Fantastic experience: I've been using this gym for a year now. I love it! Unlike a lot of gyms, they don't do the hard sale. It is run by the personal trainers. It has a skylight meaning the gym is lovely and bright! I find a lot of gyms are quite dark. You can have a personal training plan made up included in your membership as well.

Even before my partner and I signed up as members, Tim gave us a crash course on the machines and what each of them do. PT sessions are also great - makes for learning correct form and exercises. Fantastic experience: Plus fitness endeavour hills is a great gym with an owner who truly cares about the experience his members have whilst training. I have been a member for just over a year now and can say the staff are always friendly, the trainers are super knowledgeable and the equipment is kept in great working condition. They have a terrific range of equipment including an infrared sauna so your recovery is also catered to. Parking is a breeze, there’s space to actually work out properly and you can always find a piece of equipment to use. 5 stars all the way for me :)

Fantastic experience: I’ve been going to this gym now for a few years. Going in I was skeptical as I had never owned a gym membership before. My worries were quickly put to rest as I was greeted by the warm trainers and management. They made me feel welcome and encouraged me to keep refining my mental and physical health. And since the place has gone through renovations, I’d say it’s even better as it’s doubled in size and features more equipment and space. If you can allow yourself to be helped, rest assured in this place you will be.

Fantastic experience: Looking at the pics and seeing the minimal equipment with additional weights and bars for compound lifting and real body training systems plus from core utilisation means plus ability to have HIIT style body weight training space will rocket you and your body. This gym is everything plus more.

Fantastic experience: Really enjoying the gym after moving to the area, I found a lot of the other gyms I looked at way too crowded during that after work peak time which obviously effects the use of equipment too. I’ve also found the members of the gym very polite when sharing the equipment. It’s also nice to see a bit of female presence too! The gym feels nice and spacious. I was only able to come once during my trial and they were nice enough to extend it for me!

Negative experience: Aircon is managed by staff that have the remote in the office. If you go after hours, aircon will be off and gets very hot, smelly and humid inside average 29 degrees... Ridiculous...

Negative experience: Gym costs almost $20 a week for very minimal equipment. I don't know what would make them think having a steady track inside constitutes the high weekly price. Edit: Far from most competitive. Nitro gym in halam is $8 p/w and has the best range of equipment in the area.

Fantastic experience: Tim was extremely helpful and walked me through the gym and helped me with my membership. The gym is clean, neat and kept after well with equipment clean and weights placed back appropriately.
