would advise anyone deciding to take their children to flip out to feed your kids before hand. Cafe is more like a bad tradie food truck. Was told no outside food allowed. Pretty bad considering Frozen hotdogs that are microwave are one of very limited food options. Lucky they have sessions that max out at 2hrs. One good thing is you spend less money. Pay for entry and thats it.

Negative experience: Need to talk to someone about bookings. Calls were declined instead of being picked up at least 6 times. I couldn't even leave a message as the call didn't go to voice mail. It was just cut off after one ring.

Positive experience: The waiver signing process could be a lot easier. Why not just add a check box to acknowledge at the end of payment processing? Big pain when you have multiple children. Sessions are capped at 1 & 2 hours and the food is very average.

Positive experience: Had my daughters birthday party here today. Kids had a ball, but both hosts were useless. Paid over $500 for this party and I was still stressed due to whinging thirsty kids and asking more than 3 times for my drink jugs to be refilled, it resulted in a guest of mine taking the jugs up herself. I noticed the other parties were waking up with empty jugs too. So I would hate to see this place with all rooms booked. Food and cake were out late, and they never brought out the party bags. When they brought me the lolly bags after everyone had left and I had asked when remembered, no sorry was given and the attitude was ridiculous. Very disappointed.

Positive experience: Any place that can keep kids occupied is a great place. It's certainly a busy place with all the birthday parties that take place. I thought the place looked a bit run down, upgrading the food and drinks facility for the adults . There is plenty of space for parking on site.

Negative experience: Went last Saturday...way too many kids there....my two didn't even get a chance to jump because every jump had way too many kids for safety.....very disappointed.

Fantastic experience: My son absolutely loves this place. Has a little cafe and you can have birthday parties here.

Negative experience: Many machines were not working or card part broken. No atm at site so I went and got cash yet they couldn't give me any gold coins for the machines.

Fantastic experience: Great place for when the weather is not good, my daughter loves it here, think I need to be a bit more flexible to get more use from it, staff are ok for bunch of young people, one of them was getting a free session jumping around on the tramps but the other kids seemed to like it.

Negative experience: I took my 2 children and met a friend there there her 2 children on Wednesday afternoon the 28th september and I was mortified to watch a staff member climbing up and sitting on top of the walk wall with no safety gear acting like he owned the place…. My 5 year old son was so intrigued by what he was doing he walked over to ask him how he got up there to which the staff member responded “shut up” and told him “to go away”, I quickly walked over and removed my child away from this boy who clearly had no mannerisms or professionalism in dealing with customers and left my son was so upset by his reaction. I would not recommend this place with young children as the supervision from the staff on this day was non existent as they just stand around talking to each other as I also had to rescue my friends child who dived into the foam pit head first and physically couldn’t get out and was screaming…

Negative experience: Was excited to go but it was small and didn’t compare to bounce so we couldn’t get a refund so not happy

Fantastic experience: I have been at this place for about 4 years and it is by far my favorite trampoline park. Staff are nice, There is always something to do, and you can birthday party's there! Highly recommend to go with your friends and mates, It's a blast.

Negative experience: If I could give zero I would. When on the final payment screen; the total amount was advised and I paid. Only to be charged an additional $70 and be told that the amount I quoted was the deposit amount. Even after providing screenshots of the payment screen which clearly showed "full payment". I cancelled the booking and requested a full refund; after their error, only to be told no, they don't offer refunds. Absolute joke. Terrible service.

Positive experience: Great place, love that you can book online prior ..... only downside is the music is too loud, distorted with bass and makes severe crinkling noises.
