Fantastic experience: I've been getting in crunch Parramatta for over 7 years. It keeps on running as a charming vibe loop to get in. Surely , it's hard to pass by and neglect getting it a go!! It always intrigues me and every sport loving person for its abundance of equipment, vast work out space, plus, fantastic sport participants as well as exciting Salsa, Zumba, Yoga classes. Never hesitate to get in ! best place to work out. Additionally, Izzy and crunch receptionists are warm and welcoming hosts that certainly assist augmenting accountability for achieving your sport aims! Get in, crunch is great

Negative experience: I have raised dispute on a email and went to the gym to check whether they received it. Izzy from Crunch Parramatta acknowledged that they could see the complaint. And advice me to wait for 2 working days. The dispute was raised on 14th Nov and I am following up every week on email. Crunch fitness did not respond to my complaint.

Fantastic experience: Great options for Fitness Group Classes - from strength training to aerobic. Both the gym goer and The Teams ( front desk & Management) are great. They are what makes a community. A safe place to train and No Judgment. If you are looking to join don’t hesitate —Just Do It !!

Negative experience: I had to pay $6.50 for a failed transaction as I couldn't even pay online, I had to go to the gym for payment, why couldn't I just pay online as I have locked my card. Ridiculous policy and the crunch app is so behind other gym outlet's apps. Showers should be cleaned more often as the floor gets messy. Recently visited Crunch Chatswood as my friend lives there, It feels so premium and worth the payment as well.

Negative experience: I am extremely disappointed with Crunch Fitness Parramatta. They charged me hidden fees which were not explained upfront, and the joining fee that they had promised to waive was also charged. Fantastic experience: Faculties have plenty of free weights, clean restroom/changing rooms, friendly coaches and staff. Every machine I need without long weights for squat racks and benches. Cardio and plyometric facilities are better than other gyms I’ve been to around here, especially anytime fitness.

Negative experience: Not a trustworthy gym. I had put my membership on pause around 2 months back as I was going on vacation to another country for 3 months.. they even charged some membership pause fee for it. But they still keep charging my money for it. I was there in Australia during the first money deduction (after my pause). So, I went there to complaint which they acknowledged and promised that they will take care. But still my money is getting deducted every fortnightly and I have no idea how to sort this out from overseas.. @Owner - this is not how you treat your customers when they trust your gym and policies Update: @owner - I sent an email 3 days ago to the email I’d you provided but no response. I will visit the gym directly next week and cancel my membership upon reaching Australia. Thank you for the nice customer service.

Negative experience: Garbage policy on cancellation. Couldn’t cancel the policy being away from the any of the available store for 6months. Charging me $47/month. It is my membership, how hard it is to cancel it via phone if I am not using it. Had to come down to the nearest store by driving 5hrs just to cancel it.

Negative experience: Gym was ok. Constantly blasting propaganda in your eye over sound system. Managers a bit of a knob. Was considering joining DeeWhy near where I live but came down to if they were generous enough to offer me two free days but they didn’t. Obviously more inteeested in making money than in my health.

Fantastic experience: Compared to FF and UF, I prefer this gym. Why? First, the studio in UF in Parramatta Square is very small so you cannot move much, same with their shower area and toilet area. Then for Fitness F. their bathroom and shower area is not clean. I saw a roach crawling so after I had the trial class, I did not opt in. I have been a member of Universal F as it is literally at my office building it is good but as what I said, the group class area and changing area is too small. Now, Crunch Fitness ticks all the boxes I need. It has a big group class area! It has a big changing room and shower room! And their classes is also really great especially the Pop Pilates and Warrior which will make you sweat! The cost is also lower compared to UF and the summit membership gives you access to ALL branches plus the free massage chair as well! Overall, I am happy with Crunch Fitness. Also, there is always people in tue reception as well. I am happy with Julian as well for the easy sign up! You wont regret the classes here!! And they have 3 floors of gym equipments as well!

Fantastic experience: My husband and I are members of Fitness Passport. We found that some gyms accepting Fitness Passport members weren't very welcoming, possibly due to not receiving incentives for signing up Fitness Passport members. However, the reception staff at Crunch Fitness was exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome without any judgment. The facility is well-maintained and the group classes led by Arts are fantastic!

Negative experience: Garbage fee policies. They take every opportunity to charge you garbage admin fees for pausing your membership if you go on holiday. It's not like the staff have any free time on their handles while they stand around dribbling
