Fantastic experience: The best gym in town! The exercises vary EVERY class so you will never be bored! Fantastic coaches who keep you very motivated and push you to do your best. Plus the music is so energising! Highly recommend doing the trial and you will be hooked!

Fantastic experience: As a first time gym member it has been great. The variety in workout styles and times keep it interesting. The trainers are great and inclusive of all abilities. F45 has really smashed my perception of a gym and fitness classes. I'm planning on staying for the long haul. Classes are ran morning and night, plenty of options available. I've now been a member for 3 years, usually plan on 6 classes per week. With the different classes and exercises I have plenty of opportunity to push my limits and achieve more.
